So painful..I cried my eyes out yesterday, have been going for this particular interview since last month, I have been called to that place like 7times in wuse2, from one stage to another. The secretary called me on Wednesday that madam will like to see me,she assured me to get prepared for medicals and all...she told me to be there by 10:00am, I came and was told to wait till 3:00pm before I could see her, of course I patiently waited for her..las las I no get the job didn't know when tears effortlessly flow down from my eyes...I stood there and taught about soooo many things ranging from the transportation I have spent on this particular interview alone ... I was surprised to hear of job opening with no candidates to fill them.

From your write up it would seem the problem still persists and your passion to find a viable solution is alive.
I would like to ask that you put out a mail or way to reach you for the few who truly are ready and willing to walk the walk.


Truthfully from my side of the line( awaiting employment) I can say that it would seem that the few jobs available require 'leg' to get.
With certifications as tall as the sky( isn't it money it takes to get into such trainings) and then the years of experience ask for ( the people doing this jobs, didnt they learn it)
I really don't mind doing an unpaid internship.
What ever it takes.
I would be willing to learn, and would love feedback so as to build up my confidence and competence.

Now, while I was planning ways to work things out with my wife with some of the advice that I gathered here, my Aunty who's married to an Igbo man from Imo state called me that her daughter, who's a student of Imo State University (Imsu) came home during weekend, Saturday precisely, locked herself up in a room and has been crying ever since without food nor water, and has refused to see nor talk to anyone.
I advice them to keep an eye on her so as to prevent her from attempting something stupid, she assured me that they broke into her apartment where she locked up Herself and brought her out.

So on Sunday, being 31 day of October, 2021, I left everything that I was doing in Makurdi and rushed to their village in Imo State, on getting there, I observed that both her hands and legs were tied and when I inquired why, she told me that it was an attempt to prevent her from escaping. I asked them to untie her, she was still crying when I asked her to go dress up that I'll be taking her out, she quickly went inside and dressed up we left the village for Orlu.

When we reached Orlu, we entered into a restaurant, and I started asking her what the problem was, I inquired if it was her boyfriend that broke her heart, she said no, I later succeeded in making her to tell me what the problem was because she's my closest ally.

when she opened up, she told me that she decided to do a little gbaje gbaje, ie do a little runs, she booked an appointment with a man and when she reached the said hotel, she and the Man started romancing and kissing and after awhile, the man started hissing uncontrollably, she inquired from the man what the problem was, he told her that what he wanted to take from her has been taken by someone else, in her confused state, she asked the man what he meant by that, the man looked her into her eyeballs and told her that she's empty, that what he intended taking from her has been taken by another person, he counted the said amount they bargain and handed it over to her and ordered her to get out of the hotel premises. when we got home, the news didn't go down well with her mother as tears started rolling down her cheek, she is planning a way to take her daughter to different prayer houses.

Hello friends, my daughter is very far ahead of her peers (class mates and outsiders) academically and otherwise. She started school when she was 2yrs. 3wks in school she had already knw how to write 1 to 10, A to F (I mean write not just to read).

Now she is 3yrs and she does things extraordinary. She can write 1 to 200, Aa to Zz without anybody assistance. She does her H/W alone, can read and spell two letter words. She sings a lot. I wanted her to play at least one musical instrument b4 she turns 5.

Two yrs ago, I had this vision of grooming "exceptionally intelligent" kids btw 9-12yrs to study outside their normal school curriculum. I mean a 9yr old kid in JS1 answering physics and advance maths question. Am still working on it. But my child is just 3yrs old and i am begining to be afraid. Married with two kids, an average of 30k monthly income as a private school teacher, I think, I lack the financial resources to push my daughter to where she deserves.

I need proper advice on how to guide her now.

I am one of the few most qualified people in the world to know how to deal with, she is an IN personality.

Yesterday, my team members were working on their official assignment when our direct supervisor called them to return immediately to the office because he wants to use the operational vehicle to go to a meeting outside the office. Unfortunately for them, they were held down by a job that they believed must be cleared before the day runs out.

My supervisor got angry with them for coming back late and told them they are not permitted to go to field for the rest of the week, just because of yesterday's offence. And this decision is obviously without the knowledge of his higher superiors.

Having a discussion with these team members, this kept me asking what if this is a hourly payment job that their salaries will be paid based on their hourly input, is this how he will stop them for no genuine reason.

But wait!, why is Nigeria not using the hourly payment system, won't it have been better in every way?

Lol, because they would have to reveal that you are being paid shit.

Imagine, those employers that like owing salary, how will they do it?
Imagine the federal government and ASUU. How will that turn out.

Lastly , progress would have to actually happen, can you imagine the waste of human in civil service doing anything productive?
