Harry Potter Franchise (2001-2011)....9/10 Great story loaded with fun and suspense, contrasting well with the investigation into the Horcruxes, and the general buildup of dread that leads perfectly to the climax.

toluxe0075:Not gonna waste my energy debating with someone who's clearly my intellectual minion. Besides, Kaycee7 is dealing with you sufficiently. Peace. ![]() |

kendrick93:I think it has something to do with Conservative core ideologies being at odds with The New World Order. Conservatives value order. They believe that there is a natural order to things. They support harsher punishments as a means of preserving that order. Likewise, they also believe it is the role of government to protect that natural order because the laws of man and the laws of nature are inseparable. Conversely, The New World Order values freedom. It challenges the idea that there is a natural order, and that people ought to have the option to exercise choice. It wants to grant people more freedom, regardless of whether it may undermine society's order or not. Likewise, since it doesn't really put much stock in a universal order, it believes there is no universal morality for government to uphold, except for the right of citizens to decide/choose for themselves. Therefore, the so-called Cancel Culture originates from people's behaviour and opinions being at odds with public perception because of the disruptiveness of their rhetorics. Objectively, I don't support Cancel Culture due to its likeness to witch hunting, but people with non-inclusive ideas should also have the smarts to read the room, and realise their disruptive opinions are not welcomed in public spaces. |
Progenix:I would take Michelle Rodriguez in a heartbeat. She does look the part, and she's slightly less bland than Carano. It couldn't get worse. ![]() |
RayMcBlue:Word! Succinctly put. |
toluxe0075:Dude, I was trying to be objective, but I can see that you want to be unfortunate. If you can't see why it's inappropriate to compare a conservative to victims of the holocaust, or why Disney wouldn't want to associate its family friendly brand with a documented bigot, then you're surely a house nigger... the epitome of mental slavery, and believe me, it's the worst form of subjection that makes you willingly and happily buy more chains and latches from your oppressors, lock yourself up, while making an enemy of those who has the keys to liberate you. |
kendrick93:She's entitled to her opinion. The problem lies in the fact that she's associated to a non-controversial and family friendly brand (Disney) that cares a lot about public perception. In this case, the public wanted her contract terminated for belittling the Holocaust, and Disney in a bid to extricate itself from the controversy, had to comply. She should have kept her insensitive views to herself and fans would be none the wiser, alas she managed to piss it all away. |
Progenix:That's unfortunate. There aren't a fuckload of jacked and alluring female actors that portray badass women roles, and really looked the part. She shoulda kept her opinion to herself, but no, she just had to let the crazy out. I hope they recast instead of just dropping the character. |
Progenix:Downloading subtitles via MX Player has no limits as long as you're logged in on opensubtitles.org in app. |
Gmajor: Progenix:Why would anyone utilize VPN to sidestep a totally lawful system when it would require considerably less exertion to just register to opensubtitles.org via MX Player? The process doesn't even require more than 10 seconds to complete. ![]() |
Gmajor: Progenix:No offense, but you two have no idea of what you're saying. VPN isn't the answer to everything. Sometimes, the solution is right in your face, and easy to fix. |
Vecto:Register and login with your registration details. •Open MX Player on your Android device, go to menu: •Subtitle -> Online Subtitles -> Search and tap on "opensubtitles.org" •Tap on "Register" -> Fill your opensubtitles.org Username, Email, and password and tap OK -> Login. • Now you should be able to download subtitles from MX Player

VerifiedStalin:I'll check it out when I have the time. |
VerifiedStalin:Can't say I have. What's it about? |
pu7pl3:I know he has had his financial troubles, but I remember him talking about how he lean towards fun b-movies (and occasionally artsy movie), because it's more fun and relaxed than big budget productions, and he has freedom to do what he wants with the character. Compare to Bruce Willis who films for like 1 day, and thereafter goes home with $1 million tax free for his troubles, Nic is the consummate professional. Some of Nic Cage straight-to-dvds are hidden gems. I've watched quite a good number of them, and in every one, Cage gave his 100%. Mandy, Color Out of Space, Kill Chain, Between Worlds, The Frozen Ground, Seeking Justice, Mom & Dad, Trespass... I rate these movies very highly. You should try them sometime. Low budget straight-to-dvd movies don't necessarily equate to trash. |
pu7pl3:Nic Cage still gives a fvck. Bruce Willis is in it for the money. |
oyaskii:Dude's been phoning it in for years. Looper was probably the last time I remember seeing a real performance out of him. |
VerifiedStalin:58 year old Tom Cruise if he aged like a normal person.
|
JackBizzle:Tom Cruise 23-24 years old... vs ....Taylor Lautner 19 years old.
|
VerifiedStalin:Unequivocally. |

abduleez1:Nah, he's worse. |
Born2Freak:Your attempt to troll is pathetic. At least, be ironic/sarcastic. |
Born2Freak:Didn't finish it in a day, Dumbo. |
Nickshrapnel:You're a real G. The stories are sublime and well crafted. |
Born2Freak:When you have nothing sensible to say, say nothing. |
S. Craig Zahler Trilogy (2015-2018)...9/10 Incredible movies, but Bone Tomahawk is a masterpiece. S. Craig Zahler is the fvcking man. Real old-school filmmaker.
|
Middle Earth Verse (2001-2014)...9.5/10 It feels like one consistently amazing 9.5/10 movie all the way through, and, really, what else can you ask for from a Franchise?
