I believe all those dancing to the beat of witch hunting are seeing that indeed PMB is really witch hunting the people that have milked all dry as a country. We will only move forward if we drop tribal and religion sentiment. Non of the alleged PDP member has really make an attempt to clear their name but all they do is play on the minds of gullible Nigerians.

Despite my reservation as regards to PMB led government, I give it to him in this anti corruption crusade. If witch hunting is easy as PDP symperthiser are saying it, GEJ should have adopted same approach to deal with APC while they were threatening his government. We should all support this government is the area of anti corruption fight.

My main issue with this so called Avengers is that they don't have point. To me, their excuses sound like Bokoharam excuses. People are suffering, the region is underdeveloped. This same Tompolo enriched himself in during the last regime, Asari has University outside the country. I'm so sure, the moment PMB is able to settle the so called avengers with pipelines contact, they will soon shut up. This selfish practice will never attract development to the region.

Honestly, I expect this same Tompolo to use the wealth he got from this same Niger Delta struggle to develop his community as a prototype to the government ( Federal & State). This region will only develop if only those that will be opportune to have a voice make it people oriented rather than greed and selfishness that have held us bound this long.

Most villages in this region that dont motorable road, school or any functioning health centre, it will shock you that their chiefs have fleet of cars parked in their garages.

The greed is just too much. Until the struggle is all about people, even if there is 100% resource control which I support anyway, Niger Delta will never develop

I do laugh anytime I hear people asking PMB to probe APC members. We all fail to realise that the arm deal in question is shared between 2014 and early 2015. It's logical that those that shared the money are PDP members. Moreover, I don't even care whatever name anybody call this corruption fight, at least someone is doing something to fight the corruption. GEJ should have done same against APC members while they were bent to send him packing. Non partisan Nigerians so LD support PMB to sanitise this country.

However, the APC led government should be sensitive to Nigerian suffering while fighting the corruption. They should stop this trial and error approach

This Justice Okon Abang is APC certified. The same man that declared Sheriff authentic is the same man that ruled in Abia Governor Akpeazu tax clearance. Instead of him to hear from the accused, he quickly made judgement without hearing the accuse.

Read my post again. The major corruption saga for almost a year now has been DASUGATE. And if you've been following the revelation, DASUGATE is a loot basically to fund PDP campaign. So PDP members are primarily involved. However, I still maintain my stand that I don't care if PMB anti-corruption war is mainly against PDP provided they can trace any corruption case against them. Moreover, you don't expect PMB to start the fight with his loyal party member. I even expected GEJ do same when he was under fire from APC. This implies that PMB even get liver to be doing this. Nothing should surprise us regarding the pattern of the anti-corruption fight. My joy is that at least someone is trying to fight corruption either selective or not should not be the headache of ordinary Nigerian who never benefit from the loot. PDP should have done the same especially when they were threatened by APC and finally sent packing. Moreover the loot that has been in limelight for now is Dasugate so most beneficiaries are expected to be PDP members

Whichever way PMB tends to fight corruption, Nigeria will be the winner. I'm so certain that APC will not rule for ever. Instead of complaining we should rather support PMB

Personally, I have issue with the way PDP members and their sympathizers response to allegations. The response s are usually off the allegations raised. The response of the Rivers state commissioner in not different from their norm. I'm tired of hearing persecution, witch-haunting, EFCC is agent of APC as so on. Well meaning Nigeria want these people to focus on whether the allegations are true or not. Since EFCC now do median try instead of real investigation and procecution, I expect the accused fellows too to always prove to the public with fact that the allegation is false instead of crying woo

In as much I may not support the perceived selected fight against corruption but we have to start somewhere. Frankly speaking and to be fair to ourselves, we shouldn't expect PMB to start the anti-corruption war with the loyal APC members. APC government should fight this anti-corruption war their way but we want to see them doing something in that line and we should support them. I'm so sure that one day APC will leave power, so they will be probe also. And Nigeriand will be the winner at the end of the day

OK sir, if that will calm your narves. But I maintain my stand that we need to tolorate and respect each other's religion. I have a younger friend who attended a christian private university, she was totally denied of engaging in anything that have to do with her religion. To me that's totally unfair. All we need is peace and unity.

One of our major problems in this country is religion intolerance. I'm a christian and a devoted one by the grace of God but I don't see why the issue of hijab should be causing problem. Moreover, these girls are only covering their heads not their faces. We should learnt respect everyone for who they are. And south west is so unique in a way that in every family who will surely find someone from the two major religion. So why the headache.

One things these crops of legislators have failed to answer or make reference to is whether the allegation is true or not. I'm not interested in persecution or witchhaunting as the case maybe. Rather is the allegation true or not. And if anyone is invited by police , he should honour the invitation. Some well meaning Nigerians don't fall for these kind of blackmail use by thses politicians to cover up their mess anymore.

No wonder they are seeking for immunity for Senate President and Speaker. And their argument is even illogical. Senenate President or Speaker is not elected by Nigerians but by their colleagues. To me no major difference between the senate President and the other senator. It's purely to make their admistrative work within the chamber easier.

Who ever is guilty should be dealt with.

Honestly, I don't want PDP to die now. They seems like the only opposition at the moment and our democracy will not grow without one.

Honestly, our journey is still very far in this country. If this is what constitution amendments is all about, whaooooo.

Unfortunately Nigerian's either have no wall they can be pushed to or worse still they have a wall but it is so far away for those in power to successfully push them to. Even if Nigerians are finally pushed to that very far wall of theirs, rather than fight back they'll prefer to just jump over that wall and keep running away this time without any wall ahead anymore. We actually jumped over that wall in 1993 relating to June 12. So we have since then been running freely way without any wall ahead.

Well said my brother. However, with the rate at which things are going, anything is possible. There are hungers and frustrations in the country and I'm not sure we have had it this bad. And to make it clear, not blaming PMB for this because of certain circumstances beyond his control such as oil price though most of his trial and error compund the suffering. Nigerians expect these politicians to focus on how to alleviate the suffering of most Nigerians rather than fighting to secure their future while majority are suffering. If this persist, anything can happen. Nigeria of today is different and anything can happen. The outcome of 2015 election is an indication of that

These armed robbers still want to continue to enjoy even after leaving office. Anyway, a society deserves any leader she gets. Until we start to stone these crops of thieves and vote right during election, i don't see us coming out of this mess. And if these politicians refuse to change I forsee bloody revolution in this country. Majority of the citizen can't afford a square meal while these thief leave lavishly and yet still want pension even after.
