Oga get it right, a cyberthreat is different from a national security. A cyberthreat that is found and is not disclosed can be damaging to the economy if eventually exploited..The fact that Nigeria has a computer emergency response team (CERT) in the NCC we are moving forward in terms of information security. But Nigerians need more of cybersecurity education, in order to protect our data and communicate securely.

President Biden keep promising heaven and Earth to supply to EU, that energy deal is not sustainable. The US and the EU are too large economies, it will create an energy crisis. All these sanctions will boomerang sooner, than later. The United States that never show commitment in the reduction or possible elimination of the use of fossil fuels is now changing policy direction on energy because of Russian- Ukraine war in order to spite Russia.

But I am so surprise that Putin is still battling with a small country as Ukraine till date to the point of soliciting help from China Wasting innocent soldier lives with a mindset of winning a war he will never win.

It is not that Russia is hyped, Russia military exploits still pervade history books till today, they are the victors of WWII. Actually, the Russian invasion was planned as a military operation, if it was a full scale war with Russia, Kyiv would have being terribly bombarded and destroyed a long time ago. Military operations fail like what happened to US troops in Mogadishu Somalia, American black hawk helicopters were downed by Islamic militants and bodies of dead American soldiers were dragged across the streets of Mogadishu. We still remember the Bay of Pig Invasion when America denied it's personell involved in the covert operation masterminded by the CIA to assassinate President Fidel Castro the failure and the disgrace it brought to the US made Castro an international hero. We still remember Afghanistan, the list goes on.

The sanctions of the West against Russia is a double edged sword, it is just a matter of time before it collapses the entire global economy. Russia is not Iran, neither is it North Korea, the financial markets are already feeling the ripple effects, it will disrupt the international global logistics supply chain, Poorer nations will feel the effect of Ukraine - Russia conflict. That is why US does not want China to support Russia, China supporting Russia will spell doom for the West economically especially the European Union Countries.

My brother, NATO is not afraid, Ukraine is not a member of NATO, but they show solidarity with Ukraine, because they see the invasion as agression. What will Trump do if I may ask? It was the time that called for the invasion,not because of the person at the helm of affairs at the White House. Trump never supported Eastward expansion of NATO,he even wanted to withdraw funding of military projects in the alliance, if Trump were the President of US, the invasion would not have occurred, invasions like these will have ripple effects in other regions like the Middle East, Taiwan,North and South Korea.

every country has the right to access funds from IMF and World Bank cos they have a stake there. As for NATO, Eastward expansion will always cause problems for the West as long as there exists the Russian federation, the conflict would have being avert, but NATO has some hidden agenda. They think Eastward expansion will prevent WW 3 ,it will not, it will actually start it. What Ukraine should have done is to first negotiate a ceasefire, return to the Minsk agreement, seek national reconciliation and healing, take Russia to ICJ over the crimea peninsula. Suspend all plans to join NATO.

America is really going and loosing it's influence in the world affairs. By the time, the financial system is completely decentralized,and total adoption of cryptoassets America will no longer have grip on the financial system globally and their influence of capitalism will start to dwindle until they perish.

Before zelensky did not come out clear on NATO issue, In January, there were high level talks between NATO, Russian military leaders and Russian foreign minister, but NATO could not give Russia guarantees that Ukraine will not join NATO, which actually led to the actual invasion. The invasion could have being averted, though

The US is really scared of Russia, Why did you think President Biden signed a $1.2 billion research innovation fund some months back in 2022. They discovered that in terms of Military armaments , countries like Russia and China had more advanced and intelligent military weapon systems than the United States. By signing the fund, the president said they wanted to out innovate the Chinese. China is a world leader in artificial intelligence, green energy and 5G.Majority of Chinese cities enjoy 5G coverage. The US cannot even boast of such coverage. Don't let us not decieve ourselves world powers fear each other. If the US is to fight a war with Russia, it will be a proxy war through NATO. Fighting a single war with Russia is mutual obliteration.

Using economic sanctions to negotiate for return of crimea can't work, that will mean dabbling into Russia's internal affairs, and China will not support it it will attract a veto it won't pass as a resolution in the United Nations Security Council.
