From my lil understanding, your result shows you have high prolactin, low progesterone, high testosterone.
But its not the end of the world. If you are not already on any drug for the prolactin, discuss with your dr about parlodel or dostinex (I learnt those here) or do/combine the drugs with the natural one of using cabbage, ewedu +vit b6(read previous posts on it)
Also for the progesterone, discuss with your dr on progesterone suppositories, but on your own you can add omega 369 to your daily supplements, make sure you are on a prenatal vitamin too, it helps.
I, personally have been on omega 369, for more than 1 month now, and during the last 2 tvs I did, my endometrial linning on cd10 was 10.2 mm and 11 mm on those 2 cycle, also the last tvs also showed a dominant follicle of 23mm, which released the following day. But the tvs I had on cd10 before I started taking the omega, showed a follicle that was not mature enough (I have a 25/26 day cycle)
All am trying to say is that omega3 can help. You can try that too

Your FSH levels shows you have excellent Ovarian reserve. Your LH is lower than your FSH and is close to a ratio of 1:1 so you're likely clear of PCOS. I believe your anovulation is from the high Prolactin. Just treat the high Prolactin and take the Omega's and I believe you'll be fine. Don't worry yourself about having one tube. You can conceive with one tube. God and your body knows the one tube that is working and you'll most likely ovulate from that side each month. Chukwu agozi go gi, o fodu nwa mgbe nta ( God has blessed U, its remains small) and it'll manifest to his glory, Amen.

Which drugs are you currently taking? Abeg no kill yourself with unnecessary drugs / supplements oh!

From my findings , the company is called Camvacon and they have a variety of products mostly for fertility issues just like carrottop that make preseed and evergreen products . The company is based in Owerri and dh who grew up here says he's known about the company since 90s or early 2000s. As to why they are not a household name as one would expect, i can't say.

I'm having really bad side effects from vitex.i feel nauseous,bloated and my navel seems painful everytime I use it.i stopped using it a cycle ago.but I tried It 2 days ago and dt was when I decided I Wld neva go back to vitex.

I've read negative stories about it online that it isn't suitable for everyone.

I believe almost all the human organs have a redundancy, 2 eyes, 2kidneys, 2 testicles, 2 ovaries, 2 fallopian tubes etc. If we are faced with the challenge of the option to live with someone that has 1 of whatever organ, would we be willing to accept the challenge for the sake of love?
If the answer is yes, then our actions would prove and convince the other party that we are genuinely seeking a solution to a problem and not just looking for a way out of the relationship.
