Have you somehow empirically measured black people's brains to settle for an average? I ask you, and him, again...are you an average black person? If yes, how do you rate your brain? If no, are you then above or below average? This is self deprecation and a worse form of reverse racism in which a human being is psychologically inclined to hate himself and everything about his racial background desperately.

I am Edo and my forebears built a thousand year empire. On the average, my folks embrace education and tend to have high grades (using WAEC/JAMB examinations as measure). We tend to be hard working and fun loving. We have our vices but in all we are peace loving and generally inquisitive folks. I am not in the cartegory of "black brain" or "average black brain". Are you?

The sort of investment required to lift Lagos out of poverty is gargantuan because past leaders only focus on diverting state's money into personal pockets and so they've left infrastructure undeveloped for long. If the population of Lagos was 10million below,#436bn will have been fair to develop infrastructure but with over 20million people,my goodness,the counterparty funding necessary to unlock growth and development is far bigger than $1bn revenue.

Housing deficit alone is crazy,not to mention healthcare and education infrastructure. Lets not even go into transport (rail,road,aviation).

If the politicians could be more honest and accountable going forward,perhaps Lagos can start flying high,but till then,Lagos is still crawling (other states have not even started yet,they are not yet born).

If you cannot afford weekly pay, then pay daily, if you claim you don’t have money, go sell any of your valuables to start, or go to your brother, cousin or any of your village people to go borrow money to start up Uber driving, you don’t start a business with empty handed.

So many drivers take advantage of use and pay later, some will only come to take the car and make few money with Uber, then use the car to go party and personal businesses, then come back to tell you story.

Where you got this idea that Nigerian ladies are lazy I dont understand, I served in Akwa Ibom a couple of years back and I was amazed at how laid back their men were, yet you find their women riding bicycles to the farm to work, attending to people at various business centres. If you see 9ja women as lazy, then its because the men are perhaps lazy as well.By the way, who are those in charge of 9ja, that made it difficult for jobs to be readily available for people (be it male or female), is it not the control-freak men. In fact with the number of unemployed guys around, by the time the ladies fill up most jobs available, then I want to see what will save men from running out of the country to get basic livelihood. The type of men you have in every society determines to a large extent the type of ladies they produce also. If you continue to have men that are ego-centric and always looking for gals to blame for their predicaments, then you get gals that are also laid back (unwilling to contribute to relationships). But if you face your hustle/work/vision, you will attract and find just exactly the right babe for your qualities. Guys should stop blaming gals for whatever happens, take ownership, take responsibility. Also, stop presenting yourselves to gals in the wrong way, if you pretend to a gal that you have this or that, meanwhile you dont and also begin to promise her heaven n earth, then be ready to die in River Nile,and travel far and wide, when she starts demanding for crazy things in line with all your fake lies. The issue usually is when people try to 'fight nature', going by your experience with guys n gals, you should be able to deduce a point which is gals dont know how to hustle, and therefore they dont really understand what real hustling means and it therefore affects 'their ways'.
