No need to. This could cause unnecessary attention to your application. So KISS (Keep It Short/Simple). grin

The most important is that you declared that YES in your application. Some people misplaced their rejection letters and some could not remember why they were denied, so that’s normal. CIC will discover your refusal reason during information sharing with other embassies. Don’t worry about it at all.
Tanx alot bro...

No need. They'll find out the reason for the refusal during info sharing. Your own part is to state the refusal, there's no crime in not uploading the refusal letter
Tanx alot

Hi Stencil. You're right. Thanks for pointing that out. The Statutory question does not specify a period as it would have included the phrase, "....in the last 10 years...." just as we have in the Personal History and Address History sections. Please check if there's the ? tool tip beside each statutory question. If there's a tip there, what does it say?

"Has Mr. X ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?" Since a period was not specified by IRCC, this means "throughout Mr X's life", has he ever been refused a visa? Emphasis on the word - "ever".

I think we missed it with @prex29. Visa refusals are not limited to the last 10 years, neither can they be declared in any History sections of the application except the Statutory Questions section.

cc: @prex29, @Ifeoma77
@ Topsmamen....what if I answered YES to the visa refusal question, and further stated that I have been refused a U.S Student Visa and Tourist visa without any explanation on reasons for refusal, and submitted without uploading the refusal letter. Hope CIC won't investigate further by asking the Embassy why I was refused? I submitted my application for PR 2 weeks ago, and I'm planning to raise CSE to inform CIC about the acquisition of my company by another company, dunno if i should seize the opportunity to give reasons for the U.S visa refusal, and attach the refusal letter together with documents from my new company..Thanks....Gurus in the house please contribute. God bless!

Has **** been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?(required)
Or

Has **** ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?: (required)

Please Which of this option should someone who was refused student Visa into the US last year choose? Or should it be both options?
Choose the 2nd option....I think there should be whatsapp group for March 6 ITA clinchers

Hello, silent reader here. My sister created her EE profile in October last year but didn't meet the CSR Score as her score was around 399 due to IELTS. She rewrote her IELTS early last month and this boosted her score to a 465 which we updated her EE profile with the new score.

Down to the issue, she is yet to receive ITA from this current draw I'm just curious as to how long it takes for the email to come in and her profile updated.

Thank You.
You'll get an update in her EE profile, latest by 2morow....i'm expecting ITA too, with crs 459....It will surely end in praise

Good evening house....Trust you all had a wonderful day? Pls I want to find out if there won't be an issue as regard asking WES to remove my BSc. Degree from my report evaluation, cos it's taking too much time for my transcript to get to them. WES has accepted my Masters Degree since 6 months ago. I spoke with WES customer service agent as regard removing my BSc certificate from my evaluation, and he said I should do them a mail....Gurus in the house, Hope there won't be any problem if I get into the pool with just my Masters Degree certificate. Thanks a lot and hope to hear from you as soon as possible.

Can u pls help us with the hospital website, so as to book for the next available date. Thank you.

Swansy10:
If you are that sure ITA then I would advice you to book the next available date for medicals. But remember, if you get PPR you have to land before your medicals expire and it’s valid for a year.

LagosismyHome:
First start by going through previous transcripts both the rejected and approved so you learn from both ways. ...then do a mock interview with as many questions u see in the transcript so you are fully prepared . Look out for all d ones who went to school of business

After you do a mock. Reach out to a couple of people here to give u feedback.... i think that a good foundation / starting block . And do it in good time ahead of your next interview so it's not rush and it gives allowance for people to get back to you (a lot are busy so response might not be immediately. )
Thanks so much @lagosismyhome...i've digested the transcripts both approved and rejected, and i'm quite impressed. I should get my visa approved this time around by God's grace. However, i still need a mock interview for proper preparation. I dont know how u and gurus in the house can be of help...thanks

Obviously that reason is just not convincing and does not sound too interesting to the hear. You can give reasons like;
You Compared tuition fees of other schools with the school, and you found it cheaper. Or may be it came with G.A which is better off the other schools.
Or say something like; the school gave you admission first of all the three schools you applied to. And not to delay and not sure of other schools decision, you chose to go with that; cos they day " A bird at hand is worth more than a thousand in the bush"......

Thanks a lot boss...Now that i am re-applying for F1 visa, what are the likely questions to expect from the consular based on my record....@Lagosismyhome pls give your suggestions too ....i hail una oooo

Gurus in the house(@ walspring, texrems, Oludare and so on), I greet u all. I just discovered this site this evening, and would love to share my case with the house so that i can know the right path to follow....I applied for F1 visa last year December( precisely December 2nd )and was refused....let me quickly share my transcript before I seek your suggestions....

ME: Good morning
VO: good morning
ME: hows work?
VO: she laughed and said Fine...Why are going to the US?
ME: i'm going there to study, to pursue Masters degree in Business Administration @ WSU.
VO: how many schools did you applied to?
ME: 3 schools, and i mentioned the schools.
VO: why WSU?
ME: I came across an article from a Professor in WSU, and i got captivated by...VO cuts in and said that is not a good reason, and asked if there was any other reason..ME: i said yes, and continued that the positive response i got on my area of concentration from Professor Marshal J.B who I intend yo work with when i get to school, made me choose WSU....VO: she just gave me a refusal letter.

I just got a new I-20 with the same old Sevis number from WSU for Summer session, and i plan to re-appear next month for F1 visa. Please tell me how to be successful during my next interview at the Embassy....i mean what i need to work on so as to get my visa approved this time around...thank you.
