Vis a Vis is one very interesting tv show with plenty of suspense but like Money heist, there are just too many plot holes that you wonder if the show was made for kids with brains yet to fully develop.
thank you! brainless shows.

i don't know why some people here waste their data on all dem yeye spanish telenovelas. is it because of the so called drama and suspensehuh

The Witcher......... 6.5/10

It was enjoyable, even though the events/ timelines isn't chronological, I understood it.

Nice acting from Cavill and Anya Chalotra. Good cinematography and excellent fight scenes, although had a disjointed plot.
It doesn't match up to the hype, but it was decent.

I hope next season gets better and more coherent.
am still waiting for that link o.

well the only reason I can attribute to the difference in the game and books is that the author of the books was consulted when they wanted to start designing the game but he told em he wanted no part in it, that a game like that might flop and not become successful, his loss tho cos the game was a huge success.

and about the show, they cant adapt a game, that would be so stupid when solid original material i.e the books dh ground, but Netflix hired the makers of the game for graphics and Vfx works
the games were inspired by the witcher novels but loosely adapted in the sense that the games created their own stories, but retained some of the main characters, towns and kingdoms that were in the books. basically the games were sequels to the books.

events in the books/show predates events in the games.

My brother, na film we come watch no be calculus we dey solve... a film should be interesting, easy to follow and align with the story line, and well crafted... that's what a movie is all about...
No be to come solve projectile and laplace equations!!! Haba
well some of us prefer films that will enrich our brain cells instead of killing it like all these yeye spanish telenovelas.

Godfather of Harlem doesn't belong here
it does. it's not very popular.

it's one of those classy shows no one is watching because of poor marketing.

My brother!!!! As in eh!!! Demented people just full everywhere for Nigeria!!! Everywhere, u cannot see someone bring real intellectual movie up...

Just nonsense.

Have been watching Queen of the south. The thing dey give me headache
Papadoh:
People are funny sha, we're talking about Money Heist and people are bringing trash like Designated Survivor, Queen Of The South, 12 Monkeys into the conversation. You better do yourself a solid and go watch Money Heist ASAP.
there is nothing intellectual about money heist.

money heist was crafted in a way to make dumb people feel smart.

if you want intellectual, watch

1) dark
2)legion
3)westworld
4)watchmen
5)mr robot
6)the leftovers
7)sharp objects
coolrussian dolls
9)the americans
10)the oa

these are intellectual tv series where you need to really put on your thinking cap to understand what is going on.

imagine saying money heist is intellectualhuh lololololol. prison break that is not intellectual is even more intelligently written. grin grin

how do you know a show is not intellectual?

if it's easy to follow.

money heist is very easy to follow.

the game and the books are different, I've read the eight books and in all the books, geralt hates beards, even if a stubble appears on his chin, he shaves it off immediately and he has no scar on his face although he has scars on his body which is normal for a monster hunter, I've never played the games but I make it my bizness to know everything about d witcher world cos I really love it, I have friends who love d game and shii but d game and books are different.

The towns and cities are the same, even the monsters are d same in the books too but in the games, there are witch hunters which do not exist in the books, TBH I had low expectations for the show cos we all wanted Zach McGowan to play geralt but seeing Henry cavill play it really blew my mind, and for those who do not understand the series, yennefer storyline deals with the past, no sometimes the present, geralt story is in the present while ciri story is in the future, the showrunners are trying to merge the stories so it'll all make sense in the end
exactly this.

the show isn’t connected to the games.

it is based on the books that the games were a sequel to.

I just finished episode 3 of the super hyped series, THE WITCHER. And I don't think it lives up to the hype, i feel like i've wasted my data buh maybe I'm being hasty. 4/10 is my rating so far.
the witcher was a jumbled mess.

it has a zero rewatch appeal.

My thought exactly, this should have been a one of thing but Netflix came in and they want to milk it to the last drop. Just look at what they did to Black mirror.
i don't think they ruined black mirror tho.

they saved it and I thank them for it.

but I get your point.

Do you know how much people paid to watch Joshua reclaim his belt from Ruiz and for a fight of less than two hours ooo besides the weight of the punches is not even up to the standard of what J2381 and JeromeBlack have been throwing for the past two days.

And you are here telling him I love fight..
Is it my fault that people always provide fights for me to watch? grin
it's not your fault jare

when a naked woman dances in front of your house, you'll have to be blind not to watch. grin

Yeah right, they threw everything they've been building up out of the window for cheap shock sad all that was really not necessary undecided the story would be better off without it and ruined with it.

The show is just going to go on a rollercoaster from now on.
season 2 will make you eat your words, mark my words. i'll be here to accept your apology when the time comes. grin
