Customs really must be checked. no sane importer will not complain about the Nigerian customs. so greedy. always seizing legitimate goods and demanding to pay more and more.

The real question is "what's your child doing in any school in Nigeria if you can afford these fees?". You're paying so much for so little when you can ship him/her off to regular schools in US, Germany, japan that will provide far more for sooooooooo much less.

You shouldn't be comparing these schools to schools in Nigeria with what is being charged by them, instead compare them to schools in developed countries... by that analogy, you'll realize they are literally paying 100 naira for what's worth 5 naira in those countries. For Christ sake these kids will still end up writing common toefl or ielts.. their counterparts in developed world attending free schools won't do that. Not worth wasting all that money in Nigeria unless you're tied/chained to the country.

Depends. I value not only book education but also parental guidance, this is what my mum and father gave me... If I am not an international waka about. when my son is of Age. then I can't ship a 11year old boy to germany to live by himself. It's bad business practice. I will not only miss his love... he'll need my tutelage, to show him how I became to man I became.

So, even though it's more expensive to be here. My son must be dropped by me or his mom in the morning. And picked up by me or his mom by afternoon, and we must spend hours together everyday for us to better understand each other.

Like someone said, education is not enough to execute, there are other essential ingredients. like vision, character, focus, perseverance, consistency, that must be sold to the young lad , to become better than pops!

besides. these schools are just a piece in the real scheme of things. If you see what the chinese are doing, the japanese,... the koreans.. the americans.. you won't want your kid to the tied to one place. the world is a f**king global village. 6hours to london. 14hours to NY... man.. make the money and use it as it should be used! If freelancer. I think you already have that estate that they say have: 24hours electricity. but be ready to pay sha.

If you are employee. then proximity to work is pretty important. Hold up can waste weeks (per year) of your productive life, and stress also is not good. this is the most important for me.

If you are an employer. then where is your office also. and accessibility to affordable employees is also important.

The thing is: School and all that. depends on what you want. As with all ares, there's expensive, cheaper, and average schools.

I used to live on Adeniji Jones, Ikeja. and Chrisland school is on Ladipo oluwole, just like lara day on adeniyi jones, tunwase school also on adeniyi jones, KFC off adeniyi jones. and so many more in over 12 estates on adeniji jones, .. So, in times past, even walked down to drop of my ward. and work was 30mins walk also. but the tricky thing is: depending on the street you live, your transformer can be good somewhere yet bad some where else in the same damn estate..

Why you all so negative? Stockists, cashiers... These are junior roles. that can be handled if well defined by OND or even SSCE holders. Even in banks now. These are the roles of cashiers, front desk, nysc. etc...or you expect someone with BSC to handle go carry goods from warehouse? ....I don't get you guys. Everyone has a role to play. An Accountant on the other hand should deal with the figures generated from the task done by these people ..

If there's one thing that's common with our culture here. It's that. Our employees learn and are better than they came. Usually they make more money than they could have elsewhere. thats why I said no bsc. because roles that are meant for onds or even ssce, shouldn't go to bsc.

Knowing what you want. and stating is: which is what you guys call being blunt seems like a foreign concept. You want sugar coating. etc...

I have asked someone without experience. How many of the vacancies you have out there have asked for that? What does that say about my business model?

We know who we are and what we need to do to get us to where we are going. To tearing employee apart.. no no.. we make people better. stronger. and more effective. we are not perfect. But you are free to come and ask my over 60 employees why they stay.

Pay. none of your business. Fair as stated for OND. Easy breezy not because of the Pay. But primarily because the biggest problem with small business is dis organisation. For this task. the work flow , standards of expectations have been clearly defined. Employee will only plug in. Simple.

Then he's no choice but to get tired of doing everything by himself. invoice by himself. customer service by himself. and customer complaints.. and some customers that'll make him drive into the cold and not turn up.

So, he cracks. Service goes poor, cos he don't want the worst job in the world where he's to be everything for everybody every time.

If he wants to do it better than the likes of inspired.... or others who have come and go, then he needs to give a deadline to what he started. document the process, and replace himself with someone else, who can sustain it. and report to another person.
