GAR3TH: Yes, like I said instead of them to keep blaming the oil companies why dont they blame the government, by holding the gov accountable and making sure they develop the region. If the government actually develop the area investors from different sectors will invest in the niger delta, creating a diverse economy of different sectors. So they wont have to worry about fishing or oil job but they will have a variety of job sectors to choose from.

Years experience is the amount of years you spent working at a particular sector or job. Job employers look for people who have more years of experience because it means they had many years of hands on experience and knowledge in the field. Education level is what type and how many degrees you have. Someone with a PHD has a better chance of getting a job than a person with a bachelors or secondary school diploma. Also some degrees are accredited by a rating board and some degrees are not.
