title should read
'university of maiduguri to resume bombing on monday!'

Lol! Nice one. A state where gunfire breaks out every second youre asking students to resume. what Nonsense. Theyre all clueless.

Marlboro1:

He has asked for more corpers not necessarily christians. The great thing to do here is create regional youth service - southerners serve in the south while northerners serve in the north. That will reduce incidents of selectively killing these defenceless and innocent people out to serve their fatherland for religious or ethnic reasons. So send muslim corpers north and christian corpers south and everyone will be happy.

You have spoken well, However, ther'll be high unemployment amongst them. U see, Many of them went to the University of Boks harms where they earned degrees in M.Sc rifle handling, M.Sc suic.ide vest manufacturing, etc. The lack of "Infidels" to practice will affect their economy adversely, hence Shetimas plea.
Education / Re: Unimaid Resumes On Monday by DaMayor1: 3:03pm On Feb 17, 2012
I guess you mean "The University of Boks. lol! By the way what degrees do they award? M.Sc handling rifle, etc, lol!! Heres my advice, `Resume at your own risk`!!

Is it really true that no corper has lost his/her since the insurgence began in that State?

You dont need a skull wielding juju man to tell you that is a lie. Some experiences are worse than death, and one of such is living in a state of anarchy,

what a dumb reply to the poster. FYI this is a social network that serves to educate & better inform people.
GTB being a good bank doesn't make them above the law esp when my money is involved.

Romance / Re: Why Is The Infidelty Of A Woman More Difficult For The Guys? by DaMayor1: 1:19am On Jul 15, 2010
@ poster, u might as well ask why d lionesses do the hunting & after making the kill leaves it when the lion appears from his slumber, or why d alfa chimp & hippos colonises all the women in the camp. you cant change the laws of nature. look round the whole animal kingdom and you will see males have special preferences (ie at the top of the chain of command with woman as helper(bluntly put "servant" lol!).
pls dnt get me wrong. I believe in fair treatment of all homo sapiens, but let me categorically state that according to the law of Nature, life isn't  fair and its just unfortunate you came to this world as a helper so bear with it & nxt time u can ask Baba to send u bk as a man to njoy d special privileges (which for some includes the exclusive right to cheat as stated above). wink

Politics / Re: Lagos Begins Stop And Search Tax Policy. Slams N0.62m Tax On Luxury Car by DaMayor1: 2:31am On Oct 26, 2009
yommyuk:

think it does make sense cos there's a lot of inequality in the country. If I pay my taxes, why should other people not pay theirs since we all equally benefit for the infrastructure that is almost not there!

This is the point that is not getting thru to some people on this thread.
We are all expecting Fashola to maintain the projects he had begun. Where will the money come from?
Let everybody pay their dues so that when u are driving in your imported Jeeps on a good roadS, your conscience will say YES I AM PART OF THIS.
DO your OWN BIT. sad

Bros/Chick, u dey read wetin u dey type? u admit that the infrastructure doesnt exist, yet u want people to keep paying taxes without asking questions. Just like telling me to open my house for robbers to come in just because u were robbed. for the 100th time, i repeat, Nobody is against paying taxes here, but were just cautious of this desperate attempt to intimidate Lagosians to contribute to AC's 2011 campaign money, and u should too.
Politics / Re: Lagos Begins Stop And Search Tax Policy. Slams N0.62m Tax On Luxury Car by DaMayor1: 2:57pm On Oct 24, 2009
@ Adams N,
undecided. if not 4 d fact im a democrat & believe in free speech / debate, id think u were paid by d Agberos 2 speak here. Nobody is against development. The honest truth is dat the poor will suffer most 4rm this policy cos rich people in nija are stinkingly rich & 620k won't stop them driving their sequia's.
U speak of London, pls let me ask u, "How old is London"? is it not london dat ordinary 10k pounds is making parliament members head roll, & d prime minister had 2 refund some money recently. this gives u an idea of the sophistication / advancement which only comes from experience. do we have d same accountability here? so comparism is a no go area period!!
You speak of "Mega city" when we can't manage "micro city". this is what were talkn bout. imagine d gov surrounded by ppl with misplaced priorities. this is what u get. Agbero policies. let them look 4 investments like exploring inland water ways 2 generate revenue while aleviating d suffering of ppl. Dnt be deceived when govs of Ogun & surrounding states support fashola, they'll be d ultimate beneficiaries of d mass exodus these unfriendly policies will cause.
Politics / Re: Lagos Begins Stop And Search Tax Policy. Slams N0.62m Tax On Luxury Car by DaMayor1: 12:44pm On Oct 24, 2009
@ xcapade.
u are just butressing our point. pls dnt get us wrong, were not anti tax, but I want to believe d govt employs d best brains 2 come up with policies. this policy is an "Agbero" policy. imagine im running late 4 a meeting then these touts stop me on the road demanding this&that. do they have a networked computer to check if im a felon? NO. instead they drag me 2 their office admist chaos 2 confirm. imagine the time wasted. I believe there are better ways 2 achievethis.
to your point of going for assessment, lol! imagine wanting me 2 report my self 2 armed robbers. LMAO! I no fit shout. until they build confidence that all public office holders are 100% accountable, Im a retiree aslong as me & Lagos state govt r concerned, I xpect 2 hear a lot of "failed brake" cases in weeks 2 come. lol!
Politics / Re: Lagos Begins Stop And Search Tax Policy. Slams N0.62m Tax On Luxury Car by DaMayor1: 9:24am On Oct 24, 2009
@ Kidsam
D thing dey vex me. person go dey compare nija 2 London. d same london wey 4 wan colonise almighty America. lets be reasonable, these people have experience on their hands. Nija is forty something (2 tel u as I no send again I don 4 get). Pls can anyone tell me how old UK is. theres just no basis 4 comparism. pls lets localise our issues. compare nigeria with countries like singapore who we started 2geda but now are light years away, even Almighty China is still regarded 3rd world country. were just not ready for an aggressive tax policy till we tackle basic issues. this is a case of using govt might 2 intimidate & rob d people. if thisgoes through, I will stand on a 1million man queue 2 vote Mr Fashola out of office. it seems lawyers will have a fruitful season. Just incase ur watching the news & u see a guy arrested for running down a "tax robber", jst knw its me.
Politics / Re: Lagos Begins Stop And Search Tax Policy. Slams N0.62m Tax On Luxury Car by DaMayor1: 9:05am On Oct 24, 2009
when I see ppl supporting this policy here on nairaland, I wonder if its the same nigeria were talking bout. when weve not been able 2 stop a single perm sec 4rm cleaning up govt coffers then they want me 2 refill it so they can have more 2 steal. as I said earlier, im not against paying tax, but id rather pay N1m tax2 d govt of Ghana than 1kobo 2 nigeria. at least I can sleep in my house with Nepa, drive my cars on good roads (by d way is it d same car that I take 2 mechanic every week due to bad roads they want me 2 pay tax 4 - thunder fire them), and sleep with my two eyes closed. pls let them work on confidence building, only then can people willlingfully submit themselves 2 be assessed. until then ill use my "TAX" 2 provide myself with all govt has failed 2 provide me ie diesel 4 my gen, contribute 2 street association for security & grading of road govthas neglected, etc. RUBBISH!! Tax my ass,
Politics / Re: Lagos Begins Stop And Search Tax Policy. Slams N0.62m Tax On Luxury Car by DaMayor1: 9:45pm On Oct 23, 2009
WHAT NONSENSE!!! Na dis one go make me dey carry gun 4 my car. As if the security situation isn't  bad enough, they're  giving robbers permission 2 stop "luxury cars". every sensible nigerian should resist this move, rich or poor. Dnt get me wrong, people should pay tax, but there are better ways 2 achieve this.
Its very obvious Agberos are running this govt, else I dnt see any sensible person (even with school sat) coming up with a plan like this. make person wey wan die stand 4 d front of my car.  NONSENSE!!
