The above tells us that the cost is actually more than that.

Many have banked millions and billions on this, why some "lucky" sons and daughters have been made new millionaire.

Bro, Julius Berger is controlled by Nigerians especially the politicians, I am very authoritative on this, the Nigerians dictate the final cost after the initial cost by the company. Nevertheless, the project is highly inflated regardless of its hardwares. I'm sure that project didn't run 50m into the ground.

I personally use HP pavilion m3 u103dx, I ran Ubuntu Linux on it which pretty make it nice, you can get a used one as above.
