benedictuyi: If you don't mind my asking, I thought the client information was only meant for LOE, what other scanned documents are you attaching? Sop , education certificates, Deeds, business documents family birth certificates etc those are what I want to add or is that the wrong section for it? Someone please help oh |

Hello house good evening Please I need clarity on this ; When compiling my visa application for the ‘client information’ part If I want to add some scanned documents but but also want to make some comments under the documents. Do I insert each document into an ms word as a picture and then comment under it (my fear is the document won’t be read able) or I should create a blank Ms document, type in the comment then merge it with the scanned document (won’t the pages be too much and add to the size of the documents Please people that did their application themselves and have submitted I need a response please am stuck thanks in advance. |

Ok thanks jaydave: It has been said here many times that some lawyers just love to extort people . If you go to any high court and ask those guys working there that you want to do a gift deed they may not charge you up to 10k |
Travel › Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 22 by Cuppycak3: 1:54pm On Jan 06, 2023 |
Hi please how much did it cost you to get the high court deed of gift apeja2017: So sorry, it will end in praise. If you have faith. We have similar sponsor package, but in my own case I earned 80k+ monthly and at the time I submitted my application I don't have more than 1k, excluding the deed of gift that was transferred to me by my sponsor a week before I submitted, which I back It up with high court deed of gift, sponsor letter on company letter head, affidavit of support, all cac documents, company soa and reference letter. You can check my post to see my timeline. I only used my work to show my experience base on my program and how it will give me a senior/manager position in other to earn more in my organisation/Nigeria. With your salary alone they already know that you can't take care of yourself. |

Thanks I appreciate your response Please here’s my contact 08037631874 can you message me on WhatsApp the contact of the lawyer cuz the one I saw is telling me 300k for a gift deed for one of my dad’s property to be in my name and he is saying the deed has to be registered hence the price please I’ll love to know if anyone else has experienced this thanks. NGOZIGLORI: For the gift deed I used a lawyer he also did some documents for us everything was calculated together but in all it was less than 50k for all the documents he did for the property valuation I used an estate valuation company (250-300k) depending on the company and the negotiating power. |

I know this is coming late but it is better late than never. I am super grateful to God and to everyone contributing on this thread.
Received PPR for my study permit on Dec 22 and SOWP for my spouse on Dec 23
Application submitted on September 3rd Biometrics done and updated the same day on Sept 8th for me & Sept 15th for spouse Upfront medicals me on September 22nd Eligibility started on October 27th Upfront medicals passed for spouse on November 9th after sending webforms
Then silence... No update, nothing. The wait was frustrating.
Ordered CBSA notes on Oct 27 which came on Nov 23 and showed that everything was in order & eligibility was on review required
I already differed to May 2023 (I no wan book flight/travel under pressure) but I kept sending emails and webforms. At a point I scheduled like 35 emails daily
Sent email to Simon Fraser & Justin Trudeau on December 12 and received responses albeit generic (in short, told me to be patient) Reached out to MP same day, she asked for my details and got back after a few days with same generic response and told me to keep checking portal for update. I stopped sending emails on Dec 14. At this point I decided to leave everything in God's hands as I felt I had done everything I needed to do within my power. I never stopped praying all through. Sent webform on Dec 20th.
I was having a not so good day on 22nd when I decided to check my email, na so I see 2 donotreply emails. My heart was racing as I checked portal to see PPR for myself and ghost update for spouse. PPR dropped for my spouse the next morning.

If I can do it, anybody can. Just take your time to write a compelling story in your SOP. It is the most important thing after POF. It is how you sell yourself to the VO. It is better you write yourself and get people to help review but if you cannot write it please outsource and fine-tune (I know GCMS writer is good). I begged people to help review my SOP. I am going for a PGD in Business Analytics after already having PGD in Business Admin. Going with spouse for 1year program without travel history and God did it.
I learnt alot just by being a silent reader here and I also did a lot of research. The motivation to start the journey was gotten from here. Special thanks to Lianna2020, skull4eva, justmellow, Centennial guy & Ketima who helped review my SOP & answer my questions when I reached out. Thanks to everyone that made this possible |

Omggg Am so sorry dear I read this with disbelief! Sending you lots of love. Order for your notes and refire! 7COLOURS: Breaking News!!!
My application was refused this afternoon based on purpose of visit, insufficient funds and asset lol.
I'm going for a year course, tuition is 18,000 Cad out of which 10,000 Cad has been paid remaining 8,000 Cad.
I am self sponsor and going with 2 of my kids
Bank statement of almost 20M provided, pay stubs, employment letter, confirmation and promotion letters, my CAC documents registered 7 years ago, land documents valued at 30M etc.
I appreciate your well wishes and prayers.
I gave this application my best but sadly, it was not enough.
I am about to order for CBSA note to really understand their reasons for refusal.
Thank you all
I wish everyone still expecting PPR good news
Cheers |

Facing something similar with ecobank been on disbursement reviewer since 20th September that’s over a month now and I went to the bank the rude customer rep is saying they’ve done their part. Who’s part is it to disbursement the funds? |
