That's why I struggle to understand the basis for:

1. Unmarried marriage counselors.
2. Broke financial mentors.
3. Full-time pastors teaching business management principles.

Experience matters.

BTW, I think church leadership (i.e leading volunteers) is the highest form of leadership so all business leaders can learn a lot of leadership principles from pastors and imams.

Business management - NO

On marriage especially:

Listen to the man/woman who has stayed married for 30+ years NOT the divorcee/single person telling you how marriage works.

The old married folks know something about the institution..

I actually believe responsibility to family is something that should come naturally to someone who genuinely loves his/her family. It shouldn't be imposed.

I don't see how I'll have money to spare and I won't see to it that my most immediate friends and family, at least, are getting on fine, too. What's the joy in doing well while the rest of your family struggle without help? That feels selfish and unloving.

Life is good when you're happy, but much better when others are happy because of you.
