Is there anyone here or that knows anyone who did CBT and still they shortlist candidate for his or her cadre and LGA in this CBT reschedule?

This will be difficult cos when we were screened, there were more than one persons for each cadre and they picked one, in my LGA we were about 6 and I was the only one picked

I don't think they'll have that kind of numbers per cadre in each LGA in this screening. Some LGA had just one candidate per cadre for CBT, some just two, some none. That's why they did reschedule for LGA without any candidate in last CBT that was held in month of June.

The reschedule which is to hold tomorrow now is not even looking like much people will still turnup because normally questions and enquires would have been trooping into the thread since weekend. See no one is even talking about it.

And I live almost five states away from where he's located.

Five states away is nothing. He has a office, keep going everyday, tell his secretary he collected your CV and you need to give him updated one cause the one he collected has no contact details. Highest you keep going to the office for a week, you will see him if you persist. Life is not ready to give you easy , you have to take it by yourself. Better to try and fail than not try at all.

When you're expecting grace, it's that time you really have to be extra careful, failure is trying so hard to triumph over you and it's left to you to have coconut head too. Spirituality and self awareness is important.

On this thread sometimes ago, a good Samaritan on this thread approach someone via dm with free slot to work in a higher institution and he said no he want a bigger agency, this is someone who has been begging for helper on this thread for long o.
It was after sometime he got back to his senses and said it here on the thread and everyone was shocked he made such decision too. If the person later help him i don't know.

Same with a friend of mine years back, someone influential walk up to him if he want police job (graduate, ASP) he turn it down right there without thinking twice, the man was surprised that someone who said need a job is turning down offer. It was after sometime he got back to senses, went to meet the man , man said he has send the names because it was one name he need then and has gotten another person. Till today he's still jobless.

Just go and look for him with the updated CV. Might be in his office or something, just find him. Don't stop until you see him and resubmit because that CV you gave him will be trashed since no contact details.

You know they need to take the list of successful candidates to the board before they get approval right? In fact it’s the board that prints the APL. So screening and documentation can’t be merged. But APL and documentation are already merged. That’s what happened last time, you get your apl and documents immediately.

And after screening it will take sometime for final list, let’s say 2 weeks too. Then documentation which will at least take a month.

But they can actually merge that screening/documentation and APL if they're serious. Screen, document and collect apl, same place different table, then two weeks interval for training.
But then they're bound to do as they wish, they're not even taking the whole thing like they need the personnels. If not they won't be dragging feet in Thurs recruitment like this.

But then they no try o. You engage people for 6months without pay. No upfront sef to settle down.

It's possible na. First/second week of September can be for screening and documentation while last week for APL then first week October for camping.

Or if they do screening and APL together. Screen and collect APL.

As you are planning not to come exactly how majority shortlisted too are planning to ignore the invite. Considering insecurity on our roads, and high cost of transportation now.

I know some LGA will still be vacant at the end. There candidate still won't show up.

I think they don't want to put application number in the published second shortlist because people already know the test portal (probably they intend to use same), make people no go log in remotely outside the designated venue since the application number is the log in.
They will definitely give it at the venue.

Probably get notified in September mid to resume camping by October. Because screening will take at least a week and collecting APL a week and minimum of a week interval

While Nigeria Customs Service are still struggling with nonsense Supplementry recruitment with about three different shortlisting of candidates for exam, and three shortlisting of candidates for documentation, all in the name of adhering with the Federal Character Commission.

I swear, very nonsensical, only customs conduct recruitment like this. What if it was 10,000 personnels they are to recruit.
They just come up with update ones in 5 or 3months.

The next list of the screening again not final. After that still have to wait for God knows months for another update. As if they don't need the personnels they are recruiting.
