But this current upward trend is scary to me — I use to think maybe it's not only Nigeria because Kenya's MMF rate is currently at 13% - 15% but what's scary about that of Nigeria is the rate at which it is shooting to the moon like we trading crypto here.

This is a man who governed, Anambra, one of Nigeria's most productive States, but could not do anything to improve its IGR.
