Raalsalghul: Bloodshot: 2/4 stars
There's always that movie between each Fast and Furious entry which Vin Diesel uses to remind us that he's a tough guy.
Is it Xander Cage, The Last Witch Hunter, Babylon A.D, you name it.
It's all Humph and Grumph! Same old, same old! He's an action movie star. Not everyone has the talent and/or commitment to be role versatile. |

AbdulSleeky: All the things I said came to pass in the trailer.
1. Kong using weapons- trees or buildings. In the trailer, he used part of a building...
2. Kong being faster than Godzilla and having a longer reach- you can see the blow he gave Godzilla in the trailer
3. Kong dodging the super breath from Godzilla
cc Dandenumeruno, zeemuthafuka and abduleez1.......put some respect on my name! Kong bows to noone. Team Kong all the way. |

AbdulSleeky: Godzilla charges his super breath before firing. How is he going to hit Kong when Kong is agile? No amount of mental gymnastics from you will make Kong to not lose to Godzilla in a straight fight devoid of plot amour. |

AbdulSleeky: Bro, of all people, I didn't expect you to be biased.
Kong won the first battle between them in 1962.
Honestly, the fight is 50-50.
Kong has faster reflexes, can use his hands to grab weapons and is more intelligent.
Godzilla is better in water, has thick scales and super breath.
If the fight gets to water, Godzilla wins.
However, in a land setting, Kong has the ability to throw buildings or rocks or trees at Godzilla. His arboreal abilities give him the advantage.
In real life, a monkey defeats many reptiles from snakes to lizards. Even the two strongest reptiles- monitor lizards and crocodiles are no match for the bigger apes on land. I'm Switzerland, but being neutral doesn't excuse me from seeing things objectively. • Godzilla has skin armour that nuclear warheads can't penetrate, his skin is impervious to conventional weaponry. Conservely, due to the vulnerability of his skin, Kong is easily deterred by short burst from firearms. • Godzilla has nuclear breath. He only has to blast his nuclear breath at Kong's direction and the giant ape will disintegrate into dust. Ergo, without putting sentiments and bias into account, Kong doesn't stand a chance. Godzilla will obliterate Kong in 5 seconds in a straight fight, but... I expect them to cook the fight in Kong's favor, and somehow make him win. |

Tolu181: you are funny
Kong can fight with weapons, that's a bigger advantage
Godzilla only fight with his mouth while Kong can fight with his hands, legs even can head butt
Konga has intelligence just like human... Technically speaking, Kong doesn't have the ability - physically or mentally - to hurt Godzilla. Kong only wins via plot armour. |

Godzilla go kpokpo am Watching Godzilla nonchalantly curbstomp Kong would be a short and uninteresting fight, wouldn't it? It doesn't make room for spin-offs and sequels, does it... think about it. The smart play here would be to buff up Kong and let him win. |

AbdulSleeky: Stop speaking from both sides of your mouth. That last sentence is contradictory. You wanted action and didnt get it but you enjoyed it?
Please, what did you enjoy? The forgettable villain? The flimsy logic of the way the wishes were granted? The ra.pe of the Steve Trevor body double? The nonsense fight between cheetah and wonderwoman?
Really? You know, it might be a foreign concept to you, but not everything is black and white. It's conceivable to appreciate a film and still have the option to recognize every one of its imperfections. |

Kaycee7: Superhero experience doesn't directly imply a total action package. There was quite enough action sequences in the movie. The arguments I understand are those complaining that the action sequences in themselves were not satisfying. I don't really agree with that opinion but I can understand it. Let's not kid ourselves, WW84 is a very flawed cinematic representation... but I don't overthink Superhero movies. I know they're within the boundaries of fantasy and thus, would be farcical to rationalize them in accordance with real life scenerios. Basically, I shut off my brain and try to appreciate them for what they are. In a similar vein, I was able to appreciate WW84 for its pros, and ignore the cons. |
TV/Movies › Re: What Movie Are You Watching Now? by DandeNumeruno(m): 10:25am On Jan 21, 2021 |
Kaycee7: So because it's not an action movie, it should be rated poorly? WW84 was advertised as a Superhero experience, therefore, the blame for failing to actualize its own projections lies strictly on the studio. Consumers dissatisfaction is completely excusable. Having said that, I enjoyed the film. |

Illusioneffect: my guy calm down, YOUR DIET MEANS A LOT As i mentioned, you need to consume the right amount of protein, carbohydrates, fruits, and vegetables, as well as fats to gain up to 10 pounds of muscle in one month or less. In addition, you will need to stop eating three large meals a day and start eating six smaller meals. it is not an inconceivability at all, if you are on a strict diet, the signs of muscle gain would start showing up in a month. Although it is impossible to get totally muscled-up quickly like the hulk and it takes work ethics, I specifically mentioned that you will start seeing signs of muscle gain in a month Matter of fact, I agreed with you, just felt it necessary to call you out per your exasperating robot routine. |

Illusioneffect: that's a hype lie angry. With the right diet, even a skinny guy can see a muscular gain in two or three weeks in twice a week workout. If you eat chicken breasts without drinking any diet coke and caffeine, u will see the difference He's telling you it's an anatomical inconceivability that a person would be on a strict eating routine inside of a month, and within that 4 weeks window, abstain from physical activity/exercise, and still have the option to develop muscle mass, but as opposed to putting in a logical counter-point, you're more keen on regurgitating gibberish like a broken record. |
