[quote author=PulaPower post=122503998][b]Labor party too dey lie sha..

This further confirms impersonation, identity theft statements aren't from UK but Lp..

The 3rd class dullard must have been arrested for a genuine reason and I think one of the reasons Uk is yet to release any statements is investigation is on-going..

This picture of Obi by the plane is an old picture, during campaign. Obi is still very much in detention!

If Obi is still in detention according to your comment. Which Obi is in Anambra campaigning...abeg tell us, make I buy bread
Family / Re: My Husband Is So Annoying. I'm Depress. by Dandas: 9:05pm On Mar 21, 2023
Dearlove2me:
The truth is right now, I feel like going somewhere for a while. I feel like I need rest. Somewhere I can forget about all my problems and breathe a fresh air.
My husband has not been honest with me since the beginning of this marriage and I doubt if this is an attitude of a man that loves

He has always been in debt even before I married him. and he wouldn't let me know what he do with the money he keeps borrowing from people. Even my friends I introduced to him, he is owning them and can't pay back.

The bad side is, he borrows and stop picking their calls not respond nicely to them.
He behalves badly to them.
I'm suspecting he's into some kind of addiction that demands money. Maybe gambling but he wouldn't tell me.
He's constantly on his phone.

He is owning loan app everywhere. To the extent that the app had to send hurrible messages to his contact's lists including his bosses, office colleagues and my relatives.
It's so embarrassing and tiring.
He has apologized several times that I should give him time to work on himself to stop an addiction, but he refused to explain what it is. Claiming that I might leave him if I know.
But he has not changed abit.
We are always hungry in this house. No baby food for my 6months old baby, no pampers and everything is total struggle. I quit my job last year but I'll soon start job search once my baby grow a little.
In this house, If I don't look for food, then, we starve, I don't look for means of getting pampers, food, wears, then my baby will suffer, because his daddy is not capable of providing anything for us. It's so annoying.

I have dreams before I married him, but right now, I feel lost. There's no romance, no love, no affection in this marriage anymore, as I wouldn't even let him touch me because of the stress, suffer he constantly brings on us.

Money I raised to start up a business, (340k) I ended up using it to pay for his debt last two months because the people were always coming to embarrass us in the house and neighbors were coming to pleade on our behalf. I had to clear up the loan, yet he couldn't explain what he did with the money.
With that start up capital, I would have been growing by now, but here I am. Still at the zero point.

I'm really tired
I'm so confused here.
What should I do?
What would you advise?

In this situation, all I can think of is to set up a family meeting.
Express yourself to zero%, he should be questioned. The out come of both family meeting will determine the future of the marriage.
Remember na who dey alive dey think of tomorrow

This Obi and his people don’t want this country to move forward, it’s so sad. Is Obi the first to lose an election? What’s his problem for God’s sake?

I'm sure your night was full of nightmare, are you hoping the person you owe money dies so that you don't pay back?
This is the reason why you are frustrated and you will continue that way.

Politics / Re: 2023: Obi Should Let Go, Build LP For 2027 by Dandas: 2:54pm On Mar 01, 2023
NaijaCowFarm:
I am not happy that Peter Obi did not win. There are clear fundamental factors that were so herculean to overcome the very moment LP/NNPP alliance failed.
Now that Atiku is seemingly out of the way, it is time to galvanise the opposition towards 2027. It is going to be a marathon, so let us start now. There is no point wasting resources on election tribunal. With the capacity shown by Obi, 2027 is possible, but we need to do the following:

1. Not waste time and resources on election tribunal, but need to let Nigerians know of the brazen robbery APC governors and Wike perpetrated. If the PDP wants to challenge the results, let them do so themselves, without involving LP

2. Get real political structure for Labour Party across Nigeria. One reason we loss was because we did not have strong roots in the North.

3. Galvanise all elected officials to form a formidable force to take on APC, which is already reduced in strength from 21 to 12 states.

4. Peter Obi and LP should focus on the March 11, 2023 governorship polls. Obi should begin touring states LP won to boost morale of LP supports in the 22 states win high voters. Not waste resources in states like Katsina, Yobe, Zamfara.

5. LP leadership should begin talks with NNPP, progressive still in PDP and form a formidable party with structure, just like what ACN/CPC did. We need to start now.

In as much as I agree with this idea but will disagree on letting go of this 2023 election.
Reasons:
1. It will demoralized people who have hope of a new nigerian through LP.
2. Conceding defeat is a way forward for a betterment of tomorrow, but neglecting the reason you failed or lost cannot make you better tomorrow .
3. LP gave other party a good chase especially PDP and APC but they should also ensure that people with good character and track record joins the party afterward.
Labour Party should go to tribunal not because they want the election to be rerun or annulled but to show Nigerians dissatisfaction with INEC and their loopholes.

This election has proven that we Christians and our Muslim brothers are one. Peter Obi tried to divide us by running a religious campaign but we Christians stood our ground and rejected him. May God continue to bless we Christians and Muslims for bringing this renewed Hope to our great country sad

hey, speak for yourself and yours. What do you know about religion, and where do you live in Nigeria. I don't think you are a true Christian, having internet does not give you right to spit nonsense and write about Christianity that you don't know anything about. Whoever becomes Nigerians president is not my problem. We all want fairness and honesty with the election..I'm from Kaduna, born in Plateau state, lived more than 15 years in Imo state and also live about 10 years in lagos not to talk of other states have you had the opportunity to live in among tribes and culture?
Find time to read and know about your country and religion....

Dear fellows,
This my little piece of discovery or information will amaze you guys on what has been happening in recent, for some of us who understand or have a little knowledge of IT will agree with me that 3G only comes up when network activities matters. But this little secret i'm about to share with you is the latest ( discovery or information ) in town.
A lot of uproar have been going in Nigeria of recent, so many unsolved problems and lots of rising issues and they are fast destroying the country. Apart from issues like CORRUPTION, POWER TUSSLE, RITUAL KILLINGS, DRUGS etc....Have we considered homo-sexual activities as one of the fast rising issues in our dear country. Talking about homosexual activites and 3G....I dont think they relate in anyway.
3G is the third generation of wireless telecommunication network that at least transfer data of about 200 kbit/s. But to my own discovery of 3G will shock you guys. Homosexual activities or in an advanced way or in western world called (LGBTQs)
meaning ....[b]L-lebians, G-gay, B-bisexual, T-transgender, Q- queers
LGBTQs activities in nigeria is gradually growing silently under our nose, the unstable economy of the country coupled with its leadership problem makes people want to do any thing to survive. Girls in their are brought during parties to disguise it, lots of young and matured men are also in this group. According to information reaching me, 3G is an association of the coded guys. some of our past leadesr were somehow rumoured to belong to this group....now meaning of 3G (Gay Guys Groups) this reminded me of a letter sent to formal nigerian president Goodluck Jonathan and the nigerian people concerning the LGBT rights.
We might have one way or the other know some information about this group.............Nigerian government have zero tolerance on such issue and the community as a whole despise it ..........According to information about 3G, they are 50-65% rich and well connected, their ways of handshake and eye contact when in mix of people is different. LGBTQs in some western countries have right and freedom and are well supported by their family members...............I know for sure that its a big time Jail sentense if anyone in Nigeria is found to be in any of these.
So just incase you hear someone talking or saying something about 3G, be attentive to know what the discussion is all about. For some reasons i decided not to upload some pictures of their last VIP party in order not to endanger someones life.

Remain bless......

Travel / Re: With N20M, Should I Travel To USA Or Stay In Nigeria? by Dandas: 2:48am On Feb 23, 2020
Brodapounds:
Hello dear nairalanders.

Please I'm going through a state of mental confusion.

Currently i have approximately 20 million and 300 thousand naira in my bank account.

I have two thoughts.

1) I am 25 years old but I'm not a university graduate, i only have ND (National deploma) from a polytechnic In Edo state, Auchi precisely.

I would have become a graduate years ago but after my "ND" years ago, i refused to go back to school and i decided to hustle for money.

Most of my classmates in school back then are all graduates but all the same, looking at my bank account now, i have no regrets.

So this is what i plan on doing.

1) Can i further my Education In any university in the United States with the money and plan on staying back after my degree, for the fact that I'm 25.
Will that be advisable?

2) should i stay back in Nigeria and use part of the money to build a house In my hometown in Benin and use the rest for business?

3) Is there a chance of going to USA and start all over again, look for job.
Will the money be enough to rent a house, foot some bills untill i see a job in the USA.

Note i choose USA only because it's my dream country, I'm not scared of the traveling ban because I'm 100% confident that it will be taken away few months from now.

Please i won't be replying any mention or questions.

All i want is to take note of good advice.

I already know a reliable traveling agent.

Please other suggestions are welcomed apart from mine.

Please help

In 2016 I had $5400 and #3M in Naija...i used part of the money to procure visa after many trials, fast forward I made it to canada, with no travelling experience, no one to help or advise.. thank God ....we are getting there slow and steady

If you are actually interested in travelling, US is good but look into Canada...with #20M, you can get a good not too expensive university in canada. Once you succeed, you can work Legally but limited hours as a student. If u can hustle, there are under the table jobs.
Why canada After completion of your studies, you can apply for job, move from working to applying for your PR and then citizenship on the later........
Canada is a very friendly country if you don't have problem with cold weather and trust me, you can achieve your intending plans of making a good home for your children unborn and your siblings.....
My candid advise is.....look into canada as your second option....

All indicators pointing Yaya, but one will not know what caf is secretly cooking....

CAF should not always be looking at Mid fielders etc,but also on a goal keepers who have made a huge impact. What was awarded to messi during the last world cup,he did not deserve it which even the FIFA president said so,that the award suppose to go to the German goal keeper. We should stop pointing mild fielders, strikers etc for scoring goals or number of goals scored, ofcourse thats their job,but look critically to other players role like the goal keeper, defenders.Super Eagles won the AFCON 2013,qualify for world cup and reach the stage they are and other excellent performances.Ask yourself which of the players(player ratings)played a huge role in achieving this.Did Vincent Enyeama contributed more in achieving this?,for me the answer is "YES".Besides,Nigerians are proud of him in his present club.Enyeama deserves this award!
