Please let's not create confusion on this thread. A US visa is not an authorization to enter into the USA. It is an authorization 'to apply' for entry into the USA. The application for entry is done during the interview with Customs at any USA border; this can be done even if you have 1 day remaining on your visa. The Customs personnel grants you authorization 'to enter' the USA and assigns you a stay duration.....this is typically 6months for B1/B2 visa holders but can be less.

Please i want to ask if someone can apply for a US spousal visa in another country in which you are not a citizen (say Mexico when you are Nigerian). Will the person have to come back to Naija to go through the process or is it fine if they got married in Mexico,applied for residence and then apply for the spousal visa in Mexico?

Guys...I’m traveling to USA in 2 week time. I learnt from my Travel agent that all travelers are required to do a Rapid covid 19 test which will cost another 37k at the airport. Regardless the airline

I don't want to be negative, but men and women have a tendency to think a certain way about money. He may feel emasculated and cheat, and then divorce her. She may look at him as less of a man, and then disrespect him, and maybe cheat too.

Her intentions are beautiful, but I think women should consider carefully before doing this. Instead of buying him a car, give him seed money for a business. Buy business equipment or rent space for a business. Finance his med school or law school.
