Sometimes the word has to be real. It can't always be neatly packaged.

I believe the physical body is made up of chords and fibres that naturally respond to vibrations and harmony. Depending on your physical make up music can do different things to you. As Bob Marley sang, " One good thing about music, when it hits you you feel no pain"

There are different ways to get through to different children. You have to choose the the method that works best with your child. You dont want to be brutal nor do you want to be too lenient. But its important not to harden children beyond the reach of a gentle word.

I'll always be proud to be Nigerian but not always proud to be a Nigerian.

Our problems extend beyond way beyond economics or deprivation.

We were fighting each other and enslaving ourselves into slavery way back before colonialism. We just sometimes see life in exploitative terms. The North does it to the Federal Republic, the politicians do it to the citizens, the people do it to themselves, and those in diaspora spread the grief abroad.

But there are a huge number of Nigerians doing great things and scaling stupendous heights both at home and abroad. I will always doff my hat to them.

Henry probably has a £16m buyout clause in his contract. Which shows he never really wanted to stay. That should be no surprise as he should have left after the Champions LEague final had he not bottled it and decided to be all French and hide his head in the sand.

It'll be a good thing for Arsenal in the long run. Wenger defers too heavily to Henry's whims and it affects team selection and tactics. Without him there Wenger will really need a Director of Football to advise him on team tactics. They will have to work harder on all fronts. That can only be good for the Gunners.

The next best thing thing that could happen to them is that Wenger and his see nothing, hear nothing whiney approach to football follows Henry to some sunny holiday resort. So how about all the players in Naija. Are they all useless. All these so called Europe based players isnt it Naija playing fieldsd they emerged from. Any decent coach would be looking to unearth new talent and well as mould the existing ones.

What kind of blockhead doesn't acclimatise himself to his local environs. Is he familiar with the local conditions, stadia, travel requirements? What can do in Europe exactly? Good relations with clubs. We dey fight dem before? So when does he do coaching and training, cause we know he is not doing that in Europe. Any coach would place emphaisis on working with players not clubs.

With Norbit Vogts at the helm we are almost guaranteed to lose anyway. One we employed that ne'er do well our fate was sealed. No need for any expectations at all.
