This UAC subsidiary used to be a N15 stock. I took a look at thier Q1, 2019 result, there was nothing to write home about, just the usual massive losses. What is happening?

Really! People are preventing Buhari from accessing information that is already available in the public domain? In his privileged position, he can demand to speak to or see anyone to obtain first hand facts. What stops Buhari from picking up copy of Forbes or The Economist, or the tens of Nigerian Newspaper columnists who daily publish starks facts about the economy? Why can't he just read? It's not that hard. Rather, he is playing dump, deaf and mute Lifestone: This article represent the story of our life as a country. Sadly those who have held this country hostage won't allow PMB into the real and full picture, the present economic team has told lies to itself enough and should give way for a more pragmatic and reform focused group to try again. Certainly we can not continue like this |

Don't get you. Can you clarify the last two paragraphs? googi: This is how they suck every living cell out of developing/emerging economy.
Get foreign judgments that wipe out the foreign reserve.
Servicing loans, debts, interest and penalties.
Oxford, London School of Economics and Harvard train economists will soon flood here telling Nigeria to pay and settle business dispute in favor of the suckers.
When OBJ paid off Paris Club odious loans, it was good for the Country. Nigeria was asked to borrow by the same advocate that paid of the loan claiming loan had cheap interest rate and good for credit rating.
Prof. Soludo had to put her in her place when she started believing her false assumptions. If OBJ and Jonathan knew better, she could not have been right in both cases - pay off or borrow again.
Sometimes you have to wonder who loves this Country except those poor men and women toiling day and night to trade in needed goods and materials, sell and buy while fat cats bundle their sweat equity out through forex. |

https://punchng.com/appeal-court-sacks-ned-nwoko-reinstates-nwaoboshi-as-delta-senator-elect/The Abuja Division of the Court of Appeal on Thursday nullified the April 3, 2019 judgment of the Federal High Court, Abuja which sacked Senator Peter Nwaoboshi as the Peoples Democratic Party’s senator-elect for the Delta North Senatorial seat. The Federal High Court in Abuja had by its said judgment declared Ned Nwoko as the true candidate of the PDP for the February 23, 2019 National Assembly election. A three-man panel of the Court of Appeal, in a unanimous judgment, held that the Federal High Court in Abuja’s judgment was a nullity as the said Federal High Court lacked jurisdiction to have heard the case filed by Nwoko. Justice Mohammed Idris, in the lead judgment of the panel, held that the suit by Nwoko was statute-barred and that Justice Ahmed Mohammed of the Federal High Court, Abuja ought not to have heard the case in the first place. cc: Mynd44

Who I am I? And why should you listen to me?
My name is Lewis, I own Fabiano... a shoemaking outfit in Lagos
In 2017, at the peak of the Economic recession...I packed up my 2 stores in the outskirt of Lagos Nigeria (toll gate and Egbeda)and moved my business online.
Sales in my stores..had hit an all time low..I was barely surviving...
I was living from hand to mouth...
Hiding from my landlords both at home and in my store...because I couldn't raise the money to renew my rents
I was a shadow of myself...I even contemplated moving my family back to the village
Then I started looking at the prospect of selling online...
Last year i sold over 50,000 unit of my products using Facebook and Instagram... right from my bedroom(in my boxers and singlet)
Not to mention several many orders I rejected..
I made several repeat sales from impressed customers..
I no longer bothered my head with cheap customers who didn't have the money to buy my products
No more landlord wahala
I made more money online...way more than what I have ever made in the past 5 years in my stores...
....I will be holding a free class on WhatsApp Hit me on 08080281656 ( |

The DEFENDER reports that Atiku spent over N47 billion security presidential ticket of PDP at the Port Harcourt, Rivers State presidential primaries of the party, while he also went ahead to pay $1.1 million to Brian Ballard, a United States of America lobbyist to warm him into the heart of US President Donald Trump to support him unseat President Buhari, the same world’s most powerful, incorruptible President Trump had praised to high heavens following White House voluntary invitation of him last year.

phyllosilicate: Published February 17, 2019 Ogbonnaya Ikokwu, Umuahia
The Abia State chapter of the All Progressives Grand Alliance has alleged that Police arrested one Gaius with already prepared result sheets showing that the state’s chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party won in the now postponed Saturday February 16 elections.
The state chairman of APGA, Rev. Augustine Ehiemere, made the allegation in a statement on Sunday in Umuahia, Abia State capital, at the governorship campaign office of Dr. Alex Otti.
Ehiemere, whose address was read by the Deputy Chairman of the Party, Chima Onyekwere, said the party in the state “received the polls postponement with shock and great disappointment.”
While recounting the losses experienced as a result of the postponement, he also disclosed that APGA’s attention had been drawn to an alleged plan by the state PDP to rig the election.
According to him, part of the plans was busted on Friday night when Police arrested a man who identified himself as Gauis somewhere in Umuahia for being in “possession of INEC’s sensitive documents and already completed result sheets that gave PDP victory ahead of the now postponed presidential and National Assembly elections.” Fake news. Police in Abia has since denied this false story. https://www.nairaland.com/5028942/police-debunk-arrest-suspect-prepared

booblacain: One thing I realize is that people generally prefer to like in cases like this than to retweet because liking is more anonymous than retweeting. So a lot of Buhari's sympathisers who would like to vote in the pole may just not prefer the idea of retweeting. Just saying. So basically, those who will like to vote for Buhari are ashamed of him. This is quite a revelation. Maybe they should vote for someone they are not ashamed off. |

seunmsg: According to the above statement, only personnel of the Nigeria Army were withdrawn. If he still enjoys protection from police and DSS personnel, then this outcry is unnecessary. Awka Ibom is a battleground state, the governor should be protected and at the same time should not be allowed to use security operatives to the advantage of his party.
I strongly support the move by security agencies to temporarily cut down the number of personnel attached to political office holders. They can restore their full security once voting ends tomorrow. We must avoid any situation that can compromise tomorrow’s election. Why is the one of El-rufai (the body bag governor) , Ganduje (the dollar bullion van governor), Rochas Okorocha (the serial statue erector) not being withdrawn to reduce number security attached to politicians? Those ones are special governors who need the soldiers to enable them unleash violence and rig elections. And why is Nsima Ekere (APC gov candidate in Akwa Ibom) who does not hold a significant political office going about with police and military personnel? |

tesppidd: People died during one of Jonathan's rallies in 2015.
It's not a PDP or APC thing.
Crowd control can never be too perfect especially when you have 30,000 plus people gathered on a daily basis in the name of trying to prove who can pull "mammoth crowd"
Both parties have been living in the edge with the way they have been packing people inside stadia just to prove "mammoth crowd"
It almost happened at the PDP rally early this week but nobody learnt any lesson from it.
Now you're calling it good crowd control.
Sorry for you.
You're too dumb to realize that going forward, both parties must stop this nonsense of trying to prove mammoth crowd. You want to make it an APC thing. Typical APC e-rat. They cannot engage in decent debate without resorting to insult and abuse. He has already dropped the word "dumb". Off course political thuggery, instigation of violence and horrible crowd control is an APC thing. Own it, and advise your principals to change thier violent ways because Nigerians are tired of them. Didn't you listen to Rotimi Amaechi yesterday promising violence during APC presidential rally? Are you not aware, and don't you have sympathy for the 14 innocent lIves snuffed out at APC rally in PH? Didn't you watch the show of shame at APC presidential campaign at Abeokuta when Oshiomole was booed and pelted with missiles while he was speaking on the podium? Didn't you see Amosun going to engage in fistcuffs with Aregbesola? Are you not aware of people who where killed at APC Lagos governorship campaign? Are you not aware of MC Oluomo (Tinubu's chief election thug in Oshodi NURTW) who was seriously injured with poisonous dagger at that same rally? How about the fighting and breaking of heads at APC Lagos governorship primary, and it had to be postponed? How about scores killed at other APC rallies in the North? Have you heard of such in any PDP campaign ground? Does that not tell you that one person must be doing something wrong, while the other is getting it right, despite both pulling the same huge crowd? You better redirect your advice to your incompetent principals to stop bussing people in from neighbouring states to fill stadia if they are clueless on how to carry out simple crowd control. |
