Lordbukas:COZA boys, representing their Daddy very well ![]() |
The ball is actually in Fatoyinbo's court. It is his character and reputation that has been dragged in the mud by several women, not just Busola. When will he approach the court to clear his name? It is many years since Ese Walters made same allegation, and he is yet to issue the long awaited "robust response", talk less of going to court to clear his name lilfreezy: |
On the contrary, if Fatoyinbo thinks his shining golden image has been tarnished, he should slap a character defamation suite against Busola and his former church staff who also accused him of the same offence. Sadly, the coward in him cannot face his former victims in open court. He prefers hiding and using his church members to throw mud at his victims. Now he wants to go to Daddy Freeze FM radio to launch attack. Is Daddy Freeze platform not social media also? The man is prolonging the pain by this hide and seek tactics. When Ese Walter accused him, he promised a robust response. Many years after, the world is still waiting for that response. Hopefully, when he finally shows up on Daddy Freeze FM he will address the Ese Walter angle also. kiyosaki1: |
asuustrike1:That court process can only commence when Fatoyinbo summons the courage to come out from hiding and walk up to the nearest police station and lodge a complain of character defamation against Ese Walter, Busola & Timi Dakolo and the recent former staff who also accused him of the same crime, if he believes he is innocent. He can also brief his lawyer to file a defamation case on his behalf. On the other hand, if he is guilty and has confessed to some senior pastors as we hear, who advised him to step aside, let him also come out and apologize to his multiple victims and ask for forgiveness. Unfortunately, he is not doing any of these. Instead, from his bunker he is hiding behind his wife and asking her to demand that his members should keep celebrating him, with the hope that the storm will blow over, and he will come out and continue with his philandering ways with women |
oblaak:And where is your evidence that he didn't rape them? "Pastor" Fatoyinbo himself quotes the scripture that "in the mouth of 2 or 3 witnesses, a matter shall be established". Now we have over 4 witnesses of his pattern of raping and having random sex with members of his church. So the matter (his culpability) has been conclusively established beyond doubt. Deuteronomy 19:15 KJV One witness shall not rise up against a man for any iniquity, or for any sin, in any sin that he sinneth: at the mouth of two witnesses, or at the mouth of three witnesses, shall the matter be established. |
Over four women make the same accusation against the same man over many years. Can't you see a pattern of behaviour? And you are here declaring them as false? James4bright: |
MrPRevailer:But four separate members of his church have independently accused him of raping them. So who are you going to believe? Besides, as a cult chief it a given that you must rape as a right of passage, and thereafter. So he is lying by saying he has "never raped". In any case, why does he go underground everytime a new victim surfaces? |
lonelydora:Wao! Another wonderful word thought to his members by the"great teacher", Biodun Fatoyinbo, alias PB. Fela once sang; "teacher, don't teach me nonsense". Fela must have had PB in mind |
"Pastor" Fatoyinbo or "PB", as you lovingly call him, the "great teacher", has really thought you well. One great etiquette he has imparted in you and his followers is to address the public as "idi.ots". All hail the "great teacher", PB ![]() lonelydora: |
princechurchill:What concrete evidence are you expecting from rape that happened over then years ago? Is it Video or blood stained pants? Do people set up secret video before they are rape? Guy, get real already. |
InansBobo:Punch is trying confirm if he truly graduates from UNILORIN as he claims |
A 17yr old is a minor according to our laws. However, beyond the underage aspect your reasoning is shocking and so naive. So rape is rape when it occurs once. Once, the rape happens more than once, then it is legal and permitted. Also Oga sex lecturer, according to you, if a rape victim does not report rape immediately or shout during the raping, then it ceases to be rape I doff my hat for you. This level of reasoning is what keeps Nigeria in the shit hole that it is today ![]() Dafemich: |
GutsOverFear:According to our criminal codes she is a minor until she attains 18 years. I am not the one saying it. |
InansBobo:I heard Unilorin rusticated him for cultism. I believe the Punch reporter was just doing investigative journalism to establish the truth |
Dafemich:Sex with a minor is statutory rape, because a child is not psychologically mature enough to give consent. Busola was a minor when Fatoyinbo violated her |
GutsOverFear:If you have sex with a minor, it is statutory rape, wether or not the child consents or not. Busola was a minor when Pastor Fatoyinbo had sex (or raped) with her. Better educate yourself about Nigerian law |
https://punchng.com/weve-yet-to-trace-fatoyinbos-record-unilorin/ The University of Ilorin has said it has yet to trace the academic record of Biodun Fatoyinbo, the embattled Senior Pastor of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly. |
Saifullah01:Abba Kyari that died in Nov 2018? So Buhari is still appointing dead people into his cabinet? Kai. We are finished in this country. |
PETERiCHY:Excellent analysis . Anybody who thinks things will pick up next year is on a long thing. The signs are ominous. The debt and subsidy burden are ballooning dangerously. There is no coherent economic policy and direction. The only person talking some sense is CBN governor. His influence is limited largely to monetary policy alone. The fiscal and macroeconomic policies and actions are either non-existent or rather confusing. I am not sure how many people can attribute any real fiscal direction to, or remember the name of the former Finance Minister without resorting to Google. The priorities of the government seems rather strange, like establishing radio station for herdsmen or acquiring land in every state to settle them, a very strange and curious policy. The way PMB runs his govt, I'm not sure the man even needs ministers. They are like ornaments. Wether they perform or not, he never changes or sacks anybody. |
Mcy56:Have you factored in the impending bank recapitalization? Either or both Banks will morph into something else or disappear altogether. Your holding will then become almost worthless or zero. It simply doesn't make sense to hold onto these tier 2 bank stocks. Take your loses and reposition in Zenith and GTB who will definitely survive the Emefiele tsunami that is coming. Never fall in love with any stock, or hold on endlessly, hoping against hope that things will improve. I learnt bitter lessons with my Oceanic and Skye bank holdings |
DOLLARTEX:Word. Very true |
bojbest:Meristem Securities and Morgan Capital are good. Afrinvest also offers online trading platform, but it's too clumsy. I won't recommend it. |
Chai!! FO on full offer today, no bids. Share has dropped 9.87% today Time to bail ................ |
Jejebabaa:If you are referrring to MTN Teleop, please understand what happened before you unfairly castigate an innocent company that stuck its neck out retail investors to benefit from a very good investment which was only open to high net worth individuals (HNWI). MTN was gearing up to list in NSE way back in 2007, and did private placement with HNWI and instituitional investors which was priced out of the reach of common man. Afrinvest secured a portion of the MTN shares and set up MTN Teleop Funds directly linked to MTN shares, duly registered and approved by SEC. Each of the MTN Teleop Funds was priced in dollars which converted to about N1m per unit. This enabled people to buy 1, 2, 3..... etc units of MTN Teleop Fund. The hope was that after MTN listing on NSE, the underlying shares will be crossed to CSCS accounts of subscribers to the Fund after listing. Unfortunately, MTN kept reneging on thier several promises to list. This is the reason why people did not sympathise with them when they were hit by the hefty fine bu NCC. Meanwhile, whilst MTN was foot dragging on listing, they were declaring healthy dividend every quarter, which was also paid to the MTN Fund holders as well. I benefited from this immensely, even though the underlying shares could not be traded. Finally, since it was apparent that MTN will not going to list, and I believe the Fund tenure was probably temporary, Afrinvest notified subscribers of the Fund of thier intention to liquidate the Fund, and paid the underlying value to all subscribers. So there was no scam or wrong-doing on the part of Afrinvest. Afrinvest is trying to do same same thing with the current Airtel listing. |
Prof(Pastor) Yemi Osibanjo (Nigerian president-in-waiting) told Nigerians in USA during a town hall meeting last that they should not believe these stories. That they are blown out of proportion by social media. That there is nothing like herdsmen killings |
MTN shares sinking like lead
|
Mcy56:Is is available. Nigerian brokers are arranging SPV to allow retail investors purchase minimum small units like 500 shares. Later, it will be crossed into thier CSCS account, similar to the MTN Teleop Fund arrangement done by Afrinvest years ago when MTN listing was anticipated |
rebekah2011:Same here, I have been battling since morning to decode the prospectus. I am even having headache now. The 2019 FY financial report is even more mysterious. They have actually provided the report in "reported currency" and "constant currency". But I struggle to figure out the expected returns per share to shareholders since all metrices on per shareholder basis is not included in the prospectus. Even the offer size after a lot of rigmarole and plenty grammar is not stated. All they say is they have made provision to allote 10% above the subscription size. I tried to estimate it backwards from the amount they want to raise N270b and the high-end of the projected price range N454. The result is 594 million shares will be offered. But is this the same as Outstanding Shares (OS)? In the prospectus, in one hidden corner, they state that issued and fully paid up share after listing in LSE is 3.7billion shares at nominal value of $1. Gurus in the house, please help us decode the OS and other metrices. PAT for 2019FY was $412m. Net debt in the books is $4b
|
This is my fear too. Though it is based on the well-known tradition of Indian businesses manipulating the books so shareholders will not get returns. I have quickly scanned through the Prospectus and 2019 FY report (yet to be audited). Airtel has a huge debt overhang of $4b They have been making losses in the 2 years preceding 2019 FY. In the prospectus, they state very clearly that they are listing the shares to raise funds to offset thier debt. Bro abeg if you have more insider info, please spill it out for the common man, make we no go enter trap again. hisexcellency34: |
How did you get the info on the OS? Is offer size in this IPO same as OS? Mpeace: |
iammo:Did you read you read the interview at all. Kola said his father, MKO never nominated anybody to serve under Abacha. Read paragraph 3 Kola Abiola: He said, contrary to widely held beliefs, Abiola never nominated anybody into the regime of the late General Sani Abacha, and explained that some of his father’s former allies who chose to serve the late dictator had already decided to be part of his regime and his father could not stop them.On the contrary, Tinubu went begging for Administrator, Deputy Administrator, and Commissioner. Each was refused. Kai |
