@donmeca, how would you classify your write-up? I would advise that you break it up to two or three post so it would appear less lengthy and easy for the eyes. Thanks! |
maclatunji: Poems are all over the place, maybe we should have brief introductions and some order around the poems? Please respond to my email and choose a motion. Thanks! |
^^ I can totally relate with the NAIRALAND one. love it! love it! |
Tgirl4real: Nice concept.Minimum of 6 lines. There is no maximum! Maybe I should remove that aspect. lolz any form of write-up would suffice as long as its original and literary in nature |
Goldieluks: Never knew the literature section could be this fascinating.Good to have you here. I see you have been giving constructive criticisms and encouraging writers, thanks! |
Everyone gets betrayed at some point and sometimes without confirmation, you set on a mission of revenge. It pays to forget and move on so you don't do what you would regret. Its very possible the betrayal was a misconception or someone that wanted your relationship sour, lied to you. Let it be a proven fact that he/she betrayed you before believing or acting. @topic- Yes I have been betrayed and I have also betrayed. Such is life! |
onila: awwwwI love this couple. Some intense chemistry going on there ![]() |
No I can't. I can't even imagine presenting one to my parents ![]() |
Tinax: @op,.somethings are better left unsaid..but its best to flee from all temptations of cheating. At least you are not denying cheating. I love your answer. |
190: ![]() |
maclatunji: LMFSO! Can't the poem be from my very active imagination? You are trying too hard. It has nothing to do with that person O. Kai, just enjoy the poem jor.Ok! |

|
maclatunji: Ah! I am not shy about declaring affection but I have to be honest and not embarrass anybody. Like I said before, the poem is part fiction and cannot be said to truly reflect reality. You mean well but mentioning a name would not be fair because the poem would give people the wrong impression and I don't want to destroy this thread with unnecessary argument.Well I think I know who the poem is about now. We don't want to break homes, so your secret is safe with me ![]() The poem is for every contestant then.lolz |
maclatunji: I am not sure I have a subject because about half of it is not based on reality. You see you are already asking questions?Uh-oh! I thought you understood the rules Mac, be a man and give that lovely poem of yours a subject, will you! ![]() Don't be shy ![]() |
maclatunji: ^ It takes some time to build clout, don't worry about it. My poem comes next.Mac, please who is the subject of your lovely poem? |
Semi-Advert- Don't mean to sound interruptive and forward, but we have so many talents on this section, endeavor to look around every once in a while and encourage these talents. You would be amazed at the stories & write-ups. Don't let their work go to waste! Thank you for being attentive! ![]() Back to the topic....... |
maclatunji: @Cuddlemii, I am just seeing that you have been made Moderator here- congratulations. |
You can def shake your booty to the beat and do some komole style.....oshe!!!! I am not sure about it being a hit song but y'all got to give him some credit for continuing the african culture way! A typical Nigerian would have westernized his song and changed his mother tongue to suit foreigners but he is still singing in Yoruba just like the likes of Fela. Kudos to his originality! |
Rocktation: My hate for love is overwhelming.Ok I increased it to minimum of 6 lines. There is no maximum! |
Waiting for 11:45 to put in the next lines
Why 11:45? Lolz! |
