Why did the idiot reduce the eggs and how did he say it to make her so angry that poured it all away. Probably spoke to her as though she were a child.

So someone can't fry as many eggs as she wants in peace?

If it's because of money, Highest she buys his eggs back for him, how much is 4 eggs that she won't have peace?

For any other reason the man is being controlling, also furthered evidenced that the idiot felt that he could slap the girl just because she didn't roll over and lick his ass when he tried to tell her what to do.

She is not a baby, she can do what she wants. He doesn't like it, they break up. Absolutely no reason to dare put his hands on a woman.
I'm glad she left. And I hope she has some men that can go and deal with the guy.

See how people ignored the fact that she was slapped for absolutely no reason. And are attacking her for wanting to eat as many eggs as she wants. As if that warrants being slapped. All of you that did the above are complete idiots.

Hi dear.
Sorry this is late, not so free today, will speak on this better later.

One of my reasons for asking why you preferred to be a humans rights activist rather than be a feminist is this, I wondered if it's because people don't just like to hear about feminism? Could that be a reason?/
candy:
A human rights activist is a person who is engaged in social or political campaigns against the violation of human rights. I try to promote and protect human rights. Human rights activism is all encompassing.

Femimism on the other hand, is simply the advocacy of women's rights on the ground of the equality of the sexes. However, let me say the modernized feminist movement is like human rights activism because they fight also for the rights of men and even the queer.

I think feminism is not easy around here because Nigeria is a patriarchal society. In a patriarchal system, men are expected to make all decisions in both society and in their family unit, hold impprtant positions of power and authority, and are considered superior. Its a societal mimdset.
Will speak on this last paragraph later in the day.

Did you read the whole epistle from the beginning? Did you see the deadly insults he also dished out to people here? What if those people also attempt to commit suicide over his brutal words? Or you think he is the only one going through a phase in his/her life?

What is wrong is wrong, no sugarcoating. Those people trying to be soft with him are doing so because they have a humane side.

Nobody is happy to see a fellow human commit suicide.

There is no need to be raining abuses on anyone here over food matter. You can always waka pass if something doesn't suit you.
Let's stick to our food matter biko.
I agree @bold and I think they are soft because he made peace so they made peace.

I don't support attacking others because you're going through a difficult phase in life. If everyone started attacking everyone else because they are going through something, this thread would be a mess. Not everyone that smiles is happy. The fact that people post food pics here, laugh a little and go. Doesn't mean they all are having life easy.

So that's really not an excuse that he was having issues and all that. But it's all in the past.
Everyone has agreed and forgiven each other, thread is sweet now.

the way many guys behave this days most especially when you draw a sample from comments on this thread scares the crap out of me. i cant imagine anyone justifying this but i dont blame them. go to European or American countries and try this nonsense and we all know how it ends. if i were a woman i would rather remain single than mingle with grown baby boys of nowadays.
I blame them though. grin

The way they are acting is not right and they know it. They just are trying their luck so they can see if they can convince women that it is OK for men to act this way. So this can become the standard.

It's quite tiring really. Then we have the truly deranged who really think women are their property to deal with as they see fit. sad

I think most of them are over grown babies too lol grin

although I don't support domestic violence, but if you were the man, what would you do? you came into your room and your wife stopped talking and later went ahead to cut the call, the caller called again and she couldn't pick the call in your presence, what would you do, Daeyler?

I'll really appreciate your detailed response.
You ask me what would I do as if there is no other option than to start beating the woman, huh Is that how you feel? That's really crazy behavior sad
Do you really feel there was nothing else this man could have done rather resorting to physical violence?
Gosh, defending domestic violence and then, trying to blame the victim, that's sick.

No matter how many times you guys try to normalize this behaviour, it is damn wrong. You don't go about beating your wife just because she refused to let you see her phone.

If anyone thinks this is normal behaviour then their problem is bigger than their wife, they need anger management, before they kill someone.

As for your question, I don't know what I will do.
nothing, BTW, daeylãr like this with an "ar" at the end. Not "er"

Where did you see women competing? undecided so because women decided to dress as they pleased therefore they must be competing?

What's unfashionable, outdated, disgusting and appalling is people keep trying to push the ridiculous narrative that women must be competing with each other for whatever ridiculous reason they cook up.

The way our society is wired, feminism is an ideology that can't work around here sis. I will rather call myself a rights activist.
How do you feel our society is wired that you feel feminism won't work here?

If you call yourself a rights activist, what does it really mean to be one? Is it the same thing a right activist would fight for that a feminist would fight for?

Feminism is a set of ideologies that seek equality in the opportunities available to both sexes. Feminism is about fighting social structures that restrict and discriminate against women.

Feminism is not saying women should be paid more than men; it is about being judged on the quality of your work and being paid accordingly regardless of sex.
Feminism is not saying men should not head organisations, feminism is saying let him head the organisation because he is the best candidate. Feminism seeks fairness to both sexes, not in anyway anti men, just pro women.
I love this, most especially the part in bold.

I would like to ask though, why aren't you a feminist?
