Ur statement is not completely right. With strangers yes. How can u not leave a baby girl with her biological father? I have a 6yr old beautiful queen as a daughter and would not hesistate to kill to protect her talk more of being the one to harm her. Granted, Some men including women are perverts.

You wount see graduates graduates in the NPF. Most of then are not educated. So it shouldnt be that surprising the unproffessional way the go about thier duties. The government should do the needful unless they want the country thrown into chaos when the masses starts taking laws into thier hands. I cant even imagine how it will look like when it starts.
