@amfertile, for me those herbal treatments neva worked. I suggest you should 1st confirm absence of pregnancy, then embark on primolute N for 10 days, 3 times daily, AF wud come out 4-6 days after. Also take it with blood tonic to help increase flow. That's the quickest way I know to get AF or you could try vitex.

I suggest Wednesdays and fridays as fasting days. 6-6 or 6-12 or 6-3! Occasioned by daily prayers at any time of the day that is suitable for one, but midnite preferably because its very quiet then, u have less distractions. Mamas please i need your insight on this matter. My cycle this year has been fairly regular going from 28 to 33 but last month i had a 36 day cycle.....all hpt before af came showed negative. Af finally cAme on the 37th day giving me a 36 days cycle.. i had hromonal profile done anD allhormones came out ok xcept for progesterone which was low and my gynea said from the result it showed i didn't ovulate For this cycle. My issue now is that am on CD 37 no af anD hpt is negavtive. Abeg Mamas help me here , anyone has any idea why my cycle is getting longer (never had a long cycle like this in my life) why i didn't ovulate....

Are u on any hormonal drugs?
