I grew up in Enugu, Nza street. I lived in Abuja, Gwarimpa, to be precise. Gwarimpa has light but, do you have a car, and where's your place of primary assignment? Gwarimpa has all the fun you'll need as a corper. I advise you get a place closer to your work place, as it will enable you save some costs. 2.4 million for a one bedroom for a corper is way too much, it doesn't matter how much you make as a tech person. You can get a one bedroom at either Apo resettlement or kubwa. There, live low profile, save up some money and buy a cheap plot of land with 10 million at a good location, build your own house if you can. Abuja is big, start little, property is investment, and forget the oloshos to avoid distractions. Look for a descent, rich kid from a strict home, not those tramadol, SK and Codeine girls. Guy..guy... Hmmm..do not lose FOCUS. Wishing you all the best
Since your wife isn't around, bring your side chick home to help you make the fried rice. Lock up the children in your room, engage them with your phones, make sure you have enough data for them. That way dem no go cast you; See No Evil, Hear No Evil. Boom!! Fried rice is served after one or two quickies on the kitchen island. Happy New Year!!!
Arsenal fans dey carry weapons o....like 2 by 2, olden days coca cola bottle, schnapps bottle and catapults. Better start running, not in a straight line, but zigzag.
I wish you luck but, your specie are hard to tame when it comes to beauty, anything beauty/beauty products, especially in our climes. I wish you luck, mbok..
You don't take malaria and Flu medication together. Either you treat Flu separately, or treat just malaria, ie, after you must have ran a test to be sure it's falciparum plasmodium, and number of ++. Better not go to that patent medicine (chemist) store again. Just go to the hospital now before you lose your hearing completely. A word is enough for the wise.
Whizzdom: On Tuesday (21-12-2023), I was having serious fever, so went to buy an over-the-counter malaria drug and one flu tablet. The lady chemist told me to use 4 tablets in the morning and 4 in the afternoon for the malaria drug, but for the Flu medicine, I should use 1 tablet in the morning and at night. I took 4 tablets in the afternoon that day. On the next day, which is Wednesday, I took 4 tablets making 8 tablets in total plus 1 Flu tablet, A few hours after I took that medicine, I felt a sharp pain in my left hear, after which the pain subsided.
I am Welder by profession, I went to work that same moment, at work, I was using a grinding machine to grind iron to make iron smooth, the machine makes noise, but this day, as I was grinding, I could feel something in my brain or inner ear bringing buzzing sound or noise into my ear, after grinding that iron, I couldn't ear anything, all I was hearing is just noise.
The next day, which is today Thursday, I could hear people speak but they have to be loud, and my ears can't tolerate noise at all.
To go hospital hard me because I no gallant because of the series of test they will have me run which will expend my money I don't have.
My question is to the learned health practitioners in the house, should I give it time for it to heal on its own or I should go to the hospital for doctor's opinion on the matter.
Attached are the medicines for your scrutiny, I hope it is not one of those fake drugs.
He has "sense" more than you. If I were you, I will honor the invite; eat, drink to my satisfaction and leave. So not bother asking him why he could not tell, nor mention it to you, at least, as a friend. Pretend like he never built a house. Also, try build your own house, and do not tell him, even when you had moved in. All na surprise
Peter532: I don't know if I should be angry or just smile and take it as it is. This is someone that I fed, I clothed despite us being closed friends since we were kids. He knows everything about me that my parents don't even know till dates..We could go to a gathering together and I will be the one ordering and paying for everything we bought even recently because I always acted like the big bro and he accepted I guess .. Just last week I saw it on his status about is house opening invite. I later got a dm from him that same evening telling me about it that I should come through.
It came as a surprise I admit, even though I know he was doing quite well for himself. I know some will call it entitlement mentality but since I considered we were close like a brother we even ate from same plate last 2weeks, I thought I should have known atleast.
Note: I noticed so many people will come in here to call me names, even some accusing me to be someone with bad motives and sort I smile. Not everyone has a evil mindset like you or some persons you know, It's just that when you expect so much from people you hold very close to your heart you might get disappointed and it hurts badly.
Especially when you know you can't do that same thing to that person. I only brought it out here because I wanted to know maybe I'm overreacting because I feel a deep level of betrayal but hey I am happy for him and I will attend the house opening tomorrow.
He called his "Estranged" wife to ask if she knew the boy's whereabouts.... Women can drag for kids... especially when it's one "mumu" kid. He better ask her well o. I suspect foul play!!
Mindlog: "The distraught father said the case of a missing person was reported three days after the incident at the Itire Police Station, Lagos. However, he disclosed that up to this moment, the whereabouts of his child had yet to be ascertained".........reporting a missing child after 3 days, is so irresponsible of the father.
What is DSS doing about it, then? Why haven't you guys name the sponsors of Boko Haram, since you have a list with sponsors names on it? Why is it taking so much time to do so, so the masses can pay them visits wherever they might be, and make them pay as they weigh? Our government should engage the Finnish government regarding Ekpa, if possible abduct him like they did Kanu, and since the fact has been established that some countries are sponsoring terrorists to destabilize Nigeria, our armed forces should attack those countries, not bullying civilians. Pick up those terrorists sympathizers, tie them to the stakes and shoot them all up.
Exactly what am about to explain to her. She just wan denge pose, unless she's ignorant and a novice, too. We have very smart kids these days.
You got it well explained.
DSS1335: Before rushing to embarrass yourself, know that 10 students can all clear that paper with A1. Positions, when there are ties amongst them will be determined by on the basis of the decimal places. For example, 95.2%, 95.3%, 95.1%, 95%, 95.8% etc. When rearranged on descending order, the 1st is 95.8%, 2nd 95.3%, 3rd is 95.2%..... That's probably what plays out in your ward's school. So it's best you celebrate her achievement and fulfill your pledge as a way of encouraging her
