What we can afford? Well, we are of different sizes and so is our pocket. Some of us might even be broke @ this time. I ll suggest you carefuly consider your followers base on our economic climate and decide yourself what you can actually afford for us. This is internet biz; if we don't have all the tools to run it proper, we ll run into problem or limitation later.

There is something I'm confuse of, or wondering about here. The 10k withdrawal of $100?
Is 10k equivalent to $100 on Kindle?
Is 10k all that was left on you after all the fees?
Or you just decide to withdraw 10k and leave part of the money in your kdp account.

What I actually want to understand is whether 10k is all that comes out of that $100?

I do not worry about reviews because Prof Mk28 on the KDP thread said reviews will come naturally, negative or positive.
I think that's okay for me.

I am going to grow gradually. My next target is to start making $200 a month, with time, I will expand my target till I reach a thousand dollars target a week. That is my ultimate goal, so I want to go gradually so I don't overwhelm myself. Anything is possible GUYS! Go for it. Make that money. This is real.


Another reason why I advise anyone reading this to give this his 100% is that he/she will keep receiving passive income for months for work (good work) done just once, and also because this income stream doesn't depend on the Nigerian economy. YOU DON'T HAVE ANY EXCUSE NOT TO MAKE MONEY.

Note: If you can pay me in naira you can as well pay for yourself. Any good Nigerian bank debit card that works online will work on copyscape.

My Copyscape (free version) problem is now solved. Copyscape is not able to check a blog with just a single post on it. Maybe that's how it is design to work? I added another blog post to my blog and it was checked successfully without errors. Now, I'm good to go!

I actually followed the instruction on using the free version of CS but it does not work for me. Each time I entered the url of my blog and hit go, I get an error message saying (url too short, copyscape need at least 15 characters to work). Meanwhile, my blog url is more than 15 characters.

I don't want to just publish my rewriting book should it still have plagiarism issue to avoid an outright ban on Amazon because they've warn me before. July have just ended and I'm still yet to publish my first book. This is not good for me. I don't want to be hindered anymore.

Prof, pls don't be offended, I want to ask for a special favour from you. I want to opt in for copyscape premium but the means of paying for it is not readily available at time. So, I want to request that you help me make the payment and let pay you the equivalent in naira. This will enable me to get on board faster.

From what you've being teaching so far, I've signed up and fully set to write for iwriter as well as make so cash. But the Paypal issue? How do you go about it?
Our Nigerian paypal only send money at this time. Will our Nigerian paypal work?. From what I'm seen on iwriter, any serious person that know how can easily bank $3-500 monthly guaranteed.

I want to start start writing for iwriter but is important I know how to get my pay to have peace of mind while working.

I just went through the link you provided above and there is no confussion.
What prof MK said is the case. You shouldn't be confuse. Let's put it this way. Before this time, you can only borrow books on KDP if you have a Kindle device. But now you can borrow books irrespective of the device you have.
This simply means that unlimited number of people that are interested in your book can borrow it if they want without any device intervention and that it means more publicity for your book (s) which ultimately means more money for you.

Btw, my first book that was suppose to be live early this month is tempararilly suspended not by Amazon but by my system that suddenly develop hardware problem.
I will be fully back on this thread asap.

mk82: First, go to page 5 and read my post on "HOW TO AVOID PLAGIARISM".
Your book failed the plagiarism test. If it is a recipe book, you can reply them that you own all the rights. But this claim will be difficult to make for other niches. You may have to unpublish the book.
Next time, make sure you properly rewrite any material you are using and also test with copyscape.

About unpublishing the book?
If I unpublish it now, rewrite it accordingly as in adding/removing some of the contents to make it unique without changing the cover and title and publish it later, will they still have issues with this particular book?

The reason I'm asking this question is because I want to remove the book and then follow that instruction you gave on page 5.

Like I earlier said, my first book should have being live by tomorow but somehow, Amazon pause the publication saying they needed info from me.

I don't really understand how they mean and the right action to take now.
Here is the mail I received from them and I quote

First, understand dt u r very lucky - u r nt yet in d marriage. What if he had change after ur wedding? Got it? Fine.

Secondly. Understand dt relationship only works when both parties r interested. He jst told u he has lost interest in u. In other word, he is through with u. U hav only 2 option here.
1. 4get him as u were earlier told (best option)
2. Do everything within reason 2 make him interested again.

Thirdly. Understand dt u r nt alone in dis game of luv. Dis thing happens 2 people like u everyday so take it easy n don't harm urself in d process.

Lastly. Understand dt he's nt d only guy in town. He use 2 b a good guy 2 u no doubt. Bt he has changed so be it. It is time 2 make another choice bt u hav 2 b very careful dis time.

It is important u know dt it ll nt b easy 4 u 2 4get him because u were nt planing neither were u ready 4 such thing so it ll hurt u more while it may mean nothing 2 him.

I'm here. I've finally finish writing my first book and have up loaded it successfully. However, it is yet to be publish because the cover has dimension issue.

How to set dimension to 1000 pixels?

I use MS Word to create the cover.
