Buhari's brother slowly gaining international recognition |
larryjonze:What kind of gallon is that? 10 or 15l? cos the amount you stated can only get 18l at 165, 18l can not fill up a 20l keg till the point of bending, if it is a 15l keg, then you have been cheated too, so i dont know what you mean. |
yomi007k:Will they do anything about it? are they not accomplice in the stuff? i am a very close friend to a very high ranking boss in DPR, the second in command in his unit, and I can tell you that nothing serious is done about this. |
This is where 27 liters fuel is in a 25l gallon, is God not wonderful?
|
So I went to buy fuel just a few hours ago and I ended up having problems with the fuel attendants. I usually buy fuel to power my gen as the power lately has been next to nothing around my area, and since I work from home, my gen runs for almost all day, meaning I must not run out of fuel. So I usually buy fuel at 3 refueling stations, Oando, Enyo, and Davitech, all located around the Lakowe axis of Lagos and so I can give you testimonies of all their dubious nature as a customer who frequents at least twice a week for the last 3 years. Now back to my story, I frequent Enyo at School gate bus stop more cos it is the one I have studied the most and I know what pump is the best, in fact, they know me very well with that pump, so other attendants don't bother directing me to their pumps once they see me driving in, but today, as I went to refuel, I remembered Pocohantas story which was on the front page this morning and decided to give other pumps a try, but to my shock, nothing has changed. I went with a 25-liter gallon in my boot and bought fuel worth N4500, which was around 27 liters, but to my shock, the supposed 27 liters was not even up to the brim of my 25-liter keg with the pump clearly reading just over 27 liters, i will attach pictures below. I had to let the attendants know that they are not different from our politicians as they are all criminals, so they should never be seen complaining about the country cos they are part of the problem. So while returning, i had the idea to create a thread to hold these stations responsible just as how Job Scam locations made frontpage and saved/still saving a lot of people from unnecessary harm and waste of money, we can also do the same for fueling stations. If they know there is a directory that can reveal their dubious nature, they may sit up and stop the stealing and scamming. So I will ask that you drop a filling station you know with tweaked/adjusted pumps and their location, and if possible, the pump number, I will begin. STATIONS WITH BAD ADJUSTED PUMPS Enyo Lakowe - Every pump has been tweaked, the manageable one is pump 1. Oando Lakowe - All pumps have been tweaked, no difference in all. Davitech Oribanwa - pump 3 and 1 are the best, the rest have been tweaked. Rain Oil Abijo - Most of the pumps there are good, aside pump 2. Lalasticlala, if this can make frontpage, I will appreciate it, you work from home too, and you understand the plight of those who work from home as far as power is concerned.

Lynkings:As much as the agents are wrong to sell free stuff, I feel you should ignore the mentions, you did not lie about anything right from the onset, neither are you the CAC staff, you are only hustling for your daily bread, who ever has problems with it should go to the CAC staffs and get them, not you. |
The middle belt, it's really time for us to go.. We are north only when they need numbers, we are so much more than that, let's move. |

E reach. The world in its entirety has never seen a leadership so clueless, heartless, and wicked as the Buhari administration. You and your family will die one day too, the 8 years is not forever, and on that day, Mr Death will give you all a death with the same cruelty you gave Nigerians. |
xristos:I am from Jos, born and bred, lived most of my life in Jos until 5 years ago when I moved to Lagos for greener pastures, now, I'm doing far better in Lagos, I run my company remotely and still hold a job which does not make up for 20% of my monthly earnings even tho I'm required to be there just 2 times a week. I was in Jos in December after spending 3 years without going back, and the visit made me realize how much I missed Jos and how life can be easy, it also opened my eyes to see how we suffer unnecessarily in Lagos. Jos absolutely lacks the hustling spirit that Lagos has and things are very calm and slow there, there are no jobs too, most people survive through handwork, so make sure you hold down that your job tight, and also get madam doing something too. My friend stays in a nice 1br apartment around Bingham teaching hospital and pays just above a 100k, I stay in the same in Lagos and pay almost x4 of that amount, it's crazy, I am thinking of moving back to Jos too since my job is remote. The only problem is that the cultisim in Jos is now extreme, I grew up in an area called Apata, was born there and all, many of my friends are now big time cult guys, even though I am relatively safe due to old time sake with these guys, but still, you can never tell. We sat to drink, eat, wine and dine during my last visit with many of them, but like people said already, going somewhere like Rayfield is fine, it is safe, and relatively cheap compared to Abuja, but also, do not move in the night, it is not advisable. Good luck... |

iamGholdaniel:That's my bank and I can assure you that the return on savings is rubbish |
Hello there, So I just got my first taste of crypto, was gifted 100 dollars worth of ethreum by a friend and I left it for a few days, and to my shock, it appericiated to over 160 dollars in a space of about 5 days, I cashed out on it tho and now I'm having the thoughts of saving in a more stable crypto, maybe bitcoin or even etherum, I save in dollars and even though it is more stable compared to the naira, but the return is actually nothing compared to that of crypto, so is it a good or bad idea? Lalasticlala let's get suggestions |

The only thing people around that Ojo axis can do is Violence and robbery, nothing more. The poverty there is crazy, so if you dress well and be looking like an "aje", sorry for you. |
Nigeria has never seen a transformation like this before, the Buhari's harsh economy has made everyone start thinking outside the box, no one is looking to depend on a certain 'white-collar job' again, everyone has started to realize that the world is moving from 'Where is your certificate?' to 'What can you do?' Education is good, but you will be foolish to think it will sustain you every time, even the owners of those big companies have something doing by the side. Big up's to Seun and His team for pushing 'skill' related threads to the frontpage lately. |
uniquelyspecial:I hardly ever listen to Nigerian music, but sometimes, I just feel I need that funky and upbeat crazy afrobeats type of music, but since I don't know most of them or which to download, I just decide to download mixtapes, since they will most likely have the trending songs in them, that was how I discovered almost all the mixtapes of last year on waploaded, but then, if you believe I watch, no wahala. |
uniquelyspecial:Lmao, I hardly ever even watch movies talk more of sitting down to waste my time on bbnaija, God forbid bad thing. |
Dj Switch - Super Switch.. The Buhari/Tinubu/Sanwo-olu tormentor I am not a fan of bbnaija at all, but your bbnaija mix for last year was something else and I long to hear you play again, let this empty skulled vegetable leave there first. |
