Will be leaving camp march and their POP will be first week of April while the GD leave June. Your best bet is to discuss the situation with your caretaker. Tell him to give you till December ending with promise to pay for the month used if you'll finally move out. And if by December ending you're not moving out you will renew in full. Once you're ready to sign agreement i don't think there should be issues.

Because of you renew and you end up getting the job, half a year you will be in camp if you're GD. And there's no assurance you'll live in same state after the training.

So the above suggestion is a safe approach for you.
