That is surprising. I used them just around the time you did: initiated a transaction at exactly 3:33 pm on Monday, just like you, and received the exchange at 8:08 pm the same day in my local bank account.
Did you request a refund yourself or said notification was automatic? What was their reason for initiating a refund? Did you receive any correspondence from them informing of any change in policy against Nigerian transactions? Perhaps it's a one-time thing.

Fortunately, after doing some research on the internet, I discovered an application, Minitool Partition Wizard, which detected the drive but as a "Bad Disk." I have tried the inbuilt partition recovery option of the software, but I couldn't recover or access the files.
Is there a way to fix the drive or at least recover the files saved inside?

Transfer wise has a different evil spirit. Their policy is not it at all.

For you to transfer funds, your card must be issued in the same country as the currency in it. Now payoneer is not issued in US, so you can't transfer $$$ through them. You can only transfer pounds using payoneer master card.

Unless and except if the payoneer card is issued in the US, the use of transfer wise is not an option for now

The subject of the sentence was excited. What was the subject excited about? There are two clauses in the sentence that answers that question: I was excited "[to] visit," which is the main clause, and there is a subordinate clause, and "[to] meet with."
If he had said, "I was excited to visit Nigeria, and I met with...," the comma break, the conjunction [and], and the reintroduced singular pronoun [I] , which denotes a new inclination for the subject - (, and I) - in this context makes it a sentence with two independent clauses, as opposed to a conjoined sentence with a dependent clause [to meet with], which relies on the main clause. Thus, the subject's excitement applies to the two clauses.
