Claims that haven't been verified and are ridiculous and untrue. Hahaha. You're hurt. Your writing is dreadful, so disjointed, and you have a bad vocabulary. Focus on that first, then your self-esteem. Wealthy kid on an anonymous forum!
Lol, I’ve broken the soul of, Vado, the poverty stricken sod. My writing style is just too advanced for a village-dwelling pseudo-activist to grasp. This is English language - no Edolish language, which you’re accustomed to, lol.

I’m loving your tears, as I smoke this Vado pack, lol.

This is your demagogue:

So, how are you trying to destroy corruption when the demagogue in your demagoguery is corruption personified?

You’re a village idiot and you and your ilk are so transparent.

And again: you’re not fit to clean (not lace) my boots, you uneducated village boy. LOL

Overstating your importance. I'll be the first to point out anything the Oba does wrong. I don't have your issues of sentimental bigotry. Wole Soyinka is a hypocrite and a rogue

Due to the fact that he was the older person, he had once desired to take someone else's seat. As a learned professor, he is aware that asking nicely rather than imposing yourself is the proper way to obtain something. We want to destroy that order of corruption!

P.S. You have such a disorganized writing style. Expand your vocabulary!
I don’t care about your little gossip and hearsay - I deal with things that can be proven. So, have you got proofs that Prof. Wole Soyinka is corrupt?

It’s interesting you claimed you want to destroy the order of corruption, yet the demagogue in your demagoguery was utterly corrupt as a governor. And under his watch, Fidelity Bank, was used to launder about $6billion of Nigeria’s money, to offshore accounts.

His vice, Datti, was sacked as a senator in 2011 for election fraud (I’m still trying to find links to the articles so I can shame your existence).

So, what type of corruption are you and your co-travellers trying to destroy when the shepherd leading the herd to the bottomless pit, is corruption personified? You gormless and uneducated miscreants are transparent.

That said, you’re an illiterate and your understanding of the English language is rudimentary at best. And you wouldn’t know what vocabulary and writing style are, even if I were to smack your face with them. Like I said earlier: you’re not fit to clean (not lace) my boots.

Lol, I don’t do chest-beating - I leave that to silverback gorillas, Igbo-erectus and Edo-habilis (I know you’re Edo based on your post history). It’s inherent to those 3 primates.

I’m stating facts and I’m here to break your soul due to your utterly disrespectful posts about the sage. Keep his name out of your posts.

I’m done here. Next time I see you violating any Yoruba icon, your Oba of Benin would become collateral damage. He’s Yoruba by blood gone rogue but he’s not off-limit since he’s now a prodigal son due to revisionism.

I think Baba John Henrik Clarke’s quote would be applicable here: “I only debate my equals. All others, I teach (or swear at, lol)”.

Pack it in, it’s over for Obidunce as a group and pseudo-movement. Prof. Wole Soyinka put a nail on your coffins and that was the end of your chapter.

And keep the name of the sage out of your puerile posts.

Vado2:
I find it disturbing that a reputable Nobel laureate, Prof. Soyinka, has classified the obidient movement as a fascist group. He begs not to even understand what fascism is.

An organization that works to bring about a new Nigeria and has never engaged in conflict or caused havoc. It's unfortunate that he has sided with those that oppress us. A man who had his loudest voice under the Jonathan administration—he even branded the president's wife a "Sheppotamus"has suddenly lost his voice under the tyrannical Buhari administration. Cultism was introduced into our schools by the same man who calls the Obidient movement fascist. Cultism is a movement that infiltrated our schools and killed a lot of our young children.

The same man who called the Obidient movement a fascist movement pulled a gun on a journalist on live television and forced her to disclose an election result. Wole Soyinka is a well-educated rogue who belongs to the ASIWAJU movement's criminal Mafia in Nigeria.

The same man did not denounce election rigging, the fight against non-natives in Lagos State, the tribal conflict, the drug case, or the illegality of the Tinubu campaign. He fabricates bias while disguising himself behind his pretty good reputation. I'm delighted more people are starting to see through him.

He serves as the new mafia ASIWAJU movement's spokesperson. He reeks of bigotry. He has benefited from the systemic decay and is simply a contributing factor to the issue. What was it that this same man that once lauded and eulogized ASIWAJU? Hence, I'm not shocked to see Obi being attacked and the Obidient movement.
Shut up, you illiterate troglodyte.

Prof. Wole Soyinka is one of the greatest and most celebrated black people ever and you have to attain a certain level of education (which you obviously haven’t) to understand him, when he speaks.

You zombies don’t even understand the basics of revolution or Marxist ideology, yet you think your trash pseudo-movement cum demagoguery laced with fascism is something productive, no? LMAO. Most of you are jobless drug-addled miscreants, with no sense of direction, that have become a nuisance everywhere. It’s time you’re reined in like Prof. Wole Soyinka did.

Grand opening and closing! It’s over - Obidients died today.

Do you know that the Igbos would have been ahead of everyone if only they followed the True Christian Teaching of Loving your Neighbours

Yet they are supposed to be a Christian People but the Hate , used against the Osu Caste is still giving some people a Fake Superiority Complex
Christianity is a foreign concept and you can’t be ahead of anyone by using a foreign concept. You have to evolve from within first (something Igbos didn’t do) and then, the foreign concept would become useful.

What separates Yorubas is the fact that Yorubas went through that evolution and were able to build 2 empires (Old Ife doesn’t get talked about that much but there was an Ife empire that used glass beads as currency before its decline into Ife kingdom and subsequently birthing Oyo empire) and about 10 kingdoms.

That’s the inherent knowledge/consciousness you’ll need when things aren’t going you way. Even amongst Igbos, there’s a reason why Anambra Igbos dominate the rest and you should know why.
PoliticsRe: Obidients, One Of The Most Repulsive Concoctions Encountered - Soyinka by Creeper: 1:40pm On Apr 07, 2023
Only smart people will understand the link that connects these 3 excerpts from Prof. Wole Soyinka’s beautiful piece:
Coming to terms with an unpalatable projected eventuality – sorry – possible eventuality, counsels deep reflection, not demonization of the bearer of sour news. For the seriously committed, it requires pulling back the horns a little in order to regroup, rethink and resurge. Democracy is sometimes a long haul. Some of us have been at it for quite a while. I am well aware that the foregoing is further invitation for more nauseous bilge from the besotted. Please, be my guest. It is, after all, one of those special seasons of convergence of two seasons of self-flagellation.
And

This gross abuse of historic licence actually provides smug satisfaction for rookie activists. I advise them to seek out the school of survivors where pertinent lessons still exist for those with sufficient humility to LEARN before MOUTHING! Otherwise their world of false mythologies will collapse under their feet, and leave them dangling in the void.
And

Before I take myself off for – well, next port of call – the final word goes to a favourite maverick, propagated even as he matched his words by action. I suspect that in this instance we find ourselves on opposite sides of the strategic fence – that is democracy. This now coopted watchword of his formulation remains apt, applicable to all who strive for authentic social transformation: Your mummu done do!
Lol, wisdom definitely comes with age. Yoruba people are inherently different and about 400years ahead of Igbos.

A lot of you will understand these excerpts in the next few months. Some play victimhood, tears and emotional blackmail. While the smart ones strategise, plan and execute while using the carrot and stick approach.

And for you to cite an inconsequential retard like Falls, in a discourse about Prof. Wole Soyinka (which is utterly disrespectful) - you ought to be able to take the foul words that come with it.

If you don’t want your ethnic group to be collateral damage due to the inherent behaviour of some of your brothers and sisters - you might need to tell your tribesmen that Yoruba icons are off limit.

Shemanmanthe has never won any prestigious literary award. Nobel Prize Laureate is a stretch when she’s never even won Man Booker Prize nor Pulitzer Prize.

She’s a bigot with more notoriety for promoting feminism in Africa - than her books. She has only written one half-decent book - Half of a Yellow Sun - which was based on Igbo trauma.

Stop comparing this mediocre writer to Prof. Wole Soyinka. They don’t belong in the same sentence.

I normally ignore, especially when you have alleged throwing words about out of context.
You even go further to rope me in as a fascist mob, even insinuating we operate cult like.

These are the kind of languages we stomach everyday even as we try to table our truths without insulting anyone, but at the end of the day, the whole blame still comes to the truth bearers because the truth hurts many.

For posterity, let me state again that I watched the whole interview.

The prof even stated that he wasn't around during the election, so the best thing for him would have been to keep mute instead of talking on one side alone without knowing why Datti is sounding so.

Our people said that if you are not around when they buried corpse, you are not the best person to exhume it, since you can start from the wrong side.

They also said that the goat can never deliver in tethers when the elder is around.

People like Falz acted like elders, that's why they started shouting when they saw what happened.

Had it been the Prof is 'around', I expected him to be shouting and not vilifying Datti for saying , 'no, the judiciary...'.

Somebody mentioned grabbing power by all means and running away with it.

We all saw the hide and seek that Inec played with the presidential election, even after the upload saga.

Prof was absent that he did not comment on any of these but only pick on Datti statement, which he probably bumped into on arrival.

My brother, there is no balance in all these at all.
That is the reason I see it as partisan and hypocritical.

Condemning governorship election in Lagos and Buhari cannot bring the needed balance, because he was very careful not to hurt the big masquerade; whom I suspect is his buddy.

So get the facts right.

You can as well ask Femi Falana who has stated categorically that section 37 of the criminal code is very clear and neither Obi nor Datti has violated it.

He even said, 'not minding the political optics you may be viewing it from'.

I am sure you know those he is referring to?
This is just unnecessary word salad. And you failed to address what I called you on about the misuse of “hypocritical and partisan”.

In the interview:

1. He critiqued Tinubu and Atiku and talked about how he advised them to leave the stage for fresh/young bloods.

2. He critiqued Emefiele (and Buhari) for the currency coup, which he termed as: a crime against humanity.

3. He critiqued the election violence and ethnic profiling in Lagos with a strong language (something I vehemently disagree with).

4. He spoke about his indirect support for Obi and the need to Igbo president.

So, again, how’s he “hypocritical and partisan”? You’re only mad he called out the illiterate zombies and Datti by their name. I guess the shoe fits, no?

Regardless, no one cares about the half-baked miscreant and talentless bubblegum rapper called, Falz or Falls. He’s a brainwashed idiot and an attention seeking pauper.

They are so gullible; if Buhari says anything positive about Peter Obi today, Mr president immediately becomes their best friend… even though the fools claim that Buhari is cloned. And if Pope says anything negative about IPOB, the man immediately becomes their enemy. No sense of purpose, no sense of troubleshooting and no sense of self control/ self respect…They all sleep and face the same direction; a typical losers’ method of operation

Very sad indeed.
What makes it sad is that: Obi has zero chance of winning. He came in 3rd and has no pathway to victory since he neither won the popular votes nor 25% in 24/25 states requirement.

So, everything they’re doing is an exercise in futility unless Buhari and the judiciary decide to go rogue and be undemocratic and impose him on Nigerians. And that most likely won’t happen.

Then again, Buhari and Emefiele just committed an unlawful currency/financial coup. So, Buhari can’t be trusted 100% as well since Emefiele must have had his support.

PoliticsRe: Another To Day Remind You That There's Nothing Like Middlebelt But North(photos) by Creeper: 11:40am On Apr 05, 2023
Lol, the map of the so-called Middle Belt is pretty hilarious. Why include all of Kwara and Kogi when 20-30% of Kogi and almost 80-90% of Kwara is Yoruba? I don't even think the inclusion of Borgu without consultation is wise since Borgu was an integral part of Oyo empire and all the Bashorun, Oyo empire had, were from Borgu (I think).

This exemplifies why fights against injustice in Nigeria will always fail because people don't think things through and make the requisite consultations . Yorubas in Kwara and Kogi are clamouring to join the SW but somehow minorities in the so-called Middle Belt decided to add them to their own utopia without consulting them - especially since these Yorubas would be the 2nd largest group in the so-called Middle Belt. Isn't that lunacy? And how do you expect Yorubas in the SW to support this agitation?

You can't fight injustice with injustice - you need to make consultations. It's the same mistake Igbos are making with their Biafran utopia. They have their 5 Igbo states they can make the agitation about. But rather than do that - they keep adding other people to their pipe-dream without their consent.

This is laughable and I don't think Yorubas will support this utopia. And you can't blame them if they don't due to the lousy map. However, it's a good idea and I'd even suggest that Nigeria needs to go back to the 15-20 regions/provinces the country had during colonial times, which were based on pre-existing kingdoms and linguistic affinity. But it has to be done the right way. Yorubas in Kwara and Kogi are some of the oldest Yoruba groups and are very important to Yoruba history. Leave them out of your utopia in the new alignment.

This is a pretty interesting take from an Igbo person since Igbos here and on every other social media platform swear Igbos doing this model of business contribute the most to Lagos’ IGR and without them, Lagos state would become Ekiti state. And it basically just shows how vacuous and deceptive Igbos generally are.

The truth is that: this model of business doesn’t really drive an economy at the top level. Yes, it creates cash flow, business activity and ‘employment’. But you can’t really tax them because by doing so, you’ll only increase the level of poverty.

The best you can do is make them pay meagre levies since the profit they most likely make is marginal - once you deduct expenditure/overhead-cost. And that won’t really move the needle. Taxing them would create more problems due to the level of poverty in Nigeria.

I think the elephant in the room are the criminals who hide behind this type of business - when their real source of income is crime. And how do you tax crime proceeds?
