But dis is trash..wen Mbaka was blessing Jonathan and wife weeks ago..why didnt the man say he will sanction Mbaka?! And now he spoke THE TRUTH?
Indeed the Truth is bitter

To me this is a biased statement.

#Buhari/Osinbajo.
hear yourself o! blessing Jonathan's wife doesn't mean He is partisan afterall she belongs to a congregation it only means he is doing his duty as a priest, but saying "vote out jonathan and vote in buhari" makes him a staunch APC campaigner even if only logically.

If mikel is a bench warmer then lampard, asley cole, petr cech and all the other chelsea players are bench warmers who go ahead and win titles upon titles with mikel even adding the AFCON to his credit. Yaya toure is a fine player but have achieved little for his big spending city and performed badly in the AFRICAN cup of Nations. Africa make ur choice!!

Have you heard about the "separation of church/creed and state"? If you have, you wouldn't have wasted a great deal of your time spewing your rant. This is the problem with some Nigerian minds, someone makes a very factual statement liked by most of Nairanders, instead you come up and present your own flimsy, perhaps irrational argument wish doesn't make sense. If you watch that vidoe, you would observe that Yerima was very cautious of his choice of words, very cautious as I know he is a trained lawyer by profession, and makes a valid legal argument and not MORAL as you seem to base your argument on. Understand the difference between "LEGAL and "MORAL" argument. Brings me back to my first statement, go and study the argument on "separation of creed/religion/church and state". It will answer all of your concerns about customary and sharia courts having a role to play.
education is not meant for your likes, please, give out your girl child to the likes of the learned yerima based on the separation of creed and state or yerima's very sensible contribution to the matter or upon the silence of imams or clerics who choose to be dumb because they practise such insolence...drake has to be sensible first before he can be called a literate.

drake2005: Lets stop all the hate and insolence directed at Sen. Yerima. His intent might sound pedophilic, however, he makes a strong legal argument in the interview. Did you guys watch the video clearly? I want us to approach this debate sensibly, intelligently and factually. The man said he is following the teachings and religion of Islam. That, if Islam forbade such or if the Quran says otherwise, he will back out. Now, here is where it gets tricky, Nigerian constitution guarantees the practice of Islam in Nigeria; in order words, what he is doing is legal and within the confines of the law. Do I support this; No. I'm only interpreting the facts. We should direct our anger at Islam and not him. Have the Imams spoken in droves against him? No.
the argument is dumb!!! The constitution is not the bible nor the quran and neither of which laws we follow but of morals. The gay law was rebuffed not on religious bases, the same reason it was allowed in the US and other nations. That islam is an accepted religion in the constitution doesn't make any of its laws overriding on the populace who practise other accepted religions. Moreover, issues as this can be treated in the customary courts or sharia courts as they relate to a particular tradition or sect not to be treated in the Constitution wc is our "bible".

cold: The sexuality of Jesus Christ is queried.

Was Jesus queer? We don't know. But it is a possibility that cannot be ruled out. One version of St. Mark's gospel - which is still the subject of academic dispute - alludes to Jesus having a homosexual relationship with a youth he raised from the dead.According to the US Biblical scholar, Morton Smith, of Columbia University, a fragment of manuscript he found at the Mar Saba monastery near Jerusalem in 1958, showed that the full text of St. Mark chapter 10 (between verses 34 and 35 in the standard version of the Bible) includes the passage:"And the youth, looking upon him (Jesus), loved him and beseeched that he might remain with him. And going out of the tomb, they went into the house of the youth, for he was rich. And after six days, Jesus instructed him and, at evening, the youth came to him wearing a linen cloth over his nak3d body. And he remained with him that night, for Jesus taught him the mystery of the Kingdom of God" grin. The veracity of this manuscript is hotly contested by other Biblical scholars. This comes as no surprise. The revelation of a gay Jesus would undermine some of the most fundamental tenets of orthodox Christianity, including its rampant homophobia. But even if the text is genuine, does this ambiguous, elliptical passage offer evidence of Jesus's homosexuality? It is hard to say. The precise nature of the relationship between Christ and the youth is not spelled out. Sexual relations are suggested but not explicitly stated. The Morton Smith document is, in fact, irrelevant to the vexed issue of Christ's sexual orientation. What we can say for certain is that the standard, accepted Biblical narrative gives us no information at all about Jesus's sexuality. This absence of firm information does not, of course, mean that we can take it for granted that Christ was heterosexual. Far from it! The lack of information about his erotic inclinations begs more questions than it answers. The truth is that we simply don't know whether Jesus was straight, gay, bisexual or celibate. There is certainly no evidence for the Church's unspoken presumption that he was either heterosexual or devoid of carnal desires. Since nothing in the Bible points to Christ having erotic feelings for women, or relationships with the female sex, the possibility of him being gay cannot be discounted. In the absence of any evidence - let alone proof - that Jesus was heterosexual, the theological basis of Church homophobia is all the more shaky and indefensible. How can established religion dare denounce homosexuality when the founder of its faith was himself a man of mysterious, unknown sexuality who could, for all we know, have been homosexual? The Bible tells us that Jesus was born a man and therefore presumably had male sexual feelings. It would have been more or less impossible, biologically, for him not to have an element of erotic arousal - even if only having the normal male response of waking with an er3ction
heresy!!! Trying to justify what is evil will further drag u to the pit!!!...once we accept this menace I think the next thing scholars like u would want to do is verify 'Jesus as the good shepherd! Poking his sheep"...

I believe is high time we take a queue from egypt and press home our demands irrespective of contrary views that would rather sit down cowardly and criticise such wind of change. Offcourse, if we succeeded wit d occupy Nigeria, then once again we pull this dream through. I suggest that, any opinion that carries any air of ethnic bigotry or feeling of sentiment must be crush in this forum, and such ppl like insince9iria, Rossik and their likes must hence forth be regarded as enemies of change and transformation.

Insincere 9gerian, Jonadumb ass licker.

These are people with guts, passion for change and sincereity. Those who are not ready to compromise, those who are not interested in their stomach, rather they are ready to satisfy their conscience that they are doing the right thing.

One thing you should know is that the Government should respect his/her citizens because they are his employer, they are his master, they elected him from the dept of their heart to represent their country, to provide their needs, to protect their life and property.

But here it is different. Nobody is ready to sacrifice for another. All our Martyrs are long dead and gone, nobody is ready to take up the mantle and fight for the interest of the poor man.

Did you even bother to go through the resume of the Minister of Defence in Egypt?

Insincere9gerian, Abati, Okupe e.t.c your time is coming soon, because the will of the people is stronger than the will of the government. You are all bunch of mediocre, i guess you are from the same lineage "ESAU"

Bros, define democracy for me. the Egyptians truelly, i mean truelly understand the definition of DEMOCRACRY. that is what they demonstrated, 17million people protested against Mr Morsi because of BAD LEADERSHIP in just one year into democracy while we(nigerians) have been into democracy fOr the past 14yrs with BAD LEADERSHIP because we are not yet tired of it. if Nigerians like I have, rise above religion, ethnicity and tribe but protest bad leadership, i tell you Nigeria for change within 2yrs because God blessed us with all resources for our sustainability. #PROTESTBADLEADERSHIPNIGERIANS. it starts now. let us get tired of bad leadership and tell them its power to the people as the Egyptian told Mr Morsi who forgot he cannot personalize the office of the president or governor as done here in Nigeria. Protest Nigerians
and have military rule or what?...if egypt were better of with the revolutions this wouldn't be happening plus it is even worse now that the millitary has taken over because the whole 17million voice cannot speak anylonger!!
