PoliticsNIA $43million Ikoyi Claim, Proof Of Corruption Sitting Happy In Administration by coolscott(op): 2:46pm On Apr 17, 2017
Someone on Channels TV yesterday stated that if it is impossible for EFCC to have carried out reconnaissance on the Ikoyi building for days or a week before moving into the building without noticing that the place was under the control of another government security agency.

This is because if the NIA kept money there for a covert operation, then that place was an NIA covert operation base.

But of course, nothing of that sort existed, up to the point that the EFCC went and got a warrant to move into the apartment, and actually broke in and found the loot (and might I add, with no NIA paraphernalia in sight).

Now if the NIA actually has come out to claim they actually kept that money there, it would seem that a whole government institution (and one as crucial as the NIA) is volunteering its weight in the attempt to prevent Nigerians and the world at large from knowing the true hoarder of the money in there.

It would seem that such a crucial institution as the NIA is volunteering itself as an accomplice to shield the identity of the real hoarder of the cash at the Ikoyi apartment.

Now what does that tel us about the morality that lies within the soul of this administration?

It's stark Ignorance that make most of you people think anticlockwise.
The owner of the house Adamu Muazu said he doesn't know the person who owns the apartment, how did you expect EFCC to know that instantly?
Or you want EFCC to first inquire from the house owner so that they wont meet the money there again?
Use your brain.
My dear, it has been established that Muazu sold the house. Actually, the bank (GTBank) sold it to the new owners Who definitely know who rented/bought the apartments from them

So you think EFCC will find it difficult to open this type of safes?
Ordinary assassins sabi open any door talkless of a top and government institution like EFCC.
But they are not top enough to simply go find out who bought the apartment from the initial owner.

Was the flat not rented out to someone ?
Is there no tenancy agreement ?
How was it paid for ?
Can the Landlord not be summoned to give evidence and cast light on the issue ?
Who did the whistle blower originally implicate ?
These are simple and logical questions
It is one of the most terribly easy things to do - to find out who owns what building and who rented what part apartment of same, in any city, most especially in a place like Ikoyi

I bet you guys he his celebrating this arrest deep in his heart. I spoke with him yesterday and I can swear on everything I love and care for that he was just not happy that a group of young Nigerins constitute the Bello led administration. He spent the whole 20mins we spent on the phone insulting an cursing the governor's personal life. Nothing on policies and programmes. It was him who told me the governor has a mansion in banana island. I simply advised him to either support the government or wait patiently to use his power of the ballot he hot mad at me. For those of you who are all claiming you know him, you knw in your minds that am saying the truth about Austin. He told me yesterday morning he doesn't think Gov. Bello is from Kogi and that he didn't win election so he is not his governor. You guys think his quarrel with Bello is on principle? Danm!!! You are wrong. He is just not having it that Bello is governor. I wish him well. My advice to all is participate constructively to governance in your state or wait patiently for elections to come. Would anybody say Dangote is not contributing to Kano state? You can contribute in your own small way. We must not all talk about governance, we can invest in our state and help government employ our youths and even do projects. Just my opinion. Right or Wrong.
If what you say about this Austin is true, then he reminds me of Minister Rotimi Amaechi.
And if it is true, the authorities don't need to fall into the temptation / error of arresting him without reason?
After all, they inadvertently eventually elevate him to a higher status politically by doing so.

PoliticsRe: Ben Bruce Found This In A Primary School Textbook; See How He Reacted by coolscott(m): 1:29am On Apr 08, 2017
hotspec

I have come to the conclusion that it is inferiority complex that is behind jabs taken at Senator Ben Murray-Bruce.
Nigerians have a way of coming against that which has not come against them (but which makes them feel inferior).

So when you wonder what the person or people they are attacking have done to them, the truth is the victims of their attacks have thrown the first punch (even without them knowing). They have made the involved Nigerians feel inferior and the backlash is their reaction at that which has the efunctry to make them feel inferior.

1) Ben Murray-Bruce is well educated. Went through primary and secondary education in Lagos State before obtaining a bachelor's degree from the University of South Carolina in the United States.

2) He is half-cast. (This really gets under Nigerians' skins. Unfortunately for the unfortunate Nigerian half-cast, they always feel he/she is "feeling"wink

3) Unlike most Nigerian politicians who were successful at nothing outside and before politics, Mr. Ben Murray-Bruce achieved a lot of success outside politics, most notable amongst which include his growing of the Silverbird brand into a successful and thriving local and international brand. Not to mention the Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria Pageant which he began in 1986

The mere fact that he stands distinguished from other riff-raffy people that have flooded our political space infuriates many who would not mind him if he just kept his mouth shut and stopped inundating us with his common sense in that his nicer sounding English.

In response to our inclination to feel inferior to stuff like this, we utter such unsubstantiated nonsense as "He has the looks of Obama but the brains of..." As a side note, it should be noted that Obama has not always shown great intelligence himself.

What I would like to say is that if you are allergic to quality, common sense, and such things as Senator Murray-Bruce currently represents, the fruits thereof will definitely be allergic to you.

If the country keeps sliding backwards, it will not be because of Jonathan or Buhari or any terrible politician. It will be because on several levels we show our allergy to (and repulsion for) that which is good simply because it makes us feel inferior, and this leads us to the embracing and glorification of everything low like:
1). low thieving politicians,
2). decrepit and slow govt policies,
3). abuse from lecturers whose salaries won't exist if we are not available for them to teach,
4). bus conductors abusing us as they collect our fares, agberos in every major city,
5). toilets that look like scenes from Resident Evil for our university students...
6). just every crappy thing we have smilingly embraced).

Indeed, with these things, we are and feel comfortable. We don't revolt because it doesn't make us feel inferior.

But with Ben Murray-Bruce, we must draw our swords instinctively (even without being summoned) because, like I said before, he makes us feel inferior

kingzizzy:
This long epistle of yours and you still made no point except state the obvious which everyone already knows. Igbos have always been confederates. Igbo land is a confederacy. We are not empire builders and neither are we empire chasers. Before the white man came, Igbos rarely had kingdoms. Igbos are a different breed, republican, highly democratic and firecely independent. We are not looking for historic identity, every Igbo sub- group has its own identity and history. We are not looking to be established either, thats not what Igbos about.

Which of the three ethnic groups knows its boundaries? The boundaries of Yorubalabd stretches into Benin Republic, the boundary of Hausa land stretches into Northern Ghana. The boudaries of Igboland stretches into the lower Benue, CrossRiver, Rivers, Delta and even Edo state.

As I said, you made no point except state things anyone in secondary School already knows

As for Itsekiris and Biafra, I will echo what Asari Dokubo said last time he called Radio Biafra.

Asari Dokubo: Itsekiris are not original members of Biafra, only a referendum will allow them to join us
So you have now agreed that you believe that youR ethnic groups did not know their boundaries.

Whereas Igbos did not know theirs, the old Oyo empire knew its boundaries.

Can you see how well the Itsekiri's articulated their ancient boundaries?

The Ijaw kingdoms of the south-south established theirs hundreds of years ago.

What do you think was the basis of wars between the Oyo empire and others in the past?
Or between the Okirika kingdom and Bonny Kingdom of Rivers Ijaw? All these before British came here

So you don't know it is largely territorial boundaries that were a cause of these conflicts in the past.

The military of the kingdoms concerned would be mobilized and they would go out to defend their territorial integrity.

Please, being a confederate does not equate to not being able to organise yourselves into a nation/solid block.

Your claim is just a groping in the dark for something to cover up what you may recognise to be a shortcoming.

The meaning of the word, confederation:
noun: confederation; plural noun: confederations
an organization which consists of a number of parties or groups united in an alliance or league.

In as much as you were not able to get your clans united into an alliance or league, you were not a confederation. You remained what the rest of the world met when they found you. Many clans and villages.

Inasmuch as other Igbo in the middle of Igbo land were perhaps celebrating one festival or the other, while eastern Igbo villages fought their Efik/Ibibio neigbhours over disputes when those disputes arose, scattered villages and clans remains the height of your historic politcal evolution.

I know it is a hard pill to swallow but we cannot go back and re-write history. We can only improve on it by what we do today.

The controversial (and largely unaccepted) PDP chairman clearly is more interested in playing the "I disagree with you" card as much as it can be played than he is interested in any other courses of action in the party, which he surprisingly doesn't seem to notice is not in an "I MUST HAVE MY WAY" phase.

In the RECONCILIATORY phase in which the PDP is right now, for a leader to insist on petty issues and seek to CREATE as much of a disagreement as possible out of them, makes it impossible in my view, for Sheriff to pretend there is anything noble about his intents or actions.

He is a family man, and he knows when issues are getting fiery, what leads to an ESCALATIONor DE-ESCALATION.

His declaration of good intent for the PDP is fraudulent and a lie, to me, and he does not know how much political capital his shenanigans has bled off him.

How many Nigerians now think he is actually a credible individual?

Even those whom he might be working for may actually believe he is only good for such dirty work.

Trust? no one may really have for him.

One by one...dem don dey go, very soon e go remain only some small set of people who specializes in developing other peoples area
They didn't go anywhere. Igbos are liars, especially in cultural issues.

Most people of the south had established kingdoms which the white man came and had to politically deal with.

Igbos on the other hand, did not even know the boundaries of igbo land until the white man came and made Nigeria and injected some enlightenment. Igbos remained organised into villages and clans, the highest political form they could attain as a people till date.

That is why they don't even know how to in a civilized way, relate to other ethnic groups, as an ethnic group themselves.

When other ethnic groups were doing this over the years before colonisation, they did not, because there was no Igbo nation.

Now they know the area that they cover and they want ethnic identity like the other more established ethnic groups. But they know at the back of their mind, they have no collective "glorious" history.

So all this pettiness from them is just a mordern day quest for identity. They are an ethnic group on a quest in this day and time for ethnic pride and historic identity..

Unfortunately, that can only be forged from within, and not from misdemeanours without - not by relationship misbehaviour with any and every who happen to live in Nigeria with them

UPDATED

Nigeria is not listed among Clickbank's eligible countries to do business on their platform/ marketplace but there is always a way out.

Before proceeding with creating a clickbank account for Nigerian residents through the method i will recommend much later in this discuss, you need to first create a payment account which you will be needing while creating an account with clickbank.

STEP 1. Create Your Clickbank Payment Method by creating a Payoneer account through the link below.
https://share.payoneer.com/nav/EAN6t03HttBRYXtrJESwWXjWjxLFyy3m6PniYQmsBMYdCzpUxV4pWgBjhgcC2bpd5c5kTOtnZJ0ABJqob9tAwg2

NOTE: When you sign up through the link above, you will be redirected to the Payoneer sign up page. Once you sign up and received at least $100 in payments to your card or account, you will receive a $25 rewards within three months from payoneer.

Clickbank pays you through your Payoneer account which is also an international money transfer service provider. Set Payoneer as your payment preference when creating a clickbank account even though you are in Nigeria.

All you need to do is to provide your Payoneer account information's at the settings section in clickbank.

Sign Up through the link above, Application is totally free. Fill in your full name, address and other details carefully, as it is in the ID card you wish to use for verification.

Set password, Secret Question and Answer and select your ID type e.g driver’s license, National I.D card, etc.

Enter alternate address if it’s different from the address you provided earlier. Beware that the Payoneer Debit Card would be shipped to the same address in Nigeria. So it should be very clear and correct. Make sure you used the correct post code of the address you are using.
After that, click on “Order” Button.

It usually takes about few minutes, hours or days for the application to be confirmed and approved after which the Payoneer Mastercard would be packaged and dispatched to your location in Nigeria within some weeks and they usually inform you on the date it will get to you.

Once you have been approved, you will receive notification via the email address you provided during registration.

Delivery of the Payoneer Mastercard to your Nigerian address might take few weeks. If the estimated time has elapsed and you fail to receive it, there is need for you to visit the nearest Post Office branch in your locality, give them your name and the shipping address and they will help you to track it.

You will be directed through your email address to confirm that you have received the card by login into your Payoneer account and keying in your card number. After that, you have automatically activated the card for use.

You will be asked to fund it before you can be able to use it to pay or buy goods online. But if you have a fund online you wish to withdraw, you can go right ahead and do that.

With Payoneer MasterCard, you can:

Withdraw from Nigerian ATM a machine that supports Mastercard options.
Shopping online in stores such as Amazon, Aliexpress, WalMart, AliBaba, Konga, Jumia, etc.

HOW TO SET UP THE PAYONEER VIRTUAL US BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER

Immediately after you activated your card, there is need for you to log into your Payoneer account with the details you provided when signing up.

Login into your Payoneer account, go to “Receive tab” on the top menu to see a drop down menu. From the drop down menu, click on US virtual Bank Account.

Fill in the required information in the boxes provided. After submitting the form, patiently wait for your account creation and confirmation.

STEP 2.
In other to be able to sign up with clickbank.com from any country not listed in clickbanks country portals, you will first get a VPN (virtual private network). This is a unique tool that changes your IP location from your country to different countries like USA, UK etc.

Create your vpn account by clicking on the link below: https://www.worldvpn.net/billing/?aff=1424

Once you are done creating your vpn account then login and choose any of the UK server from the drop down, click on the drop down and select PPTP, Click on connect

Once you are done creating your vpn, go to /click on http://whatismyipaddress.com so as to confirm that your IP is configured to reflect Uk as your location. If your ip is still indicating your country of residence that is not eligible to sign up as an affiliate marketer on clickbank, disconnect and repeat the process again.

The next thing to do after setting up your vpn and ensuring that your IP is now reflecting UK as your IP location is to visit www.fakenamegenerator.com to get a UK home address and postal code details of the area you are going to use to for your clickbank registration.

Once on fakenamegenerator, click your gender, select name set as ENGLAND/WALES and country UNITED KINGDOM. A result will come up with your details. Use the details directly under the generated name which is your address and your postal code which is all you will need much later.

Write/Copy out all these information’s and keep them right beside you so you can easily use them for the last stage which will be coming up pretty soon.

Note: You will use your real name, email address and date of birth on your clickbank registration not the one on fakenamegenerator.com. All you need from from that site is just to get a UK home address and postal code details.

STEP 3:
Now that you have created your vpn and generated your UK address and postal code, the next step is to sign up for an affiliate account with clickbank.com which is free to join. Choose UK while creating your clickbank.com affiliate account through your acquired UK ip from your vpn.

Login into your newly created clickbank account settings and set your payment mode to direct deposit. Use the account details provided to you by Payoneer and fill the spaces.

Click the Settings tab.
Locate your Payment Information near the bottom of the page.
In the Payment Information Editor, select Direct Deposit.
The Direct Deposit Information entry screen is displayed.
Select “United States” as your Bank Country.
For the Bank Name, Account Number, and Routing Number fields, use the information provided to you by Payoneer.
Select “Checking” as your Account Type.
Click on save button at the bottom of the page and you are done adding payment option to Clickbank as a Nigerian.

Once, you made enough commission that is up to the payment threshold, the money will be sent to your Payoneer account and you can withdraw the money in Nigeria using Payoneer MasterCard.

Once you are done creating your clickbank account then come back to this thread and apply the marketing strategy I presented here.

- Can you please mention one type of grass that we have in Nigeria that compares with alfafa (mind you alfafa is not the grass targeted) in terms of meat and dairy production?

- are you aware that non of the grass grown traditional produces seeds?

- Are u aware that because they don't have seeds only vegetative propagation is possible with local grass and that that makes growing them very problematic?

- Are you aware that only grass seeds will be imported for growing in Nigeria based on FG's proposal not actual grass?

- Are you also aware that the biggest cattle farm in the world in Saudi Arabia feeds the animals with imported grass?

- Are you aware that Cassava and Palm oil producing countries imported seeds from Nigeria and have gone ahead to overtake us in production of these crops?

If properly done we will witness reduced friction between herdsmen and local communities, experience higher yield in meat and milk as well as have export potentials that will grow GDP and foreign reserves.

Stop all the sensationalism.
It is very false that our grasses do not have seeds

And also false that the vegetative propagation of grasses (and plants in general) is problematic.

On the contrary, we have what is referred to as noxious weeds (noxious because without planting or cultivating them, the keep relentlessly propagating themselves ).

Falsehood + falsehood just makes one bigger ball of falsehood

1). Fed government suspects judges. DSS performs sting operation

But when murderers (real terrorists) raid and kill pregrant women and children, attack people minding their business in the night, when they sleep. They do this over and over again for a period of over one year and not one person has been arrested. Not one of such raids has been prevented.

Then after everyone shames him on complicity, we see in the papers "PMB Decries Wanton Killing". Weak spineless yelp. Like Banki Moon decrying everything happening in Syria from day 1. From the time Bashir started killing his people, and whatever twist the events took.

Why didn't he just decry his suspected fraudulence associated with the judges. The full weight of the DSS was brought upon civilian civil servants sleeping with their families at night.

Now as killers kill innocent people just for being people (incessantly) he comes out and decries the killings.

Shame on him.

I'm just not happy each time I see these killings. This is just bad for the acclaimed "new sheriff in town"

The only respite I will give him is perhaps his health did not allow him be on top of things. But what about all the time his health was okay. And why didn't his health cause inaction when it came to others? So final verdict?
Shame on him.

PoliticsRe: Folly!!! Ijaw Goes With Igbo To Israel. by coolscott(m): 8:55am On Mar 21, 2017
This story is a lie because Ijaws do not have an identity crises.

I wrote an article called "The Igbo Nation" which sheds the light on why Igbos are the only ones that misbehave in a certain way culturally and ethnic-origin-wise. Igbos still have an identity crises that causes them to still seek self-definition in this 21st century.

Everyone defined and established themselves even before the white men came and so are happy and comfortable in and with their history.
Now they wish Ijaws can be seen by the rest of the world as them. What an insult. People that the white man had to appoint (create) paramount chiefs for. Why should Igbos be even talking when people like Ijaws, Urhobos, Bini people and Yorubas are speaking (I mean when it comes to ethnic legacy)?

The white man had to pay taxes to Ijaw kings in order to be allowed to do business in our area when they came here.

The white man on the other hand, had to create paramount chiefs for the igbo people in order to be able to rule them well, by the time colonialism started.

Igbos should respect themselves and shut up. But I argue that they cannot as their misbehaviour is their way of coping with the inferiority complex that they feel when they look back into their history and see nothing there (except the biafran war, which they lost).

This is why they pick up fights with people who have not picked up fights with them.
Which is why they cannot see any of the wrong, weak and selfish reasons behind Ojukwu's war quest and can only view it in glorious light even if he, Ojukwu, was the one largely responsible for his people's suffering.

The igbo suffers from historical inferiority complex and is a mordern day ethnically unruly man on account of this
because there is nothing in his history that igbos ever did together as a people (besides the war in mordern times) which they didn't win.

whereas Ijaws, Binis, and many others have won and lost wars in the past (hundreds of years ago) and are satisfied with the quality of their ethnic heritage.

Igbos should look in house and take care of their house instead of:

1). Rallying in support of Donald Trump

2). Wanting to be jews

3). Then hoping to bring other people into the smear of their folly

ABUJA— Protests over herdsmen killings in Benue State, yesterday, rocked the National Assembly, Abuja, and Makurdi, the state capital, where students across institutions of higher learning barricaded the busy Makurdi-Lafia Road for over two hours.

Meanwhile, Governor Samuel Ortom of Benue State has explained that the reason he ordered the expulsion of herdsmen out of his state was to essentially protect the lives and property of his people. He said that as the Governor of the state, it was incumbent on him to secure the people against any internal and external aggression.

In Abuja
The peaceful protest in Abuja, which was staged to draw the National Assembly leadership’s attention to the killings in Benue State, did not achieve much of its aim as both the Senate President, Dr. Bukola Saraki, and Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara, failed to turn up to address the protesters.

The protesters rejected a delegation of the National Assembly leadership, comprising three senators, including Jeremiah Useni (PDP, Plateau South), Thomson Sekibo (PDP, Rivers East) and Saaba Lafiagi (APC, Kwara North).

The protest, which started at 11a.m., disrupted both human and vehicular movements, as workers, visitors and some legislators, who had come early for work, could not gain entry because protesters had barricaded the main entrance and exit gates.

amc:
And why didn't PDP select someone else instead of the proven failure called Goodluck Jonathan? Maybe a better candidate would have swayed it for PDP.
An earlier post of mine explains how you folks who went with buhari came to believe that the Jonathan administration had failed.
Nevertheless, given that I had planned not to vote for GEJ (who even though you falsely claim his administration was a failure that was proven , is now being made to look like a magnificent success in the light of the magnificent failures the current administration carried us into in two short years) we always try to vote the better of whatever evils have been presented before us at election time.

What we are seeing is that because of shame, some people are finding it hard to admit their error in 2015.
They are embarrassed about being so passionately wrong. Being so wrong after being so passionate can be very embarrassing to the person involved and we know that.

So, the issue is not Why didn't the PDP present someone else? because we don't have voting influence over who any party presents.

The issue is when they have all presented whom they have presented, why will we with open eyes, minds and hands go ahead and choose the horror option?

See below why and how the propagandists led folks like you to lead the country into the pains we have felt in these 2 years.

A flock of sheep have been plagued by lions and all kinds of predators continuously for years.

Then a small pack of wolves (still predators) say "We can't take this any longer. Come over in this direction
and let us lead you over to safety from all these other predators"

What do you think will happen to the sheep who agree to follow them?

If the sheep indeed follow them, how much respect do you think those wolves
will eventually have for (or show to) the sheep?
