https://cdn1.theodysseyonline.com/files/2016/01/16/635885693080250220-1740872112_dj%20khaled%20smart.gif
Nigerians have a problem with analysis and comprehension. The pathology report has set the man free. Trauma did not kill her, bodily harm did not, even if he was abusive yet his physical abuse did not kill her rather dilutional hyponatremia did. Facts are facts and the law is all about facts. This is why the west would always be better than we are. We know nothing yet feel we know it all. |
CopyLearner:HER DEATH WAS NEVER CAUSED BY ANY FORM OF HEAD INJURY BUT BY WATER IN HER HEAD WHICH IS MEDICALLY KNOWN AS DILUTIONAL HYPONATREMIA. THAT ALONE LEADS TO RESPIRATORY FAILURE OR SEIZURE AS RIGHTLY DECLARED BY THE PATHOLOGIST. LIKE I SAID, SHE KILLED HERSELF UNKNOWINGLY. |
The Pathologist in clear terms stated dilutional hyponatremia as cause of death and dilutional hyponatremia is simply put WATER IN THE HEAD OR AROUND THE BRAIN. After some engages in a vigorous exercise e.g marathon sex and sweats a lot the sodium levels in our body becomes low and we react by quickly taking massive amounts of water Into our system without knowing that When sodium levels in the blood become very low, water enters the brain cells and causes them to swell. This results in increased pressure in the skull and causes hyponatremic encephalopathy. As pressure increases in the skull, herniation of the brain can occur, which is a squeezing of the brain across the internal structures of the skull. This can lead to headache, nausea, vomiting, confusion, seizures, brain stem compression and respiratory arrest. I believe the pathologist mentioned respiratory failure as part of his findings. That pathologist is top notch and deserves an award because he is spot on. |
HaneefahRN:My dear I am sure u do not know more than the pathologist does. It is clearly stated WATER IN THE HEAD. Not not any fluid but WATER. cerebral oedema is general but specicically her pathologist stated dilutional hyponatremia as cause of her death. Perhaps you need to look that up before you tag me a fraud or a hypocrite. |
Shym3xx:My submission is simple and direct. I deduce that she probably unknowingly carried out water poisoning which is rare but it does happen. It is when someone drinks an unusually large amount of water over a very short period immediately after a very strenuous exercise. If true that she engaged in a weekend of marathon sex then she most probably killed herself via water poisoning. |
MsGlobalwonder:Indeed you are a wonder! The autopsy report is in plain English. If she had head injuries they would have caused internal bleeding in her head and not water retention. This is why the pathologist said the head injuries was not the cause of death. Water in her head came from another source and not from her injuries. Its as simple as ABC. I have already stated what causes water retention in the head. Its different from drowning. She was not drowned otherwise the report would also say so. But it clearly said " water in her head" . Water retention is not the same thing as bleeding in her head. |
MsGlobalwonder:MsGlobalwonder in case you do not know let me educate you. If the police can prove that the wife was in Abuja with her lover for the weekend and her phone shows his contact and times of call then this case is trash and the reason for water in her head would be conclusive and medical report would be that she unknowingly killed herself. Allow me explain. There is what is known as WATER POISONING... and this is when a person drinks an unusual amount of water quickly in a short time immediately after a vigorously stressful exercise. This causes electrolyte imbalance in the body and water accumulation in the head known as swolle head syndrom and it is often fatal if not medicaly handled as an emergency. If she indeed spent a sex filled weekend in abuja then this might show she killed herself involuntarily. Like I said earlier such does not kill immediately but applies pressure to the brain and such a person would pass put anf eventually die if help isnt rendered fast. Hope you now understand. Its not about what the husband did its about what the medical report clearly states. |
Onegai:This is not about being emotional or because the deceased is female this is about facts. You being female are also being emotional as this happened to one of same gender but to me thats not being realistic. What most people just want to hear and read about is a man beats his wife and they want to hang him by his balls but nobody wants to know why he even got pushed to the extent of doing so... yes I said PUSHED because most men would never raise their handson their wives but women are in a league of their own when it comes to provoking reactions from men. If the landlady testified of his quiet nature and he also said he loved the wife so much so that he even got her a car though yet enroute and if he said (without being coerced) that he slapped her under provocation then he is being somewhat honest if all that had been confirmed. His kids are old enough to say if daddy beats mummy often and if mummy was home all weekend. All facts right now point that the husband isnt culpable because if he said he slapped her and the pathology report says his slap wasnt what caused the water in her head then he has no case. He would probably be taken for counselling and then released. HE IS A FREE MAN. |
Shym3xx:My bro even the Police knows the man has no case to answer which is why they are now shifting to check his mental stability. Pls the man should hire me as his lead council for this case. |
introvertedsoul:Even with a baby lawyer the man is off the hook. The medical report is emphatic on 2 things. 1. She died from water in the head 2. The physical injuries COULD NOT HAVE caused the water in the head. That alone exonerates the husband. Water in the head is like a blood clot in the veins. It travels slowly until it getd to the brain causing dizziness, heart palpitation and eventually inability to breath and death just like what happened to the late Goldie. A nagging question that keeps on running through my mind is this... did she make use of a syringe at any point during her weekend trip? If you want to take injections and do not properly expel the air pocket in syringes its traps water which eventually travels to the brain and acts in the same manner a blod clot would. |
The kind of head trauma being described by the autopsy report indicates to me that this kind does not kill immediately. Prior to her death she had been on a weekend sex trip and stressed out or ruptured a nerve in her head due to probable multi orgasms as she claimed her lover wore her out and did her the edible caterers way. If the report says the water in the head could not have been caused by the physical injuries she had on her then that frees the husband 100%. No law court anywhere can hold him for her death just by that report except new facts emerge nailing him. She was away all weekend and anything could have happened while she was away with her lover... she could have slipped and fell on the tiles or hit her head on the bed post in the passion of the moment or her lover may have even been the one who smacked her around a bit in the name of kinky sex. In law there is what is known as "reasonable doubt" and this case has reasonable doubt. The husband is a free man. CASE CLOSED! |

gasgenius:Look who is talking. Its obvious u are a pro when it comes to right usage of words. Imagine ur english..... "wish a monkey is trained could have been better than you" English don chichumchin |
The mere fact that Saraki still knowingly kept on collecting salary of a governor and allowances since he left office till 2015 is enough to remove him from the SP position. The man is bereft with corrupt practices. He is like the proverbial man who is carrying an elephant on his head yet greed would still make him chase after a rabbit. |
3 already gone |
gasgenius:Allow me to correct your english. You are talking from your state of depression. Little guy. Continue in your madness if it makes you happy. I am your saviour. Bag of sand. If depression wasnt eating you up perhaps you would have paid some attention to your English and expression. Save yourself first before dreaming of saving others. Your feeling of grandeur is an illusion of maniacal proportions. |
gasgenius:Exactly the way you are dying from frustration. |
gasgenius:Even your english and expression is on -100 |
gasgenius:Mr gasgenius you are on a -100 IQ rating. I see your genious is actually in reverse. Anything and everything kills when abused or wrongly handled. Nuclear power reactors have come a long way from your stone age idea of what it used to be. If you were not still in the stone age you would know this. Nuclear energy is amongst the cleanest and safest energies to harness except if there is a breech in the reactor core which is rare or caused by bad maintenance habits or expired replacement parts. However even if we have a nuclear reactor here in Nigeria do you honestly think that the first handlers would be Nigerians? Nigerians would be trained and eventually handed over to but real experts would handle its running and in fact the private sector can be asked to handle it and so take the stress off the government. You say you are a genious but your mindset speaks volumes about your mental level which as stated earlier is -100. |
Pptyconcession:Sure. Thats my whatsapp number up there |
If this was in a saner clime those men would have been led out in cuffs by those police men and not appealing to them. What they did was destruction of public property, physical aggression to cause bodily harm and so on. The man that fell while skipping from table to table as if he was Peter Pan is a disgrace to fatherhood and so are the rest of them. When Nigerians are meant to speak out in protest we dont instead we take it all as some form of comic relief. By now well meaning people in Nassarawa should be on the streets seeking the recall of their representatives. |
gasgenius:And I see a rretard...... he who knows not and knows not that he knows not always has his words ladden with foolishness from a retarded perspective. |

The bible says a mans gift makes way for him. See how her passion has blessed her. Because of hope she raised over $1m which is equivalent to 300m naira now and some of you here instead of pursuing your passion are blaming buhari for everything. Passion breeds prosperity. 300m naira is more than enough to run an orphanage with and also invest in other things which would keep generating money for running the orphanage as well as taking care of you. |
Guyman02:He does not need to seek russian assistance in construction now or even consult them. When desiring to use nuclear power on a larger scale like power generation for security and safety reasons you need to align yourself with those already using same who happen to be in the summit. We are not seeking united states aid in building a nuclear reactor but just to let them know we plan doing so same way other nations did. Who builds it is irrelevant as we can contract ot out to competent hands. |
gasgenius:I have only 3 and half words for you. Go and re-study |
ozila:More like ... see their faeces |
dunlie:If you actually had a culture of reading or research as an individual and not immersing yourself in the Romance section of nairaland than you would have written a more analytical piece other than the diddly squat you just wrote above. |
lielbree:I will not debase myself by entering into a war of words with you as you are obviously not sound intellectually because since you could google about nuclear power disasters what held yoy back from also using google to look up nuclear power advantages and clean energy. Let me even come down to your level and ask you this simple question... "If a car accident kills 200 people in one day would that or should that stop others from driving cars" Even in nature we have adaptive measures but in science we have preventive measures. Science is in constant motion and always evolving so if a nuclear disaster occurred shouldnt common sense tell you that measures have been taken to prevent a reoccurrence? There are over 400 nuclear reactors worldwide. Comparing that with the nuclear disasters you claim to have occurred kindly give me a percentage per your disaster analysis. Consider this your exam for April 1st 2015 |
