The young man and woman are wanted criminals. They specialize in scamming unsuspecting members of the public by pretending to be selling items that don't exist.

If you have any information about their whereabouts, kindly come forward.

Let's go on their comments, pick up people who commented on their pictures, and send the quoted message to them with their pictures, it will totally dent their image. No room for thieves here.

10k for TV stand

LOL, forget that man, I contacted him days ago for the stand for 10k and while we were still bargaining, he just told me 15k last, and I was like, but you put 13k on the thread, so what happened?

He said his wife refused for anything lower than 15, and I contacted a delivery person already to help out o, but it's fine sha.

I realize that I need like 20 above to get a PC that I can work with and it will be a lot of struggling for me to raise that kind of amount thats why I decided to ask for help.

20 what? Lmao, you are not serious about learning then. If you will be learning with full HD camera footage, the least pc is maybe 80k, if you can get a core i5 or higher with at least 8gb ram and 64bit, even at that, it will still be dragging a lot, so you will need a lot of patience to use it. We will talk about graphics card later when you are advanced.

Who/what determines fair price

You and your conscience does, but it's sad that 98% of Nigerians have lost their conscience and don't mind rendering their neighbor pennyless just to satisfy their greed.

I will prefer to die in Lagos than to enter states that I won't sleep with my eyes close....Lagos is the most secured state in Nigeria ....there are opportunities here .,.you just 've to think outside the box. When I completed my nysc at ogbomoso....there wasn't job for me...I asked myself ...how can I 've creative...? What makes me different from someone that didn't go to school ? The answer to thus question reposition myself . I am not rich but I am comfortable. ..I am not a motivational speaker ...but I 've to tell you exactly what I did and still doing till date ...I got myself a nice phone , start visiting car dealers stand ....I demanded to speak with manager ...they all allow me to snap and start advertising on nairaland and jiji....I started earning commission ....in my place of residence I gave them my business card in the community meeting ...atleast they all know what I do for a living ...,in 3 months I supplied 10 corolla to a residence who just moved to Abuja ...he is using those corolla for uber business in Abuja ...just yesterday , he contacted me to supply one more corolla for him but his budget was 2million ...I am working on it right now...There is room for growth ...I just told you how I started ....right now I just sit thst and receive phone calls from client demanding for cars....Aside this, I also get involved in real estate....someone from my estate sold his house for 45million ....I brought the buyer ....this I did by contacting some of my people abroad ....describing the property and how valuable it is....I am still searching for properties for others . One good thing about this business us tgat ...one of those you help get a property can introduce about 5 more people that need such ...I wish you good luck...I don't play with my security .

Omoh you don give this your advice reach 3 million times, the thing go Don cast na

michlins:
clearance thread.

It's not a gifting thread. I want to clear out my household items and you want to fix the price for me to fit your budget right?

You smoking premium Colorado

It seems you are smoking something far higher than colorado, maybe Alaska or something.

How do you explain someone selling a freezer he bought for 100k 5 years ago, for 130k now because of the current situation of the country? Is that not banditry and highway robbery?

They will decrease fuel prices and all the stations will refuse to immediately effect the pump price saying it is an old stock, but immediately they increase fuel prices, they won't remember that it is an old stock and will effect the new price same day. We are all thieves in this country and it can never be better with the current crop of people and their attitude.

We are our own problems in this country.

michlins:
I'm new to this thread and there's a notion I believe you people should correct.

If someone puts up an item for sale for 1ml and you think the price is outrageous, kindly leave it and move on to another person. It's not a must to buy.

Some people are trying to offset bills and loans and selling their item is the only way to do that. So instead of telling them the price to sell, go to the market close to you and buy...

Happy Sunday to y'all. I'm still looking for a generator to buy

We can not let it slide cos they are abusing the original purpose of the thread. If they want to sell things for outrageous sums to offset their bills, must they use the clearance sales thread to do so?

The same way you are asking us to ignore, that is the same way everyone who thinks it is high will ignore the threads they create for their items. Or go to the market to sell it at whatever price they want, They should not come here if they don't want people to talk about their outrageous prices, Thanks.

She is too young but still simple training will teach her how. Use Google or go on YouTube

I have, but little joy. The problem is that I don't cage her, she has freedom to walk around the room, so I don't know exactly when she wants to wee, and she urinates very often too. She can urinate 5 times in 30 minutes which is crazy. The poo is just once or twice in a day, but that urine is every time and I'm loosing patience. I don't want to take her out as I want to breed her as an In-house pet

Lalasticlala seun please help me

So I have this 9 weeks old eskimo dog, she is lovely and a beauty to behold. I love her so much and play a lot with her, but my only problem is that she doesn't know where to urinate. She urinates on my tiles which gets me annoyed a lot of times, I have watched dog potty training videos and tried all the tips but with very little success. I have a potty for her kept in the toilet but she prefers to urinate on my room tiles.

I have tried to keep the potty where she loves to go urinate but everytime, she shuns it and still urinate on the tiles, and at one point, I beat her and put her in the bathroom so she can see that when she urinated there, I won't beat her and will reward her, but this dog held the urine for over 10 hours and immediately I opened the bathroom door, she rushed out to the room and urinated on the tiles.

I don't know what to do again, please house, help me, she seems to be confusing the room for the rest room and the rest room for the room.

lagusboyyy:
Do you have detailed information about the state?

Please i will like you to share with me.

I am from Jos north lga, a bona-fide Plateau man, and if it is white collar job you are looking for in Plateau, don't waste your time, except you want to start up your own. I don't know about gombe tho, but I am pretty sure Plateau is even better than gombe.
