People will conveniently dismiss the part where he mentioned that it was out of revenge. The country did nothing and the police merely dismissed it. They are victims of this country just like you and me.
So to revenge the death of their 5 brothers that were killed sometime ago they armed more than 20 people with guns so they can invade and wipe out one full commuinity abi? I was even expecting you to say they are actors paid to lie and paint the Fulani tribe as bad people. ****

Respect bro! You just killed the debate with that brilliant response. Abiriba/Nkporo L.G.A was once a dream...my dad's late friend fought hard to see it come to light but things didn't work out as they planned. I still maintain that there is such village as Ohafia. Even if Abiriba/Nkporo L.G.A became a reality Ohafia will still remain an L.G.A with 25 to 26 villages. I am from Ohafia and i can authoritatively tell you of all the 25 villages in Ohafia none of them is called Ohafia.

Music/Radio › Re: Igbos Evergreen Musicians, Why Don't We Appreciate Them? by cupidhero(m):
Chief Osita Osadebe-Ebezina

I can play this song a million times and still won't get tired of it. The arrangement and instrumental is heaven. Most music lovers i know appreciate all this legends you mentioned. I know a highly educated Yoruba dude who appreciates Chief Osita Osadebe's works and also a huge fan of Rex Jim Lawson. Cos people around you don't appreciate these legends doesn't mean everyone else does the same. I still recall seeing King Sunny Ade's two vinyl albums on my dad's music collection even though the OG no dey hear Yoruba and he had all Chief Osita Osadebe's works too.

A huge percentage of our magazines and Newspapers are run and filled with contents by descendants of Oduduwa and you don't expect them to start writing a brilliant article about Osadebe when Pasuma and Sunny Ade are there to write about. Only a few of these newspapers actually carry stories about the life and works of these Igbo legends.

Compton might not even make it to the top 10 most dangerous cities in America but voices like NWA,Ice cube,The Game,Kdot and others have actually made some peeps to actually see Compton as a dangerous place to live. Is all about having a voice with a wider range of listeners.

Chief Osita Osadebe was a genius.....Even Sir John Lenon would have been a fan. Any Jazz lover who have never listened to Ebezina by Chief Osita Osadebe dey miss alot.

I know the OP will regret creating this thread. You can't give it to them skinny girls just because you are being bombarded with ebony, white and even Asian Kate moss or Naomi Campbell. Beauty is in the eyes of a holder. The dude holding her down will be the one to tell her if she is beautiful or and not some silly magazine or a popular stranger or even the misinformed OP. Must be the hair...you realy do look like Nneka.

Kachisbarbie:
hmm
I don't do N100 movies, neither do I do N200. When I was serving, there was this movie shop I patronise in Uyo, the movies came quite expensive but they were top notch. Na that type I dey find...

The movies you have on your drive, where would you put it for me?
In my laptop or what?
The 200 naira DVD should do just fine. My buddy with chronic videophillia recommended it.It contains a single movie so it will definately have good picture quality. The 200 naira price tag is due to the fact that Shopping Center is mostly patronised by DVD retail shops and it might even be of the same quality with the ones you did buy in Uyo.

I don't realy like people using their work PC for entertainment but if you don't own a flash drive or an External drive with atleast 150GB space then i suggest you copy them to your PC but you will need a flash drive or a USB card reader and a memory card to copy the files from your PC to the flash or memory card and then plug and play it on your LED or HD TV. My movie files are mostly 800MB to 2GB depending on quality. E dey fine wella for TV.

TV/Movies › Re: 15 Movies You Ought To Have Watched In The First Quarter Of This Year by cupidhero(m): 7:58pm On May 19, 2016
The 5th wave was nothing special. It's got a badass name but failed to live up to all the hype it was given.
Documentaries and documentary style movies rarely gets mentioned or reviewed on nairaland. Most of the movies the OP posted is everywhere...from the internet to your local TV stations. We are bombarded with previews of this movies so i think most people know about them. How about less marketed movies that people rarely know about....thats what this topic should atleast be about. A forum like this should be about discovery and learning. No offence but as a movie lover i just feel that Nairaland's movie section contains the same amount of repetitive crap like other dying section. I checked out the sexuality section the other day and stumbled upon a huge thread containing all the adresses of most brothels in Nigeria and some others containing drool worthy pictures of girls from Naija down to the Carribean. Imagine the low quality pixelated pictures the OP used. Na wa for una o.

Please where can I get really good movies in Aba?
Cc: cupidhero, don't tell me no idea please cry
Shopping Centre got you covered. 200 naira per film and most of the movies are subtitled in English and come in HD format. The 10 or 15 in one movies are sold at 100 naira each but i won't recommend that to you because the picture quality is horrible. Test each movie or reach an agreement with the seller to return every cinema dubbed DVD to him if there is any. Most recent movies will still be cinema dubbed for now so avoid those ones if you must. Would have recommended someone but i only do digitally downloaded movies. Nollywood box office movies are scarce in Aba and i think you should use a Hollywood box office movies buying guide before you end up buying "Fifty Shades Of Black" which would be a total waste of money.
I should have about a 100 romcoms and other hollywood flicks on my drive and 90 percent of them come in 720p resolution. I should be in Aba before tuesday nextweek....if you interested just holla.(Na free)
