So guys, I actually vouch for this guy's honesty, yesterday I paid him for 5gb but couldn't get my data due to issue he said he had with his service provider, within few minutes of payment, he had to asked me how I wish to receive back my money which I did, at first I thought I've been scammed, but within a minute I received the alert from him, well fast forward this morning I saw his message that everything has been resolved, but due to the fact that I've bought from another seller, I had to buy just 2gb from him and within seconds of payment I saw my data.

Overall he's a calm and honest seller.

The maintenance strategy is one thing, its cost we are talking about is another, I can't imagine a supposed corruption fighting institute churning out such outrageous figures for that building.

Bro, Julius Berger is controlled by Nigerians especially the politicians, I am very authoritative on this, the Nigerians dictate the final cost after the initial cost by the company. Nevertheless, the project is highly inflated regardless of its hardwares. I'm sure that project didn't run 50m into the ground.
