Some people here are really ignorant! There is no big deal in military drills, every country should engage in some 'practice', and that should be about it. However, when a country begins to test fire missiles without standard operating procedures informing regional countries and the civil agencies so no aircraft is in the path of the missile, and does it so often, what is it trying to accomplish? If you were president of a country and a belligerent leader of another country continuously threatens the interest of your allies, with whom you have a defensive treaty, economic interests, what would you do? Just let them know they can test fire everything but should there be an 'attack' on those interests, there will be heavy consequences. Yes, I agree the USA in recent years may have crossed the line in certain situations but the fact is any country in their position would only that they are the ones who are somewhat ahead in a lot of areas and have proven it decisively. Yes, it's a dirty job but someone's got to do it!

In all if NK attacks Japan, they can be sure those Japs will go back to WW II mode and even if they start ramping up for war NOW, they will catchup and still destroy the useless punk kid president of NK. Give the Ijaws the state or as many as they want. However, the truth is many states do not guarantee a better life for its citizens or development. When the Western region blazed the trail, leaving all the other regions of the North and East behind, there were just 3 regions.
