popoyeh:He is into internet marketing. Do you have any idea how much a 9mill property might be worth in 2 years? |
A friend of mine just recently inherited a plot of land in Ajah, in one of those areas close to Epe . It is estimated at about N9 mill. He asked me if it would make sense to sell immediatley and invest in something else or just wait a few more years for the land to increase in value. My advice: wait for atleast 2 more years. Any acute business mind feels different? |
Pukkah:A nation of mentally lazy people, always begging God to come and do their Jobs for them. |
A new training rountine should be introduced. Getting the ball past the keeper is an evident problem. Ramires and Torres are the biggest culprits, they have now infected Anelka. Malouda and kalou are past their prime. Malouda especially. |
allboyz:Was just thinking about it. If not 2-2, possbly 1-1 Mata to score. |
Is it possible for those talking in the video to speak to the camera without holding the merchandise. ![]() Funny sales tactics. |
pinkrex:Actually I wasn't, I'm not like that (I dont know it all, to highlight your mistakes) Was just highlighting God rewarding our givings. |
pinkrex:Lol, if you say so. |
pinkrex:The bolded is my opinion. Sticking to my opinion is not the problem, there is no problem just difference in opinions. Giving out of love and not of expectations is what I believe in. |
pinkrex:Yes, the dictionary's definition is my understanding of success. I however agree with yours as well, Success is very subjective and dependant upon each individual. So as well is the case of "giving to recieve", its subjective. If you feel a person needs to give to receive then its probably your mantra but it does not mean its applicable to everyone because not everyone shares that believe. Pls can you expantiate on the bolded, what do you mean in "giving and receiving in moderation"? By the way, I believe in Giving if you have , I just dont subscribe to giving with the intention to recieve |
suc·cess (sk-ss) n. 1. The achievement of something desired, planned, or attempted: attributed their success in business to hard work. 2. a. The gaining of fame or prosperity: an artist spoiled by success. b. The extent of such gain. 3. One that is successful: The plan was a success. -sighs- The above is my understanding of success, do you have any meaning contrary to the above? |
Apology accepted. My point is; There are people who actually are naturally selfish but yet possess things and are quite successful, which brings the arguament of giving to receive into contention. I am aware God loves a cheerful giver, but giving to receive is more like a transaction with a purpose. Giving cheerfully and with Love is what I feel is more genuine and Christian-like rather than I.e giving to a pastor that possesses 50 cars( which makes no sense). Giving to hospitals or Children in need or Family members without expecting a return is Love. ( That is cheerful giving in my opinion) |
pinkrex:How hard is it for you that you can't portray your views without aggression or insults. so who do you think repay them? I dont know, probably God Who do you think pays people who are successful and comfortable but never give? I.e atheistic people. how many pastors or Imams do they give too. (I.e not all of them donate to charities) |
-Delusion is grandiose- Giving for the purpose of receiving God has become an investment banker. Why can't you give for the purpose of love rather than for the purpose to get something back? |
Is athere an analysis of the different Christian or moslim categories. Would love to hear from the atheistic brethrens. (as in your own analysis of different theistic types, if you have any) |
o.obim:Really? The church must be full of millionaires. |
Mr Joagabaje, You clearly missed out the part where I held reservations on the quality of the story. My assertions where based on the premise of "If it is true". When you quote people, please quote correctly, anything otherwise does not reflect well on your credibility. |
To heaven?? ![]() |
Joagbaje:Your contradiction is amazing. |
Joagbaje:Dude, if Jesus if coming soon, pls tell me what a man is ammasing 30 cars for? ( If indeed it is true) Does he want to go in a convoy to heaven? If you really believe Jesus iscoming soon, I would expect that you try to "win" more souls for him or get prepared to meet him rather than "wasting" valuable time replying the critics |
@ Nuclearboy Is it possible to believe in God and still subject others to fallacy?. I personally agree with the previous poster to isinuate that they are atheists in disguise, however my use of the atheistic label is based on the fact of the non-belief in God alone excluding all other attributes as atheism does not require you decieve people. " The fear of God" is a phrase I believe Christians or theistic people should take very seriously as anything otherwise is very contrary to the belief system of God. Hence the reason Hypocrisy is often attached to religious folks. There are several articles, journals, news reports and evidences that showcases the level of poverty in Nigeria and Africa. There are several issues that brings about these facts i.e bad governance, years of war, greed and under-development but the moment you talk about God and Christainity as a way of salvation and deliverance, One would have assumed siginificant progress would have been made especially coming from Men that cliam to speak to God. God the omnipotent. Yet this problems still prevail, except in the lives of those that propagate knowing the answers to the problems that afflict the people they speak too. The contradiction is astounding and worrisome, so the very notion that they actually belief in God yet not afraid of his wrath is very hard to fathom. I hope you get my gist. |
I wonder if there would be car parks in heaven. I really hope so. |
@ Post If true, What does a sane person need 30 cars for? ( Dont care if it is Adeboye, Babangida, Sultan of Brunei, MC Hammer or Oyedepo) It beggars belief. Yet some ignorant minds scream "poverty mentality", seriously How does that wasteful attribute affect humanity? Does it make Jesus happy wherever he is? People are dying in East Africa when a couple of biscuits can prolong their lives for a few more hours, when people that claim to speak with God are flying around in Jets and driving in convoys of luxurious cars. I agree with the poster that said most of these pastors are atheists. How can you believe in God and yet be unsympathetic to human deprivation. The hypocrisy is astounding and people wonder why there are atheists. Shameful. |
---sighs------- I wonder what Sigmund Frued would make of the Brain-damage some posters portray here. It is enormously sad and I seriously pity the African continent. Progress is much farther than we think. Miss Mabel, no offence but where does your loyalty lie? In Man, in Church or in God. The very mention of Pastor Chris raises a lot of blood pressure, his loyal members rush out with guns blazing to defend him, yet several threads has been opened on this site to challenge the divinity of Christ, yet this vigour displayed to defend this pastor is absent in some of those threads. Hypocrites. |
Assnal, u guys suck. Try top ten this season . Rubbish team |
The Terrorists finally got what they wanted- Attention & Recognition- Two powerful political tools. Now to just sit down and wait for the next group to use anarchy to get those tools. Regressive Leaders. |
It is a business afterall, the company's image has to be portrayed. One would have thought the most important image should be that of Christ. But hey, these individuals have Egos to feed. They build a personality cult around them, such is the nature of human beings. Yet they are called "Men of God", the irony is amazing. |
Torres needs to get his sshit together. wat else do you need now? |
A quicker chelsea. ![]() |
