A country where progression and positive change will bring about your sudden demise...Uhmmmm,mama mia,dis is bad.Anyway,I wish my people well...As 4 me,my honesty100,self satistaction100,morality 89 and simplicity is my vanity. With this attidude,I have achieved more than I ever thought.I hope someday,my fellow Nigerians we learn.I HOPE! |

nwanna89: In NYSC, the soldier in charge of my platoon told me while we were drinking, that he dreads being deployed to NYSC camp and cant wait for the camp to end so he can return to the "waterside" where he can be making money from oil bunkering. He said sometimes they share as much 5 million naira among themselves. And at night they drink in the bar together with armed militant. The JTF and militants co-exist peacefullyThe JTF and militants co-exist peacefully[b] :DWala dey ohhhhh |
On a side note, I don't know why folks keep complaining about paying to use the trolley. All the airports I've used/passed through, I've always paid. How in the world would the trollies be maintained if there's no charge attached to it. Let's be reasonable in our complaints pls.
PLEASE,DONT SAY WHAT YOU DONT KNOW.I HAVE PASSED THROUGH SOME AIRPORT AND I HAVE NOT SEEN SUCH A THING HAPPENING...EVEN LAST YEAR,WHEN I WENT TO GHANA THERE WAS NOTHING OF SUCH. |

yanshless: I don't know if I may be right but I've observed that Femi Falana always tends to quickly show some sort of morbid interest in matters that circles around a troubled IBO figure. He will then champion it or rekindle its flames to national prominence. Ha.Ghen, ghen, tribal worriors don dey come small, small.Mata go soon jam rock....I dey go... ![]() |
Katsumoto: @ Edo GirlMy sentiment exactly. |
meine: Congrats Op, you seem to have a good girl on your hand and you have a lot working for you like she lives close to you and you know her best friend. That being said there is no timetable for marriage, you just know it and what works for A cant work for B. People can date for 3 months and they would have seen each other 30 times, while i know a couple who are getting married in December and have never seen each other at all though it sounds weird.Uhmmmm, you just remind me of myself...I found my lady on august, three months later we got married. My marriage is almost 4 yrs now,I am a happy man...Anyway,is not how long you stay in a relationship that really mata,I think is far,far more than that.Infact,in some cases, the longer the relationship, the less the apattit to tie the nod. Please,be prayerful, cus it takes the will of God to have a good wife,or a good husband. And less I forget,it takes a twinkle of a second for someone to feel the impact of a soulmate when he or she meet one. |
MEHN.....IT WAS THE DAY MY WIFE GAVE BIRTH TO MY FIRST CHILD.A DAY,I CAN NEVER 4GET. |
Obrafour: Private Universities like Central, Vallew View and Ashesi are also competitive.I LOVE THIS GUY....QUITE MATURE IN ALL HIS RESPOND.BRAVO! |
Nigeria is very much tribalistic. How d'you expect igbos to feel after a civil war that has refused to heal, years of neglect, then they finally have an airport upgraded and made to look nice, and within a short while the minister in charge is marked for prosecution/removal/jail as the case may be. I don't know about the details or the technicalities but I can assure you the market woman in the street doesn't know either. Majority of those calling for her head don't know either, Now here's where it gets funnier, those calling for her head today will not reciprocate this vigor if another politician or a favored demographic does something similar or worse. That has been the problem. That's why igbos (or some igbos) feel that this is part of a broad agenda to subdue them. After all 300billion naira vanished under anenih, I don't remember a national call to prosecute him. And so many others. In 1999, Buhari was on the hot seat for forged documents and he was forced to resign as speaker following a national outcry spearheaded by the media. Within a short while Tinubu was also involved with some forgery but his case was not pursued with the same vigor. And he served out his term. So there's always this suspicion. If the "oga at the top" guy was from another group there may have been a heavy outcry for his head. But you know people just made fun of him and that's all. My Opinion: this national outcry is good in the long term, I hope it doesn't end here. And it will not. If she's guilty, she should be removed but to placate the igbos ( and this is important) she may be replaced with another Igbo woman ( also placating the feminists who have lost a governor and a speaker in the last ten yrs) and then those aggrieved can watch out for corrupt officers from another section and raise alarm. Rivalry between ethnic groups converted into a national clean up from corruption . Good for us all.
BEST CONTRIBUTION SO FAR. |
My friend,I had passed through almost this kind of situation b4.The man involved was also rich and older, while the lady(my ex) always plead whenever she was caught....And I always 4give her.It came a time when I started having finacial problems. That was when she started again, this time very open, and no apology....Afterall,we can seperat if that is what you want, she said....rudely.Well,what can a poor man like me do?So I focused more on how to get back on my feet again as I tolorated her constant anger and rudness. After a while, some members of her family started talking sense into her...then,she apologised once again with tears down her cheek, but it was too late.....Please my friend, you must not made a mistake you will regret the rest of your life. You should let her go...By the way,I am married now with a wonderful wife, blessed with two kids. |
cashkid18:One lov,where is d lov? |
Sloan: I think DEFINITELY but Pastor Kumuyi has a different calling and he probably will not be interested in Politics, the type that is being played in Nigeria. But in terms of POLITICAL leadership, out of the ones that have shown ANY type of interest and honestly without sentiments:1000 likes |
My lady, how old were you when he was military head of State? I saw him live give a speech at a university when he was hos then. He said all the right things but went ahead to close several Radio Nigeria branches, cancelled Lagos metro plan and generally went ahead closing and cancelling things without any decent or progressive ideas of his own. Or threat and soaking baboon and monkey in blood is the great idea to take us forward? The little legacy credited to him were even Idiagbon's ideas (WAI, environmental etc). May be those too young in his regime can be fooled.
I miss Idiagbon.Just imagin if he is alive....Umhhhhh,dis man call buhari will maintain. |
