The core jupiter is hotter than Earth.

Unlike Earth, whose temperature varies as one moves closer to or farther from the equator, Jupiter's temperature depends more on height above the surface. This is because heat is driven not by the sun but by the interior of the planet.
Every planet is hot at the core, including Earth. In fact, Core Jupiter is hotter than the Sun, but we're not talking about the core. Surface Jupiter is -170°c or thereabouts. It's extremely cold.

after the sun, space continue. Sun is not the only star in our galaxy
There are many stars with many planets orbiting them (exoplanets). And there are billions of galaxies in far space
Nah.

The Sun is the center of our solar system, making it the innermost core of our system. If you go past the Sun, the next planetary object you'll encounter is Mercury, then Venus, Earth and so on.

Jupiter doesn't support life. No oxygen there and it's extremely hot
Jupiter is a gas giant, meaning it doesn't have hard surface like earth, is mostly composed of helium and hydrogen. Furthermore, it's exponentially farther from the sun than Earth, putting its surface temperature in the sub zero category. Contextually, one of its moon (Europa) is perpetually covered in ice.

Tenet.........6.5/10

After struggling to finish this film for a week, finally finished it. cheesy

Christopher Nolan is a crazy confusionist. Great concept but weak delivery.

Great performance nonetheless from the cast. Great cinematography.

Boy, is Elizabeth Debicki tall... shocked Kai lady has damn long legs. Extensive as F. Those skirt she wore makes her legs look weird. At least them try give us bikini body. grin
She's pretty tall. I marvelled at her height in The Great Gasby.

Behind the Mask: The Rise of Leslie Vernon (2006)...7/10

A tongue-in-cheek explanation as to why things happen the tropey way they do in horror.

first of all, longest time my Gee, didn't know you where back on these streets. I did watch the movie with the clearest state of mind.
Nowadays, I much prefer observing to making a nuisance of myself like our resident clown, AbdulSleeky, is wont to do.

oyaskii:
Second paragraph bolded...Fully got this but if the novel was a metaphor for revenge, why then did Tony (Edward) die?
Gyllenhaal dying in the novel symbolizes him finding closure. In all likelihood, he didn't really find closure in reality, but him standing her up is a sorta existential revenge, since he effectively took away Amy's chance of finding happiness (with him) again.

oyaskii:
Third bolded paragraph...I think this was the only part I would say they got right but it was abrupt af, i adjusted my chair to say finally "lets go" only for me to see end credits. huh
Lol, it does take time to process, to unpack and appreciate.

oyaskii:
Fourth paragraph..It's very very far from been a masterpiece. It's the writing i have a problem with, the acting, directing and sound editing where ok.
The writing is convoluted and a tad pretentious, but brilliant nonetheless. In it's core, it deals with forces that humanizes, dehumanizes us, erodes and heals us.
TV/MoviesRe: What Movie Are You Watching Now? by DandeNumeruno(m): 3:10pm On Jan 09, 2021
oyaskii:
Nocturnal Animals (2016). Seeing this was like sex without climax. The screenplay was so so poor, even the side plot from the novel get more action than the main plot and it ultimately lead no where still and the whole movie was a total waste of the talents of Amy Adams and Jake Gyllenhaal. Was the novel supposed to be some sort of revenge? At the end it turned out to be pretentious piece of crap masquerading as a physiological thriller.

Still wondering how the movie got high praises, probably the praises were for Tom Ford "The designer" not Tom Ford "The filmmaker".

4/10.
Nah, you watched the film wrong.

The novel subplot is Gyllenhaal grappling with Amy's infidelity/betrayal. The killing of his child in the novel symbolizes Amy's abortion of his baby... the raping of his wife and daughter in the novel is a metaphor for Amy's abrupt infidelity.

Long story short, the novel subplot is essentially a metaphor for Gyllenhaal and Amy Adam's turmoiled relationship.

In the end, Gyllenhaal standing Amy up on their anticipated date was his way of telling Amy to go fvck herself, which entails he hasn't really come to terms with the past, and is no longer the nice guy he used to be.

The movie is no masterpiece, but it's brilliantly written, directed and acted. The praises it received are justified.

Another run of the mill human hunting movie. Rich folks gather poor folks to hunt for sport.

Utter crap.

Avoid.

Having a bad week here I haven't seen a movie to just make me feel good.
I know everyone is entitled to their opinion and all, but frankly, people like you don't deserve to have opinions.

Bro, the theme of the movie isn't about the rich versus the poor, it's about elite liberals vs conservatives. It satirically pokes fun at liberals and conservatives. Ultimately, it's a political satire slash horror.

If you honestly think Greg's a "total fool", then I'm afraid you don't understand the dynamics of Succession at all. Greg is not only one of the smartest character in the show, but arguably the cunniest. He's machiavellian as fvck.

The Hunt: 3.5/4 stars

Small scale action, gore, political quips: The Hunt is comic violence at its best.

The kill offs of "would be" major characters is amusing: the distraction is much welcomed given the end result.

The film is unabashed, not ashamed, amoral and at the same time sort of seems like it gives the middle finger to its audience.

Betty Gilpin's stoic perfomance is one of the film's highlight.

She picks of the "supposed hunters" piece by piece and manages not to seem like the hero.

This is not one where you pick a side: the sooner you accept that all the characters are questionable, the better for you.
I picked Betty Gilpin from the onset. Her hooters are kinda hard to ignore if you know what I mean. wink

It's cos of covid if not you'd have seen at least one or 2 of her upcoming movies. The movies I stated there are her upcoming projects– she's lead actress in one(Red Notice) and most likely for the other or she's lead supporting(Death on the Nile).

Red Notice is an action thriller for Netflix which she co-stars with Dwayne Johnson and Ryan Reynolds.
She's also in the sequel of Murder on the Orient Express– Death on the Nile. It would have been released this October but you know.

She's also going to be the Lead for an Upcoming Spy movie in hopes of launching a Franchise for Female Spy Action like James Bond or Mission Impossible.

Also this new Cleopatra news. wink And by my count these upcoming movies are really significant and Big projects. grin
