Why are Yoruba disturbing igbos to carry their own struggle on their head? These are the same people calling igbos enemies of state for trying to rock the system.
This is the same thing awolowo did. He pushed ojukwu to secession and baba turned back.
Igbos better be smarter this time. Look at all the angles and play all the fields and look for any advantage. |

NOT NIGERIA.
At any rate there must be some preliminary evidence to justify that decision such evidence cannot be s secret. So if such a thing is going on in the US we would not be hearing about it in Nigeria. China has been trying a number of things and that is in the public domain.
This story is for simple and credulous folk who believe in spirit husbands and wives I didn't want to quote you initially. Nothing makes sense to a bigot. This is coming from the federal government. At least, a less bigoted mind would give it the benefit of doubt. |

0m0nnakoda: Before a drug is approved first
It is texted in animals for safety to show it is not toxic Next it is tested in Humans volunteers for the same purpose. Then it is tested in human volunteers for efficacy to show it actually treats the condition All of this after ethical clearance.
Records are kept according to best practice and if there is anything positive then approval is sought
This is not the responsibility of government but the drug developers.
So to say it is being tested by US is clearly a blatant lie and misinformation.
All those steps outlined above are very expensive and performed by companies with deep pockets
So if Iwu's drug is being tested . What stage of trial is it at? This is a global emergency. You don't expect it to necessarily follow established protocols During the Ebola epidemic, the US did life trials very quickly. |

This dumb and bigoted government does not have the capacity to invest that big money in high performing sectors.
Buhari will blow half of that money on the north and the successive govts would spend decades trying to pay back.

AlayeKondogbia: When we sought out this electricity issue and put policy that support local markets in different spheres of the economy, many things would fall in place easily. Cost of production would be reduced and the Nigerian producers can compete with others around the world. Even if we don't have the experts in the fields we can employ them. If innoson can produce, I don't see why drug companies cannot produce and make profit. Expertise is the problem. |

jjman2322: lazy? blame importers buying from china, circumventing duty, selling below production cost in Nigeria..
Would you produce a drug in Nigeria if your production cost is 100 naira and the imported one is selling for 85 naira? If the registered home made producers can produce sufficient quality and quantity, I am sure the FG has no problem restricting its import. Drug is too critical for us to start banning without making sure there is significant indigenous production. The problem I see is lack of ambition and ingenuity. They are satisfied with producing paracetamol , malaria and blood medicine. |

Places that need roads infrastructure on a large scale is Abia, Ogun, anambra, Lagos, and a few states. They need it to connect already existing business districts and industries
But 90% of the north is not even at that level yet. They need food first. |

I am yet to see a northern governor smart enough to do that. |
