Just arrive at the camp with your signed and stamped doctors report from an accredited state, FMC or military hospital, copies of doctors appointment to the hospital, drug prescriptions and the hospital card...once you can provide all these documents to the officials, I can assure you that your request for re-deployment would be granted.

Yes it still works...make sure you get yours ready before going to camp. (That is if you'd wish to re-deploy from kano state)

Calm down...the 2013 batch B library thread would soon make the front page, and when it does, corpers past and present who have served in edo state would come to your rescue.

Students steal from each other....its a normal thing in camp, that's the more reason why you have to guard your belongings properly.

Imo, rivers, delta, even the over rated akwa ibom state...my advice is that you should think less of your state allowee so if it isn't forthcoming, you won't be too disappointed.

Yes you would be allowed...its even advisable to come a day or two before the camp opens.

Eyah...at least its much better than being posted to the core northern states.

Edo is quite ok...just avoid night movements during your PPA cos of the high rate of cultism and other criminal activities in the state.

I believe you will be ok though, so don't worry yourself much.

creamie: As per hostel.....well a friend that served @ Oyo and just passed out this month said d hostels r nothing to write home abt. . Generally, I guess the camp experience's gon be good tho. (Hopefully)

Most hostels and their toilets in NYSC camps are nothing to write home about.

My advice is that you arrive at the camp early like 23rd or 24th, so you can get a good and well ventilated room, a good foam/bed and also to complete your registration before the multitude arrives.

Lol...there have been library threads since 2012 batch C, and people have been opening threads based on where they're being posted to.

Truth is its makes it easier for prospective corpers to hook up with each other once there are new threads...this room would look like a market place if one user is shouting Abia, another Oyo, and another Sokoto.

But once there are various threads for different states, it would be much easier to identify with people traveling to the same state with you.

Its everywhere bro...Most corpers have bitter experiences in regards to this issue.

The problem Nigeria is facing is a National one...From our leaders at the top, to the common man on the street…we simply can’t get things right that’s why this nation has remained the way it was since 1960.
