I will be brief as much as i can, also pardon my gramatical errors in advance .Am gradually loosing my mental health .

There's this asset leasing company here in Lagos State that want to take me for a ride. I was assigned a motorcycle Last year Sept on instalmental basis , it was stated in the contract that I was to remit 37k for 64 weeks (2,368,00:00) then the bike becomes mine .so far I have remitted for 29 weeks +30k I paid as initial deposit (1.103,000;00) everything was ok until I was to travel on 14/04/2024 when I parked the bike at the office ( that's company directives though not stated in the contract ) but is either I park it at the office or I pay 37k for the period of that 1 week that I wouldn't be available .So I opted for the former.
I was shocked to my bone when I came back a week later to pick my bike to start work only to see that the bike got partially burnt the (headlights and front fender were affected after that nothing much). I was told there was fire outbreak in the company and they asked me not to worry that it would be fixed but nothing was done about it almost a week later at this moment I was frustrated and I made them to understand that if were the one owing them for this period they wouldn't take it likely with me later that night, my supervisor sent me message on what's app that my contract has been terminated because I came to the office to caused "choas" after that I waited for about a week and went there to" apologise" (even though I did not do anything wrong what matters to me at this point in time is for me to get back to work because I spent every dim I had on me when I traveled for traditional marriage am totally broke) and I was told I would be reinstated but I need to hold on for them to fix the bike
It's more than a month now and the condition I met the bike yesterday when I got to the office was not encouraging at all ( they kept on damaging the bike from bad to worse) it seems they want to get me frustrated and would like me to opt for new bike with new contract ( they want to play reverse phycology on me) forcing me to do what I wouldn't want to do ordinarily .
Iam a Father of 3 boys ( a set of twins ) and a boy I don't know what next to do, I can't afford the luxury of hiring a lawyer,all my hope of making money depends on this bike,my rent has expired last month, I don't have food in my house, my wife is just a teacher (25k) salary earner
Is as a result of this my plights and predicaments that I seek advice here on NL please what help. Admin please help and push this to FP thanks

Hello NL family. I will try to brief as much as I can . Also pardon my English language deficiency.
There's this asset leasing company here in Lagos State that want to take me for a ride . They assigned motor bike to me last year September , the contract was to elapse at the end of 64 weeks ( 37,000 naira multiply by 64, weeks) it's a hire purchase agreement. Everything was ok until 29th week that I was to travel for personal reasons and I was asked to park the bike in their office of which I did.
On coming back after a week , I was shocked to my bone marrow when they showed me the bike I parked in perfect working condition got partially burnt. I was told it was an accident in the company and I was assured it would be fixed . That was on Monday Last week , when I didn't hear from them, I got there on Thursday , nothing was done about it and they told me that there was not parts (to be fixed )currently in the market. At this point I was devastated and I tried to made the company understand my plight ( bills are pilling up ) only for them to send me message on what's later that Thursday night that my contract has been terminated because of the "scene" I caused in the office
At this point am hepless, I don't know what to do , I don't have the financial muscles to hire a lawyer , am just a Dispatch Rider looking for ways of putting food on the table for my family . I have remitted 1.073,000 + 30, 000 ( security deposit)

Totalling 1m 103,000 naira

Please I need help .....if not for storm of life , in my early 40s am still struggling with okada on hire purchase ...I have been carrying my cross with delight not knowing another heavy blow is waiting for me .... admin please help me push it to front page. Thanks

Please I need help here .. there's this asset leasing company here in Lagos that assigned bike to me last year September on hire purchase basis. So far, I have remitted 37,000 naira for 29 weeks plus security deposit of 30,000 totalling 1,103,000 naira.
My major challenge now is I was to travel on 16/04/2024 and I parked the said bike on 14/04/2024 (in their office) which is company's policy . Coming back this Monday to take my bike I was shocked to see the bike I parked in good condition was partially burnt and the company claimed it was an accident. I was assured the bike would be fixed but from that Monday till Thursday when I didn't hear from them, I went to the office to inquire and I was told the parts to be fixed is not available in the market at the moment ! . It was at this point i made them to understand that my bills are pilling up that they should act fast or better still if they can give me another bike pending when the Burnt one is fixed .... they asked me to go that I will be notified once it's fixed
But the what's app message I got from the company that same night I left there got me troubled and diverstated" sorry my team have terminated your contract" ...the meaning of this is ( a) I will forfiet the bike to the company (b) the 1,103000 naira I have remitted will also be forfieted.
Is as a result of this plight that I need advice on what to do . I can't afford the luxury of hiring a lawyer , I don't have any body to take up this case against the company that want to defrud me , am just a Dispatch Rider trying hard to put food on the table for my family .
.....the contract was to elapse at the end of 64 weeks i.e 64* 37, 000=2.368000 but I have remitted for 29 weeks till this moment plus security deposit of 30k ...so far,1.103,000 have been remitted ....am depressed, suicidal don't know where to start from in this hasrh economy , my rent is due ......so much financial responsibility steering at me, if not for storm of life in my early 40s am still riding bike on hire purchase , but I carry my cross with delight not knowing a heavy blow like this is still waiting for me .....am at the Cross roads .
