I was turned off by men with certain careers, of course.

Some of which were : Politicians,Media personalities, Actors and musicians,Chef,Sportsmen, Military and paramilitary, educationists(teachers & lecturers),those who claim to be "bloggers, influencers, freelancers",those awon PA to the PA to the PA nonsense, sailors,all forms of "businessmen".
It wasn't about what they earned.
I didn't just want a spouse from these people,for personal reasons.

I once met a guy who was a chef in a 5-star hotel..he was doing very well,had his personal house and a car.Immediately,I knew what he did,I got turned off and I shunned him.
It's not always about money.



The way men are wailing on this thread that women can actually have a choice.
Same men who say they can't marry Actresses,bankers and marketers,nurses,salonists..labelling them as pros.titutes.

A lot of people on the internet are so sensitive today and they’ll easily go with what they want to hear, but the truth is, for your own sanity, you would most likely have a set you avoid and some people will avoid you too. The earlier you make peace with this, the better for you.

I missed out actors (or celebs) generally. Over the years I have wondered what some women find attractive in them, but I avoid them because I can’t deal with all the unsolicited publicity and drama they come with. I have met a few and one spent minutes convincing me to give him my number. He kept looking at me as if to say “Don’t you know who I am?” I recognised him even before he walked up to me, but I showed no excitement because I wasn’t excited to start with. He wished me a lovely day and left me to my demons. Except I am dating one before stardom, I won’t attempt any of them.

Any small thing, Nairaland guys will start the money talk. I wonder how much some of them even have, lol. Some things are beyond money, for me at least. And if at all it is about money, I will pick an Engineer or IT guy over a politician.

Some people do not like stay-at-home-jobs because many of them end up as recluse. Another set do not pay attention to their looks because they rarely have the need for outing clothes. It is not always about the money like guys like to insinuate. But that is understandable. Everything is a dick-measuring contest for Naija men. They are beginning to bore me real bad.

Asking a Muslim to wear Hijab, in her Islamic School, is respecting her Right.

Asking her not to wear it in a Christian School or that Christian Schools do not Recognise, not to mention allowing the Hijab, is the Muslim respecting the Rights of others, something you Jihadist find very difficult to do, yet you are the first to be claiming "Rights".

I am challenging you now. Please which state out of the 6 has 1% population of Christians in Islamic /Muslim schools across the South?
Most of you lot just come out here with unreasonable stats and arguments.
Let's challenge ourselves to making this findings and research well.
Why? Because the other religion respect the rights of others by ensuring they send their wards to Christian or secular schools/institutions so their won't be conflict.
Why must it be Muslims always not satisfied with their Islamic schools, knowing fully well they are enrolling their kids in full blown Christian schools yet come out crying foul of their wards not allowed to practice their religion?
Islamiya, ansa rudeen is their, Muslims colleges are their you won't send your kids, but would prefer sending them to Christ School, St Louis e.t.c solely with the intention of fomenting trouble.

Like in my family, my parents allowed us to live with our Muslim aunties and uncles when we were in school down north, in truth no one stopped us from practicing our religion or go to church and my parents never once developed such fear.
But on the contrary, two of my nephew who came to school in the South were hurriedly taken back by their parents even though my parents enrolled them in Islamic schools, force them to go mosque everytime the need be and allow them freedom towards their religion, their parents were always with fear of converting their kids to Christians

I do never push for the use of hijab in
missionary schools but only at the government institutions.
Let me shock you and I stand to be corrected,Muslims here in Southwest are more tolerant than the Christians.I challenge you to go to any Islamic oriented school under the government,the christians there are not ordered or forced to use hijab infact they are being allowed to use beret.Whereas it is no if we should turn the table.

Just two things.
Women are a dangerous being and they don't forgive easily.
The fact you didn't contribute in her getting that shop would have made her vow never to use a dime of her money for your use.
Secondly, women are generally selfish and only a few of them would rather give money to their husbands but would borrow the world for their families.

It is unfortunate you didn't see the red flag and I wouldn't advice you to divorce your wife.

Any woman who could look at the hustle of her husband and never thought of helping him with the smallest of 1k is not worthy of a husband.
Remember, old age would come one day and such woman would become monsters because at that time, love is 80% gone and her priorities would lie with the children!
