If I understand you explanation. You've uploaded it to remote server and it works fine with the files on the same server. But is not connecting from your local server. I can't really tell what went wrong since I'm not viewing your code. Check your internet correction and make sure to pass the port number along with the IP address.

I created a php socket and I tested it with local host and all that, it works fine, but after uploading to "remote server" I tried starting the server at the "remote server IP" it works fine wen I test it with the a client file in the same folder , but when I test it on my own local host, it's not connecting to d "remote server IP" wah am i doing wrong?

the bug is in the "take test" method

you initialized your random questions to 10 but when you create a random question you save it to just the first index (0) because you keep initializing "count=0" over again

1, app development (kivy for ios, android, windows)
2, game development(pygames)[never tried]
3, serverside(django)

but since you are going for algos
then i strongly recommend python as it has a lot of modules so you dont get to re invent 'wheels'
most times all u hv to do is #import algos

Python sweet sha. Plenty syntactic sugar. If you're unlucky and get hooked, you may find it difficult to detach. Rough guess sha cuz I've only used it to setup an RPC server between my dominant language.
