- what are my plans for the future (long term goals / short term goals)

The issue usually is when people try to 'fight nature', going by your experience with guys n gals, you should be able to deduce a point which is gals dont know how to hustle, and therefore they dont really understand what real hustling means and it therefore affects 'their ways'.
