CastingCrowns:Awww, that's nice. I've been there once, Makurdi and Gboko enroute to Enugu. Ina ini. |
CastingCrowns:That's nice. We will blood you in. So you're not Igbo? Let me guess, with the way you look, slim, dark and beautiful, you are a Berom lady from Plateau? Probably from Langatang? |
CastingCrowns:Well, hmmmmm (takes a deep breath) Music as was defined to me way back in primary school is anything that is pleasing to the hearing. I started with Reggae as a child growing up with my father playing those old big black CD plates. Then, I moved to blues, I had so much of blues that every morning I was either waking up to the voice of the King of Soul; Luther Vandross, or the sonorous voice of Celine Dion. The likes of Whitney, and groups such as Westlife and Backstreet Boys giving us good RnB was not left out, not also forgetting Seal and Lighthouse. When I got to secondary school, I fell in love with Hip Hop, listening to Eminem, 50 cent, NAS, Ludacris et al. I am also a big fan of the local scene from Plantasiun Boyz to P Square to Asa but not currently a fan to all.these noise these days. My Dear, I don't know which genre of music I haven't listened to, sometimes I even go as far back to the 70s to listen to great music. I also love Country music and I'm a big fan of Don Williams. I listen a lot to radio, watch music talent hunt shows, watch series that play short excerpt of great music like Grey's Anatomy. I just love music. |

I'm tired of hearing these lame line everyday. Do you guys live in Nigeria? Are you done with school and working? I have come to notice that there is how a responsible working guy will handle issues regarding women and money. Let me tell you the truth, many women will continue to ask till this world is over. I'm not just talking about your GFs, I'm talking about your sisters, cousins, nephews, aunt's, and mothers. First, do you know how difficult it is for the female folks to get a job in this country without compromising? Let's not even talk about the state of the economy. Guys also go broke, I've been broke sometimes and who came to my rescue? A Lady. Infact, during my NYSC personal project, it was financed by the female folks. It's disrespectful and a show of lack of empathy and understanding to paint women in this light. Do u think anyone loves to beg? You guys should go out there and see what's happening, at my former place of work, the ladies there were compromising with their bosses, few who won't can't get the job. If they ask you and you can't help them politely turn it down, stop insulting women. There were days when my mum had nothing and I would take the plantain chips she made every morning to my Bank to sell since she didn't want to over burden me. Women go through a lot o, stop ridiculing them. Tomorrow, you will have wives and daughters, the universe is watching and it will pay you back in the same coin. |
Olamyyde:I will check out Chernobyl, the abadoned city. |
CastingCrowns:Cool. It's not everyday you find ladies who have good taste of music. Music has been the orchestra of my life since birth. Let me recommend "even if" by Mercy Me. Do you do other genre's of music? |
I have nice ladies in Jos that are looking for something serious. If you just want to catch fun then forget it. By the way, are you serving or working there? |
CastingCrowns: Chai! See my life outside, I don't know those guys o! When and how did you start listening to these guys? I'm really impressed. |
CastingCrowns:Wow!! Lovely. Didn't think I will ever meet another fan. I've been a fan since 2011. Love those guys so much, praise you in the storm, city on a hill, I can only imagine, mercy, east to west, till the whole world hears to mention but a few are my favourites. I'm sure my fanatism surpasses yours ![]() I also love the group; Mercy Me. Nice one. |
CastingCrowns:Away from the topic. Did you take your username from the Christian musical group called "casting crowns"? |
Achilles100:Bros, you sure about these? |
Anytime I come here to get reviews for good series all I see are crappy series not even better than the stage shows at Igamu. ![]() I now have to fall back to old series I couldn't watch when I was younger. Seems this outgoing decade died with GOT, and Into the Badlands. It was here people were talking about the Bodyguard like it was one interesting series only to watch it to d end and kept on wondering what the fuss was about. The only hope; HTGAWM is crappy unlike the first 3 seasons. Let's see what the new decade has in store for us, till then Lost, Prison Break, Legend of the Seeker, Wire should probably keep me busy. Adios. |
Lol. A man who rode on to wealth on the back drop of killing his Boss; The Late Aguyi Ironsi. Danjuma, also publicly disgraced Fmr President Jonathan when he said that him "Danjuma" won't go to Sambisa unless Jonathan goes first and was one of the instruments that saw to it that Jonathan lost his election. Seems this Karma stuff is real. We from the land of the Rising Sun are watching as things unfold with keen interest. |

Welcome back from your IT boss. |
omoiyamayor:Sounds like what a Samuel L Jackson would say. |
Bratking:Well done. |
Ladylite: ![]() 2/3. Won't say which one you missed. Nice try though. |
celeiyke:You don't even know we had such in our reserves and you expect me to engage with you? Nah!! I will pass. |
The weekend is almost here, the year is almost over. So, let's do something for fun. You mention a quote or an excerpt from a movie you've watched and someone else will try to guess the name of the movie. Let's not go too down memory lane. Movies from the 2000's are preferred. Series are also welcomed. I will go first. 1. Who do you think you are talking to? Let me school you in, I am not in danger **** I am the danger, a man opens his door and gets shot, you think that of me? No!! I'm the one who knocks. 2. "No matter what happens, never let them get into their cars" 3. "Even if I save him, he's gonna say "I guess my thing is better is better than your thing modafucker" 4. "You want to know what gave me so much drive? You. You put in that brothel, carved me on the streets, I am here because of you" 5. "Why is your penis on a dead girl's phone?" 6. "If it was my dying on the sidewalk you would walk right over me, I pass you everyday and you don't notice me" 7. "You have 24 hours to convince them to move away from that tree" 8. "......What you talking about? You know I never freeze" 9. "You will steal a painting and bring it to me, a painting for the one you loved, for the one you left behind" 10. " Somebody please give this man a gun" These are all I can remember for now, will update per time when I remember others. Let's hear yours Cc: Prof800. UjSizzle |
Love part 1 to the bones. I've watched it like a million times. Can't wait. |
celeiyke:Yes they are, I don't want to into the nitty gritty of Macro Economics, but, believe me, if the economy had been managed well, our consumer price index wouldn't have changed much. For Pete's sake, we had a whopping $60 billion dollars in reserves before the plummeting by the Jonathan regime started. |
"A man who has no ambition cannot be bought"..... Hercules. That summed up Yaradua's life. A man who admitted that the electoral system that brought him in was flawed. He created the Ministry Of Niger Delta, initiated the Amnesty program, reversed the price of PMS was gracious in speech and attitude, a complete detribalised Nigerian. When I look at Buhari I just laugh, a man who couldn't even win his Kastina during the 2007 elections, suddenly, he thinks he's bigger than Nigeria. Do you know that if not for the antics of his wife Turai, Yaradua was ready to resign as a result of his I'll health? May God bless his soul. I will always remember him for his Vision 20:2020. RIP Sir. |
Mcslize:Not all Bros, not all. I went to school too and I know many that kept themselves all through. There are still decent ladies out there, not all these marlians o! Other issues you raised like she having nothing to loose are Germaine, but, if it's d promiscuity thing, forget it!! She ain't d type. I look very well before I leap. Thanks though for d advice. |
Mcslize:Alright. I've heard you all. Points very well noted. |
Phenomenal16:He doesn't know what he just lost, what many are searching for. Too bad. |
saasala:.. Thanks Bro |
prizlezzlalasky:I will call you to explain better. |
prizlezzlalasky:Lol. My Queen. You're too special to be drawn into all these issues, a special seat has been set for you. All I ask for is the list and we shall be at your gate in no time. |
saasala:Sincerely speaking, this is my biggest worry. The message may get lost in translation and her values can well change with time. |
