Adonispco: I knew that this question will spring up and am ready to answer this with all honesty. In the place I live we have 'the landlord who is married with kids, a bachelor who is due for marriage, a single mother who is focusing on her business, my parents whom i still live with and that troublesome neighbour'. In the aspect of my neighbours daughther; to be honest I will explain few of her misdemenour cause she is actually the little imp i underated; I am a blacksmither working under someone and due to the nature of the job we normally have resting day(s) at least a day every week. So whenever am at home reading or surfing the internet i also pay attention to things happening in my surroundings; until I noticed changes in the behaviours of my Landlord's kids who always play with that my neighbour's eldest daughther. She lured my two landlord kids a boy and a girl ( 7 & 9) years old respectively into (fornication) ie an abominable act . Yes that imp did that cos she always lures them into a room with disguise of playing with them and locks the door to avoid been caught. She have made several attempts of seductions towards me, let me not go further on that imp lifestyle cos using (misdemenour) is an understatement. I saw many seductions from both mother and daughter. When they saw that i cant be compromised, and I will be a barrier to their devilish mission she and her mother came up with that heavy allegation so that I can be silenced.
I can swear at any given time that I never gave those my neighbours kids 'mirinda and Biscuit'. Before I read this, I knew you omitted some things in your original post. Anyway, I am of the opinion that this incidence should be reported. Anyone else can harm those kids and all fingers will be at you. Did you record the general meeting you had? Like someone said, arrest the man, his wife and more importantly, that herbalist! Let them write statements on how they came about the accusations. Please double the herbalist's sheet of paper. |

HITsquad: I can never understand men who goes after other men who sleeps with their partner. What about your wife your highness?
Without a woman's permission a man won't be able to sleep with her. And sometimes such men are only acting according to what the woman told them(she might claim to be a widow, or tell him all sorts of evil things about you) No man ever sleeps with a woman who told him she loves her husband... Or after telling him good things about her husband.
think about it for a second.
Bro... The day I caught my fiance red handed with another man in an apartment I was paying for, I shook the guy's hand and politely asked him to excuse us(so we could break up properly) why attack a Guy that probably never heard about you from your woman?
Mek we dey use our head abeg, your business is with your woman And not the man. This level of wisdom is recommended to every man. |
Christianity Etc › Re: I Was Sent Out Of The Church Just Because I Was Wearing An Earring by CrownedPhoenix: 10:55am On Jun 04, 2023 |
Merry100: Even though I had to follow certain doctrines when I was younger, I have come to question some of them as they cannot be proven through the Bible. I am particularly curious about where the Bible specifically forbids wearing earrings. My parents are devout Christians, and they did not even pierce my ears, let alone allow me to wear earrings. However, one day I felt like wearing an earring, so I put on a magnetic earring and went out. Later in that day, I attended a Church program a friend invited me but when I got to the Church, I was asked to remove my earring or leave.
I am not trying to shade Christianity, not all Churches treat visitors that way, I was even surprised at the way I was treated that day. I am just specifically curious about where God condemned earring in the Bible? I accept that all Churches have their own doctrines but some of these Churches still use there doctrines to rate Christians from other Churches. Is wearing earring a sin or just some Church doctrines? I can't find any verse in the Bible that condemns earring. If you know any please indicate. You sound troublesome. |

Conner44: The mobil oils you see in their petrol stations are the type specified mainly for the African and Middle East markets. In these two regions their climate doesn’t require the 5w20 weight and vehicles produced in these regions tend to spec the 5w40 weight instead.
Any original 5w20 mobil oil seen in Nigeria must have been imported from either Europe or America. Ok, thanks. |
Car Talk › Re: Maintenance Tips For Honda Cars by CrownedPhoenix: 5:39pm On May 21, 2023 |
Conner44: Mobil petrol stations here don’t stock 5w20 grade oils. Do you buy yours from a branded mobil petrol station? Never bought one from a Mobil filling station. Why do they not stock it? Would have been a guarantee one is buying the real. If authorised dealers (Mobil filling stations) are not selling, how are we sure we're not buying fakes. |

otimothy: Which oil is currently in your car? Reason I'm asking is I just finished battling same with my Honda accord 2006 and mehn I spent shege only to find out my oil was the issue. I use the recommended 5w20, I buy the Mobil 1. Well, the leak is reduced but I still have to replace the oil switch. How was your oil the problem? Were you using the recommended oil? What product do you use now? |

Luvinhubby conner44 and all the contributors Thanks for this thread. The car didn't start this morning. I went and did small craze for them I displayed for them small to the extent that their oga in the place had to step in and asked someone else to follow me. This other guy came with me home, worked on it till it started and we drove to their workshop Currently there at their workshop. Although this guy tried to cover the guy's mess up by saying it was just battery, I kept quiet. I wasn't for argument. At least this new guy seem to know what he's doing. All 4 spark plugs were all messed up, this new guy has worked the rpm back. The jerking has stopped and the smoking has reduced. He assures the smoking will stop I just bought injector cleaner and they still working on it. Thanks Honda guys on this thread |

Conner44: That thing your mechanic tweaked was your throttle body. There are three ways he might have messed up it’s settings with his ‘tweak’
1. He opened up the rubber intake hose (engine air filter to throttle body) and jammed the little hole in there that supplies the iacv air with something
2. He has tampered with the ‘screw’ on your throttle body by adjusting it with a screwdriver (in which case you will need a multimeter to reset it)
You should go back to your mechanic and push him to tell you exactly what he did to your throttle body so you can know how to revert it or if to purchase a new one.
OR
3. He has damaged the wiring on your harness that runs from the iacv to your brainbox (an electrician has to check this one out) Wow Yes, he adjusted the screw with a screwdriver. Please what are the terms 'iacv' and the 'harness' called in local parlance? Thanks a lot man, appreciate the time you put into this |

Stubborn82: Egbeda to mangoro is how many kilometres? Is there hold up on the road?, 2k fuel is like 10ltrs and that should take you up to 80 kilometres or more depending It's a relatively short distance. Used it to illustrate the way the car guzzled fuel. Not as long as 3MB which is about 12km. I'll say about 5 kilometres |

luvinhubby: May have tampered with your throttle body.
Which of oil seals did he change? Thanks bro. The seal on the engine, rather. The rubber lining that runs round the top of the engine. He changed it and applied gum. Then he tweaked something that dropped the rpm to 500 because he said the engine was high. Do you think any of these issues is as a direct result of this? What suggestions can you give in case he had tampered with the throttle body? Thanks man |

Good day OP please help!!
The under of my Accord 05 was always wet, so I went to change oil seal yesterday. Asides this, I was driving ok. Although it was smoking a little, not too noticeable.
After the mechanic was done changing the seal, there was a loud screeching sound coming from the alternator axis. After a while it stopped, the guy then said my engine was too high. He did some adjustments.
Now, the rpm is less than 1000, it's at 500. The car is vibrating and jerking as if it wants to stop. In fact on the way home, the car went off.
It is now smoking heavily!!! Thick black smoke coming out. The silencer area is now black with soot. I notice the exhaust is coming out with a lot of force now even when in P.
And worse, it guzzled the entire fuel. To illustrate, it took N2,000 fuel from Egbeda to Mangoro!!!
Somebody please help with knowledgeable suggestions I'm distressed right now. I mean, nothing serious was wrong with the car, I only went for oil seal change! |
